Freelander Work and Travel Hostel

- В комнате были комары они всю ночь не давали спать, да 4х часов ночи они меня кусали и персонал за это даже не извинились странно что у них такой отзыв больше не ногой хорошо что только на одну ночь бронировал.

- Завтрак. Он был таким скудным и невкусным(

+ Есть вайфай,чистое постельное бельё. Бесплатно дают кофе растворимый,чай и кипяток. В каждом номере есть шкафчик для личных вещей с ключиком. На територии есть компьютер и игра в теннис

- Хостел находится под железной дорогой,заехала на 1 ночь,чтоб поспать,однако всю ночь слышались гудки от паровозов,бронировала нижнюю полку,дали верхнюю,где ударилась лбом об полочку,которая приделана в середине кровати,очень неудобная лестница на вверх,грязная, а что самое ужасное,в номере на 4х,всю ночь работает кондёр с t-20C,проснулась утром в 9 от того,что кто-то сделал -24С,в общем заплатила за ночь с 22 вечера до 9 утра 12,5$ ЗА ТО,ЧТОБ ЗАДУБОРЕТЬ ОТ ХОЛОДА...НИКОМУ НЕ СОВЕТУЮ ДАННЫЙ ХОСТЕЛ! на ресепшен сидит очень хитрый Girish G,к которому я обратилась с просьбой уменьшить t,сначала он сказал,что нужно сходить за пультом,а потом при повторном обращении,уменьшил таки на -20С,при том что кровь попил, ещё сказал,что в букинге нельзя выбирать верхнюю или нижнюю полку,хотя я указала в предпочтении.Думает,если он индус,то всем жарко по ночам...И ёщё,если кто-нибудь всё таки отважится сюда приехать,берите свои Тапочки,потому что на входе все ложат свою обувь и носят резиновые сланцы. За завтрак нужно доплатить,но многие сами готовят,есть плита,моющие тоже нужно свои иметь,гель для душа,мыло,шампунь,дают только полотенце. Считаю,нужно быть очень глупые,чтоб заехать в морозильник и жить здесь либо СИЛЬНО ОТЧАЯННЫМ. Цена не соответствуют качеству.

+ The hostel has great amenities: clean, comfortable rooms, and a great working and leisure area.

- The staff did not offer any tours around Kyrgyzstan (most hotels actually do offer help regarding tours.) We also had a mishap which could have turned out so bad. The receptionist did not give us back one of our passports. We arrived in the middle of the night and did not realise that we only have one passport. They staff did not return our passport, and kept it themselves in a drawer. All the identification needed was on the passport and they could have easily cross-referenced the photo and name. As we were packing the next day we obviously panicked as we thought that we lost one of our passports. As a last resort, we went to ask at the reception and it was there. The receptionist gave it back with such indifference not realising how bad it is for a tourist to lose a passport. Had this been anywhere else, the passport would have been returned as soon as they would have realised.

+ 1. the hostel is calm and mainly occupied by online workers so it is good choice for working travel nomads 2. the hostel is spacious 3. I was allowed to early check in

- 1. location is hard to reach through taxi, the hostel is reachable through a bypass road that looks hidden, we barely reached by taxi 2. staff donot speak English. however they are fiendly 3. pick up from airport didnot go well. I requested it, sent my WhatsApp number and asked for a sign with my name and got confirmation from hostel. then no one showed up to pick me up 4. the toilets donot have bidets or tissues. I think they should pay more attention

- Location It’s at the back of a big community swimming pool google maps takes you on the roadside but no sign of the place, took nearly 10 mins to figure out, no signs no boards at the start of the small alley which leads to this hostel.

+ The community in the hostel is handpicked by management, and it is exceptional!!

- The beds are EXTREMELY firm, had a backache every morning, and there is only one wall socket per bed, which is absolutely not enough in the 21st century, meaning thale charging devices count

+ Все было на высшем уровне, уже несколько раз приезжал и выбираю только Ololo!

+ Заехала на один день прямиком с аэропорта, не думала что такси подвезет за 30 минут, локация самая близкая к аэропорту. Номера очень просторные и чистые, персонал очень вежливый, всем рекомендую!

+ The hostel was clean, safe and organized. The stuff was helpful.

- The location of the hostel was a bit off. It is right next to the train road, but usually it's quiet. To get from bus stops to the hostel is through a road with no people around, it was a bit scary in the evening. One side of the road is train road and the other is back of the other buildings except for the hostel.

+ Hostel is situated in the centre of the city which is appropriate for me. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Helped to resolve my issues during the trip. Much appreciate it!!! Definitely good and budget place to stay for a couple nights or more.

+ The workspace has everything you need to stay productive. I even enjoyed working late into the night because there was always someone around, which kept the vibe upbeat.

- If you have your own car, it is not super clear how to get there. The road to the ololoFreelander looks like a pedestrian lane.

+ Останавливался на пару дней. Очень понравилась атмосфера — спокойная, современная и дружелюбная. Удобно, что есть коворкинг: можно спокойно поработать, быстрый интернет, комфортное пространство. Номера чистые, аккуратные, всё необходимое есть. Персонал вежливый и отзывчивый, всегда готовы помочь. Локация удобная, легко добраться. В целом остались только приятные впечатления, с удовольствием остановился бы здесь снова. Рекомендую 👍 Персонал доброжелательный, без лишнего официоза — приятно общаться, особенно Акылай. Всё прошло легко и без проблем. Если снова буду в Бишкеке, с радостью остановлюсь здесь ещё раз.

+ Perfect place for a digital nomad. I had a 4-day business trip, and it was a good option to stay here for work (or work & travel). Satisfied.

+ Das Hostel ist sehr schön. Es gibt eine Küche, Common area zum entspannen und einen Aussenbereich. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hat uns super mit dem Flughafen-Shuttle geholfen.

- Leider sind die Duschen keine Kabinen, sondern es gibt nur einen Vorgang. Jedoch sind die Duschen in geschlechtergetrennte Räumen.
