Baan URT Surat Thani Airport Hotel

This really is in the middle of nowhere, I just needed a bed in between flights and transfers to island. Make sure you have enough cash, card machine doesn’t always work. I ended up leaving after only being there an hour as my bed was covered in bed bugs. They gave me a full refund and helped me find taxi.

It has bedbugs. They werent surprised has been an issue with them for a while already. Dont go. We had to leave in the middle of the night to go somewhere else. They said they would refund us but havent heard back anything after messaging them three times.

Bed bugs :( I squished one on top of the mattress and blood came out, checked the bed frame and they’re hiding in the wood. Asked to change rooms and the next rooms mattress was disgusting, bed bug shells everywhere. I ended up changing hotels at 11pm in the end which the staff did help with the which was kind of them but they didn’t even ask for proof which means they’re well aware of the issue, this place must close for a month to properly exterminate the place. Really awful experience.

Very nice staff! Bank was the best! The room was clean enough to stay there for one night, luckily I didn't have bedbugs

Très bon hôtel de sa catégorie. Le plus économique que l'on a trouvé en Thaïlande. Chambre très bien côté jardin, propres, eau chaude et Zéro punaise de lit! Navette gratuite vers l'aéroport à 7 et 9.15 am et sinon 120 Bahts. Le couple propriétaire de l'hôtel sont d'une gentillesse incomparable même ici en Thaïlande.

Weve had bedbugs in the room, couldnt sleep, it was awful. Also some hair left after old guests. We had to keep our stuff in bathroom and throw out the clothes afterwards.

Bettwanzen!!! Absolutes No-Go. Wir haben die Warnungen erst zu spät gelesen. Das Bett war voller Bettwanzen, das Personal absolut teilnahmslos und wir sind mitten in der Nacht wieder abgereist - im Übrigen auch aufgrund der schlechten Lage eine absolute Katastrophe. Das kostenlose Frühstück hätten wir dann auch nicht mehr probieren wollen. Finger weg! Seit Monaten keine Besserung laut der Kritiken.

Wir hatten Ameisenwege durchs Zimmer und Bettwanzen im Bett. Das Personal wirkte teilnahmslos und wenig hilfreich. Sprachbarriere möglicherweise… aber das Ungeziefer geht gar nicht. Sogar der Wasserkocher war innen verrostet.

!!!BETTWANZEN!!!. Zum Anfang sahe es noch recht sauber aus. Sobald es dunkel wird kommen Bettwanzen! Dem Mitarbeiter hat es herzlich wenig Interessent das wir Abreisen. Nach 22 Uhr hier weg zu kommen ist eine Katastrophe. Keiner wird kommen um euch abzuholen. Es gibt auch nix zum einkaufen in der Nähe. Vom Grap Fahrer wurde uns ans Herz gelegt hier nicht essen zu gehen?! Alles in allem 0 Sterne.

Ich rate dringend davon ab dieses Hotel zu buchen!! In meinem Bett waren überall Bettwanzen! Außerdem total abgelegen.

We kregen een kamer aangerijkt. Na enige inspectie liepen er overal mieren rond. Er lagen vuiltjes op de grond en een haar aan de deur. Niet echt proper. We zijn dit gaan melden en kregen een andere kamer. Het was een upgrade van de kamer. Maar het blaffond van de badkamer was zwart van de schimmel en er liepen bedwantsen rond in het bed. Opnieuw naar beneden. De man deed eerst alsof hij van niets wist. Na enige tijd was hii direct mee. Hij vroeg of we in het hotel ernaast wouden gaan slapen. We gingen akkoord omdat we een deftig bed willen om 1 nacht in te brengen. Het hotel ernaast was properder, de receptioniste was vriendelijk en had empathie en emoties vergelijken van dit hotel. In het hotel ernaast goed kunnen slapen. De man was wel altijd in staat om ons direct te helpen.

Nous n’avons jamais vécu une expérience aussi horrible que celle-ci dans l’hôtellerie. On veut bien que le prix soit interessant mais ce n’est pas une raison de louer des chambres insalubres. Beaucoup de punaises de lit et ceux dans plusieurs chambres. Nous avons prévenu immédiatement l’accueil à 23h, qui nous a changé de chambres et là, à peine entrés dans cette 2nde chambre, il y en avait sur les coussins et les draps visibles à l’œil nu. Une 3ème chambre nous est alors proposée, moins infestée mais avec encore des punaises de lit…horrible ! Personne ne s’est excusée, le matin ni bonjour ni rien, ils nous ont déposé pour prendre le ferry, même pas un au revoir. Bien entendu, trop tard pour trouver un autre hôtel à cette heure…nous avons fini avec nos affaires à dormir dans la salle de bain pour ne pas prendre le risque de repartir avec ses voyageuses… Problème de communication, ne parle pas anglais Petit déjeuner sans boisson et pas bon du tout, après nous n’étions plus très objectifs après la nuit que nous avions passé. Très bruyant car proche de la route Ne se préoccupent pas du tout des hôtes

Bedwantsen overal! We kregen een andere kamer aangeboden en ook daar waren overal bedwantsen te zien. Ik ben hem gesmeerd naar een ander hotel. Onaardig personeel. Vermijden!!!

