Don’t stay here room was dirty when we arrived with stains on the sheets and dead’s ants all over the side board. When we complained we were shown 2 other rooms which weren’t any better we had to ask for supplies to clean the room ourselves
- The bathroom was really horrible and smelled
+ Great location.
- We stayed in 2 different rooms. Both were quite dirty with hair in the shower, clogged drain in one, greasy finger prints on the walls and old food under the water kettle.
+ È molto vicino ad un centro commerciale e alla stazione dei treni.
- Camera non pulita. Colazione inesistente.

- Es hat die dünnsten Wände der Welt!! Toilette war undicht und Abfluss roch unangenehm.
+ La struttura occupa un’ottima posizione e lo staff è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile, pronto ad accogliere le nostre richieste di check out ad orari non consoni.
- Le stanze erano decisamente sporche, come se non ci fosse stata una profonda pulizia della stanza tra un check-in e l’altro. Le lenzuola e gli asciugamani erano puliti, ma il resto denotava una mancata pulizia a seguito del precedente check-out. Noi siamo stati un solo giorno, ma in caso di un prolungato soggiorno non penso che avrei accettato questa condizione.
- Disappointing hotel with rude staff who like to ignore customers whilst they look at their phones. Sadly after the bad start, there wasn’t a single positive to change my mind. It wasn’t awful, it’s just simply not very good.

+ De hotel heeft een centrale ligging, en is dicht bij het trein station Gubeng. Lekkere bed, goeie airconditioning
- De badkamer was erg ranzig, vol met schimmel en haar van de vorige mensen. Het ontbijt was niet veel, maar het was genoeg.

+ Walking distance from Surabaya Gubeng. Very clean and comfy!
- A bit difficult to locate, as the ground floor was a cafe that was closed when we arrived. Just ask the guard, and he'll help you out.

+ Good beds, great and helpful staffs, great food, great location at city centre

+ We have just stayed for 1 night in a family room and it was good for 1 night . Location is good , next to the mall .

- Die Bettwäsche hatte Flecken
+ Stosunkowo nowy obiekt, czysty i położony blisko stacji kolejowej, co akurat miało dla mnie ogromne znaczenie. Pyszne zróżnicowane śniadanie. Tuż obok ogromne centrum handlowe.
- Dość mały pokój, brak szafy na odzież na dłuższy pobyt, mikroskopijna i słabo oświetlona łazienka.
