The hôtel is located right on the main street, it's a central location but that makes it very noisy. We stayed 5 nights. The first there was a big party right below and we couldn't sleep the whole night. In the morning I asked to change rooms to not be on the street but they assured me that it was a one night thing. The other night they weren't parties but the restaurants stop the music at midnight and start it at 8am. So if you want to get some proper rest this is not ththe place.
We had a cochroach in our room, and the staff tried to get us to pay 30 usd extra. But ended up paying 2 usd more. The room were nice, and had Netflix which was great.
Bien positionné, chambre un peu vieillotte mais quand même assez propre. Endroit très calme et près de tout.
Well positioned, a little old room but still quite clean, very quiet place and close to everything.
todo muy bien incluyendo el servicio del restaurante...Lamentablemente la CFE estaba haciendo mantenimiento a sus instalaciones (cambio de postes y cableado eléctrico) por lo que no hubo agua y no prendian el acondicionado y el ventilador, pero el personal del hotel nos subio agua hasta la habitación para los servicios básicos. Afortunadamente eso se solucionó antes de las nueve de la noche por lo que solo nos afectó como dos horas
Unfortunately the CFE was doing maintenance on their facilities (changing poles and electrical wiring) so there was no water and they didn't turn on the air conditioner and the fan, but the hotel staff put water up in our room for basic services.
Todo estuvo excelente 👌🏽 Solamente el baño no lo limpiaban casi y cuando llegamos estaba un poco sucio de los huespedes anteriores. Fuera de eso, la ubicación es inmejorable, el trato de los chicos de recepción super amable, y pasamos un tiempo increíble en Isla!
Everything was excellent 👌 Only the bathroom was barely cleaned and when we arrived it was a little dirty from the previous guests. other than that, the location is unbeatable, the treatment of the reception guys super friendly, and we had an amazing time in Isla!
Not much in the way of facilities as it's just a bunch of rooms above a restaurant. But location, value for money, and friendliness of staff at front desk was nothing to complain about at all. Would stay again.
I stayed in a private ensuite and I think i was the only tenant. Its basically an old, cheap hotel not a hostel. The only staff I saw was when I checked in. Anyone can walk up from the street and the lock on the door is basic. However, I had no issues. The location is smack dab in the middle of the tourist part of town. Despite my room overlooking a restaurant, it was quiet. The bed and pillows were comfortable, the shower had hot water, A/C plus ceiling fan.
Conforme à la description, nous avons passé 2 nuits superbes, proches de tout, et le personnel était très aimable et à l’écoute.
As described, we spent 2 wonderful nights, close to everything, and the staff was very friendly and attentive.
