- Abusive uncaring staff who turn off air conditioning through out the day and night at my expense Terrible welcome.

- La atención y el recibimiento por parte del colombiano muy grosero y muy deficiente su información, parte trozo mi playera ya que ni un favor sabe hacer bien

+ No conocía ese tipo de alojamientos, había estado en uno similar que tenía cuartas individuales. No sabía que en este eran camas compartidas.

- La incomodidad y tamaño del cuarto, no hay donde abrir la maleta para sacar la ropa. Alquilé 3 noches y no me quedé las 3 noches. Deberían tener más servicios y mejorar los cuartos.

+ La ubicación muy cerca a la playa , el personal muy atento y amable.

- Es imposible descansar bien, cómo son habitaciones compartidas todo el tiempo entra y sale gente. Si quieres privacidad este no es el lugar ! El desayuno es pésimo lo único bueno es el café , de resto no hay nada !podrían poner aunque sea otra variedad de Pan ! Lo encuentro costoso para ser un hostal !

+ Location is amazing and the facilities were far cleaner than I expected. The bed was very comfortable which was the biggest surprise! Very good hostel experience!

- The place was a little dark abut I think that is kind of the vibe. Red lights in the shower is sexy but kind of not very comforting.. The only other thing is that the bathroom smell was a bit strong at times on all floors. You can't smell it in the rooms but can in the common rooms.

+ Muy buena atención del personal, se hace buen ambiente con los demás huéspedes y es facil conocer gente.

- Hacía mucho calor en la habitación, el ventilador solo enfriaba las camas de abajo, en las de arriba se encerraba el calor.

+ Todo, súper recomendado para el precio, tuve problemas al check in por un percance, y el chico me ayudó, súper amable.

- Nada, todo estuvo excelente.

+ Facilities were clean, shower water was hot, room temperature was comfortable, hostel setup was nice with outdoor patio area and multiple bathrooms. Location was super convenient to the beach and easy to explore the whole area by foot.

- Pillows and bedsheets could be improved easily and cheaply. A top sheet as well as fitted sheet would be a nice.

- El ruido de las puertas, sugiero que no hagan ruido al momento de abrirse. Y otro detalle, la cobija que te dan es simple y me dio frío. Pero fuera de eso, no solo lo recomiendo sino que volveré a ir.
