- Party hotel. Since early afternoon party in the roof bar till late night. Very noisy, no chance to relax.

- Party hotel, což je určitě fajn, odkud se chcete bavit v baru na streše do pozdních nočních hodin a účastnit se kereoke. Bohužel izolace v hotelu není nejlepší a tak na pokoji mate pocit, ze máte umělce z baru na pokoji ještě dlouho po půlnoci .. poté, co nám recepční potvrdila, ze takto to chodí každý den, nechali jsme ubytování bez jakékoli nahrady propadnout a odešli jinam.. velká škoda, ze tato podstatná informace na stránkách chybí..

- Staff were confused by a very simple booking I had made - one person for 2 nights!! Room was extremely small. Shower was hot on one of the two nights I stayed there. Locker just about fit my backpack, the latch was just about hanging in there. I wasn't tempted to use the tiny, dingy kitchen. Party hostel - if that's what you're into.
Don’t listen to all of the 5 star reviews…this hostel offers a free shot in return for a 5 star review on Hostelworld. Literallly stay anywhere besides here they have false advertising for multiple things. They do not take credit card despite claiming they do. There is maybe one small dorm that has curtains on the bed and all of the others (even mixed dorms) don’t have curtains on the beds. The management is horrible and really does not care about their guests at all.
Staff was clingy, my roommates took drug in the bathroom, a girl came in around 11pm screaming around that she doesn’t care who’s sleeping and she wants everyone to wake up and start drinking - didn’t feel save either. From the shower came barely any water out. Rooms are tiny and little space to turn around. Music was soo loud until 12pm that sleeping until then wasn’t possible, especially not with this drunk girls in my room. If you like drugs, partying and no sleep - perfect hostel.
“Free shot if you leave a 5-star review” is literally posted on a sign and advertised by the volunteers and bartenders.
2 stars for Edgar, he’s a very polite guy and he gave a very warm welcome. Shower was the worst I’ve had in 2+ years of travelling. Zero water pressure. Impossible to get clean. Got food poisoning from the free breakfast. Vibe was weird, like an American college party. Cringe.
Bed Bugs. Found a large one after the 1st night and they weren't the most hospitable. They did seem to react quickly though. Overall its a pretty fun, but small social hostel. The staff likes to be the life of the party and including the guests which makes for a social atmosphere, but an interesting dynamic. Good for solo travelers assuming the bed bug issue is treated. Also they'll charge a 10% markup for card and the atm down the road charges a 9% markup so expect to pay more.

This is most definitely a party hostel - good breakfast, but the 6 bed dorm is very cramped. nice staff on reception though.
hostel was okay, very loud all the time between the bar upstairs partying and the street. dorm room and bathroom are both very small. nice common areas and good food

The vibe was not for me, but it’s a nice location. The rooms are clean, I had hot water in my shower. A lot of noise from the street and the beds are not very comfortable. I would say for the price is a very decent choice if you need to spend the night.

This is a really nice cheap hostel option. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. The dorm room was small, but it was nice to have a good shower and toilet attached to the room. Definitely a social hostel
+ Staff was so nice and accommodating, we were able to store our bags before check in and after check out. Private room was nice after staying in hostels the whole trip. Rooftop bar is a good touch.
- Bar area stayed loud for a while, but quiet hours were enforced at 11.

Great hostel in Pana! Centrally located. Nice facilities - kitchen, lounge areas, mini gym, terraces, etc. Great free breakfast! The staff is super fun/good vibes. Social. The hostel is a tad dated but overall still good!

Good location with breakfast included. Stayed in a 6 bed mixed dorm and was a bit of a squeeze but the beds were comfy and the lockers were big and it had a private en suite and shower which was nice. The only thing missing from the room was curtains which I think were supposed to be there as they were in other dorms. Rooftop terrace is also a nice place to watch the sunset from.

- Todo super bien, solo como comentario deberían de haber habitaciones privadas.
+ El lugar es súper céntrico, por lo que todo queda muy cerca. El personal del hostel es muy amable y siempre está dispuesto a ayudar. Todo estuvo en orden y la experiencia fue muy buena. Definitivamente volvería.
+ The staff is very welcoming and inclusive of every guest. The location can't be beat in Panajachel. They have a great rooftop bar. Free coffee every morning and the few options for the included breakfast were all great. The showers have hot water. There's a nice pool for the hot days. Every night they have a different activity. The legendary volunteer Peter hosted the best trivia night I've ever been to. I really enjoyed my stay and can't wait to go back.
