Flagman Hotel

+ They are liers. The front lady was ill mannered. The real room was totally apposit to the one shown in pocturs. It was in basment dark and unhygienic.

- Not professional at all. No respect for customers. Staff was rude and cheater. When she demanded unreal exchange rate. When I asked her to accept USD. she refused and insisting to pay more than the market exchange rate.

+ The breakfast was very poor, They served to my room, and that really not good.

+ Во первых мне предложили не то забронированный номер,а совершенно другой,во вторых они цену сказали свою,а не то что предложенному в приложении взяли оплату 2000сом.В третьих мне пришлось сменить место проживания на другой отель

- 1) При заселении дважды насчитали неверную сумму. Сначала 40т, потом 11т, потом в итоге пришли к тому, что наша сумма на букинге 10т верная. 2) Во всех трех номерах кровать промялась, уже давно пора поменять матрац. 3) Душ и вечером и утром подавал попеременно горячую и холодную воду. Сложно было нормально помыться. 4) При входе в отель на территории везде знаки «не курить», но это никого не смущает курить именно там сидя за столами. Поднимаясь по лестнице в отель, стоял мужчина с сигаретой. То есть зайти в отель можно только через дым. 5) На завтрак принесли кашу в помещение на улицу, где как раз вокруг люди курят. Есть еду пришлось с запахом сигарет. 6) На завтрак была каша овсяная, которую нужно было выловить из молока. Была яичница, в которой желток уже затвердел. Еще был хлеб с волосами, печеньки, чай или кофе 3в1. Не соответствует цена-качество.

+ Тихо,уютно,большой ливинг рум во дворе!Прекрасно!

+ It was spacious.

- The ventilation system didn't work, so the room would become stuffy very quickly. Also, it shows they speak English but in reality not a word... So difficult to communicate with them, and they're so disengaged... The Wi-Fi worked very poorly, they had many different ones, so kept asking about the other ones also called Flagman and variations of it, and they just didn't want to help saying they didn't speak any English. The staff could do with some manners, cause most of it wasn't even a language barrier.

- La nostra camera era molto piccola e nel seminterrato, calda e senza aria condizionata. Nel complesso si ha la sensazione di essere in un posto poco accogliente.

+ Recepcja czynna całą dobę, dobra lokalizacja, jest w miarę czysto.

- Pokój jest w piwnicy, ma jedno maleńkie okno, które trzeba podpierać, żeby się otworzyło. Nie ma żadnego światła słonecznego i jest bardzo duszno. Toaleta jest na innej kondygnacji, trzeba za każdym razem wchodzić po schodach. Jedno łóżko było ok, ale drugie bardzo niewygodne.
