Room 210 bed bugs! I stayed here two years ago in the same room and yup bed bugs. Thought it would be taken care of. But no. BIG bed bugs

Ich hatte 2 schlaflose Nächte wegen Bettwanzenbefall. Die Stiche verfolgten mich die 2 Wochen meines Trips. Ich habe mein Geld zurückgefordert. Schreckliche Erfahrung

The overall upkeep of the property was poor. There was a fan running in the window when we got there that had no screen. There was a 2nd fan & portable heater in the room but no other means of temperature control. Check-in, although easy, was a tad unnerving. The clerk just asked my name, pulled an envelope out of a stack, and walked us to our room. His general demeanor & overall appearance felt very uncomfortable. There were multiple shady-looking people lingering around the property. The room was bare bones with a dresser with all its drawers missing. Although it looked clean, everything felt creepy crawly in the room. (I checked for bed bugs & found none but in further looking into this place, they have been reported.)

1. There were bed bugs in the bed, and I got at least 10 bed bug bites. 2. There was no air conditioning. It is very humid in the room.

I don't have a hidden agenda or grudge against them. That said, I wasn't the only guest that had BEDBUG(s). Major headache when went home. Hallways were very noisy at night, and since the rooms and door weren't sound reducing, you'd hear your neighboring rooms sounds, too. Guests apparently weren't cautioned to be considerate. Even in early morning, new arrivals or current guests talked loudly in parking lot or front entrance. I asked one day for a bed linen change, but it wasn't done until I asked the next day. One of the two upstairs bathroom sink faucet had the hot-cold reversed like European style--hot to right. Even then it took long time to get hot.