Stay far away from this hotel. Our room was CRAWLING with bed bugs. Owner seemed as if he didn’t care. Didn’t offer to give us money back - but whatever, I would pay money to never step foot back in that place. Difficult to get away as the hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Cannot for the life of me understand the positive reviews.

Nous avons réservé 3 chambres et sur 3 deux d’entre elle avait des punaises de lit.

Ich kann dieses Hotel niemandem empfehlen. Als wir ankamen funktionierte zunächst das Wasser nicht. Das einzige positive was ich zu dieser Unterkunft sagen kann ist, dass sich der Besitzer schnell gekümmert hat. Nach ca. 2 Stunden warten hatten wir wieder Wasser. Als wir uns das Bett näher anschauten, sahen wir schon einige Flecken / Blutflecken. Uns wurde schnell klar woher diese kamen. Aus jeder Ecke kamen Bettwanzen. Sie saßen in der Decke, den Kissen, einfach überall. Auch wenn der Standort in der Nähe zum Flughafen verführerisch ist, sucht euch ein anderes Hotel, wenn ich schlafen wollt.

Es war eine Nacht ohne schlaf. Der Abholservice vom Flughafen hat gut geklappt. Im Hotelzimmer angekommen, gab es kein Wasser. Man sagte uns 10 Minuten aber auch nach einer Stunde gab es kein Wasser in der Dusche/Waschbecken/ Toilette. Irgendwann fing es dann an aber eine Info seitens des Personals gab es nicht. Als wir ins Bett wollten, entdeckten wir bereits Flecken in der Bettwäsche. Sah etwas aus wie Blut. Nach wenigen Momenten wussten wir auch woher. Das komplette Bett war voll mit Bettwanzen. Große und kleine. Laut Lebenszyklus einer Bettwanzen, waren dort Wanzen aus jedem Stadium also schon länger unbehandelt. An der Rezeption entdeckte ich, dass man für eine gute googeln Rezension einen Orangensaft bekommt. Leider kann ich mir die sehr guten Bewertungen nur so erklären. Die Lage ist einsam es gibt nix.

Bed bugs! And staff rude when addressing the situation. Laughed at us. They must know they have bed bugs and don’t care. Strange location away from airport. Asked for a refund due to bed bugs and they said no. We moved to a different hotel - Hillside Boutique and this was nice and similar price. Bad vibes overall do not recommend.

Punaises de lit Il s’agissait d’une réservation pour une personne, qui s’est transformée en une chambre familiale… avec des punaises de lit. J’ai demandé un changement de chambre, que j’ai obtenu, mais la nouvelle chambre était également infestée. Après avoir décidé de chercher un autre logement à 23h30, les propriétaires ont soudainement oublié les quelques mots d’anglais qu’ils connaissaient et ne comprenaient plus ma demande de remboursement. L’hôtel est bien situé

Toen we in bed lagen ontdekten we een flinke hoeveelheid bedwantsen in het bed. We zijn halsoverkop vertrokken naar een ander hotel, en de medewerkers hebben ons veel te veel geld laten betalen voor de taxirit. Als de bedwantsen er niet waren geweest was het prima geweest voor die prijs, maar helaas. Mochten ze iets aan de bedwantsen doen, dan gunnen we ze al hun klanten. Maar let goed op alsjeblieft!

C'était très propre mais je me dois de signaler qu'il y avait des punaises de lit.. j'en ai vu deux sur mon lit j'ai dû laisser mes valises fermées dans la salle de bain par peur puis je prie pour ne pas en avoir ramené avec moi. J'ai écarté le matelas du lit et mis ma craie Anti Fourmi et dormi la lampe allumée dans l'espoir que ça les repousse et je n'en ai pas revu ni été piqué...

Staff not so nice and there are bedbugs, don’t go there if they don’t fix that first. Everything closed early. I can not go to another place. No taxi available in the night. So go there only if you need too. It looks oke the hostel.

Bed bugs!! We even moved rooms, but there were still bed bugs. The staff was quite rude to us, didn’t even apologize or make a single smile as we tried to work it out. We ended up sleeping on the floor, since it’s in the middle of nowhere, so we couldn’t get anything else.

BEDBUGS!!! Don’t go here there are bedbugs everywhere. It is so disgusting. Besides the bedbugs there are other little insects on the wall and lots of hair and dust on the floor. The bedsheets are stained with blood spots from bedbugs. The staff doesn’t speak any English at all and it was so hard to communicate.

Die Zimmer sind sehr runtergekommen und sehen nicht so aus wie auf den Bildern. Es gab Schimmel und im Bett liefen verschiedene Viecher rum.. Ich glaube auch Bettwanzen.. Das Personal hat fast gar kein Englisch gesprochen und konnte nicht wirklich mit mir kommunizieren. Das hotel ist weit von der Stadt weg und kein Grab fährt hier hin, sodass man keine andere Wahl hat, als die Wucher Preise zu bezahlen, die das Hotel einem anbietet.. Bin nach einer Nacht wieder abgereist, obwohl ich zwei gebucht hatte, weil ich mich sehr unwohl gefühlt habe.

Good location for getting to the airport but there was a bed bug infestation in one of the private rooms. The staff in the morning were very unhelpful and unsympathetic about the situation. So if you stay here then check the bed thoroughly!!! We could see all the bugs crawling around in the morning, gross. Terrible sleep too because of how itchy it was.

BEDBUGS !!!!!!!! At the start of the night, at 1am, just before I fell asleep. I felt bites and then it tickled really badly. I took the light off my phone and 4 bedbugs were all around me. I asked the establishment for a refund, which was granted. It was very difficult to explain the situation because they didn't speak a word of English. Even with a translator it was complicated. They offered me another room, but when I saw the state of the bed, I realised that bedbugs were everywhere. Then I sat down in the armchair in the hall and got bitten again. Yes, there were bedbugs too. So I ended my night on the hotel terrace by the side of the road as it was impossible to book a hotel for a few hours. What's more, the rooms are very noisy all night because they're on the edge of a large road.

CAUCHEMAR Cet établissement est le pire cauchemar que vous puissiez imaginer. Non seulement la chambre était infestée de punaises de lit et d’autres insectes, mais l’hygiène générale est totalement inexistante. Dormir était impossible, nous avons dû passer la nuit dans le hall, sur un fauteuil inconfortable, car la chambre était tout simplement inhabitable. Comme si cela ne suffisait pas, cet établissement possède également un restaurant attenant qui semble partager les mêmes standards d’hygiène… c’est-à-dire aucun. Après vérification, nous avons découvert que ce restaurant récolte également des avis catastrophiques sur Internet. Il semblerait que plusieurs clients soient tombés malades après y avoir mangé. Cela en dit long sur la gestion et le mépris total pour la santé des clients. Le personnel, quant à lui, est à la hauteur de cet enfer : désagréable, irrespectueux et arrogant. Aucune excuse, aucune tentative pour corriger les problèmes, pas même un semblant de professionnalisme. C’est un établissement à bannir. Pour votre bien, votre santé et votre sécurité, n’approchez jamais cet endroit. Nous c’était juste pour un court passage pour prendre l’avion à proximité mais, il vaut mieux dormir par terre à l’aéroport. C’est une honte qu’un tel établissement soit encore autorisé à recevoir des clients. Si vous tenez à votre argent et à votre bien-être, fuyez ! .

The room and bed seemed exceptionally clean but I woke up covered in bug bites and even had swelling around my eyes from the bites. I hope they sprayed the rooms to fix the issue. It was a nice place otherwise but the room was very, very small.

PLS DON'T GO, FOR YOUR OWN HEALTH. I read the reviews, spray all my bed, went for dinner, after 1 hour bedbugs dead on the floor. Phone for 1 hour with lights off, feel itchy, turn on the lights, 10 TICKS AND BEDBUGS crawling around my pillow, walls, DOOR, sheets, everywhere. tell the staff, they showed me 5 ROOMS, all with dead and alive bedbugs crawling around 😂, I'm laughing how bad it was. the staff is friendly and tries to help but it's manager issue. even the employee slept in his car!

We found bed bugs so probably the mattress it’s not clean frequently.

Unfortunately the bed bugs were still there and easy to spot, which told me something about how well the room was cleaned. I got another room when I asked for it and luckily it looked a bit better. Location pick up from the airport was nice and also that they brought me to the busstop in the morning.

I stayed in the dormitory at first. The door could be locked from the inside, but not from the outside, so anyone could walk in when you were ou. I saw old blood stains on my sheets and later saw the bedbugs. I told them and they said I could change beds in the room, but they all had old blood stains, so possibly bedbugs. I had to pay extra for another (private) room. The amount of money was not the issue, I just did not think it was very customer friendly. In my new room I did not spot bedbugs.

We arrived and went to the restaurant, which online said that they had a great variety of different Thai foods. They only served a boring pad Thai. When we got to our room we immediately spotted several bedbugs and other insects such as. Of course we spoke to the staff about this. They offered to change the bed linen. Of course that is not a solution. We needed to check out and find a new hotel for the night. They wouldn’t even give us back our money. They were very rude. Never go here!

Ze hebben bedbugs!!!!! Ik kwam er savonds achter en liep naar beneden om te kijken of ze iets konden doen maar ze lachte me bijna uit en zei dat alles vol zat en ze niks kon doen. Ook wilde ze niet even kijken in mn kamer. Hygiëne is heeel slecht, overal vieze beestjes en kakkerlakken. Ik heb echt een horror nacht gehad. Wel goedkoop maar ik zou hier nooit meer terug gaan, ga hier niet heen! het eten is niet super maar wel prima.

I found a bedbug in my room and had to negotiate the price for a new room. It was otherwise convenient because they transport you to the airport and ferries.
