+ I didn't like it very much except for the location.😡
- Cleaning, food, pool communication are very poor.😡The food is not cleaned at all, the food tastes bad, the menu has 2 or 3 choices, the service staff is rude
- I don’t like this hotel. The smell, environment is worst i ever seen. The pool is middle in the drink bar, dirty.. the entrance is full of seafood table and chairs, not parking area The room smell was terrible, and facilities were too old
- We stayed as a family but it is not up to the standard of a four star hotel. Breakfast selection is poor. Cleaning is very poor, we didn't go to the pool once, it was very dirty and there were a lot of big cockroaches. I will not stay at this hotel again. It is very sad that Booking recommends such a place to tourists.

+ Вьетнам очень гостеприимная страна. Нячанг один из самых популярных курортов, но персонал этой гостиницы сделал всё возможное чтобы испортить впечатление о гостеприимстве Нячанга. В этой гостинице собрались самые ленивые, безответственные, безразличные сотрудники и моя семья это ощутила на себе. Мы с семьёй прожили 8 дней в этой ужасной гостинице. Грязь и тараканы, уборка безобразная, мебель старая. 8 дней выпрашивали полотенца. Окна такие грязные, что не приятно на это всё смотреть.
- Персонал, особенно люди на ресепшен вообще не работают. Безразличные люди. Очень грязно в гостинице, бегают тараканы. Пыль. Нет полотенец. Нет мыла в номере. Нет места для сушки мокрого белья после пляжа или бассейна. Если не успели к 6.30 на завтрак, то останетесь без еды.

- Ужасная гостиница, в номере было очень сыро, постельное белье все грязное, на просьбу поменять номер реагировали очень медленно. ВЕсь отпуск был ужасным изза отеля. завтрак был очень скудным, еды практически не было никакой, на фото было все красиво, но по факту просто слов нет... в столовой не работал кондиционер изза этого было очень душно и не комфортно. номера очень темные особенно в ванной, очень тесно внутри а так же ржавчина и все краны внутри были сломаны. не советую тут останавливаться.

- Phòng tam có mùi , sờ bông sài giữa chừng thì hết. Đặt phòng xong den noi mới biết ko có chỗ đậu xe, phải gửi xe hết 100k, do hotel phía mặt tiền dùng để kinh doanh quán ăn, làm phải xách đồ xa từ xe đên hotel hết 150m. Nhân viên hướng dẫn chỗ đậu xong cứ hỏi có cho tiền bo ko? Chẳng nhẽ lại không cho, ko cho thì mặt cứ xị ra. Tính ra tưởng đặt hotel đc giá rẻ cuối cùng tính bị mắc mà chất lượng chẳng ra lam sao.
+ Không có gì để thích. Chê toàn tập. Ko bao giờ quay lại khách sạn này lần 2. Tất cả những cái dở của nơi khác hội tụ đủ cả ở đây.
- Khách sạn 3 sao nhưng tiêu chuẩn không bằng nhà nghỉ. Dịch vụ gì cũng có nhưng bôi ra, bẩn thỉu, nhếch nhác. Điều hoà thì phải tắt bằng aptomat, bình đun nước thì phòng có phòng không. Đang đun nước thì nổ dây. Gương, kính nhà vệ sinh bẩn, đầy vết ố, nhem nhuốc. Đèn ngủ thì ko dùng được. Hành lang thì âm u. Nội thất xuống cấp, cũ rích. Ăn sáng thì thìa dĩa vẫn còn ướt nước, menu thì lèo tèo vài thứ mà ko ăn được, vẫn phải bỏ tiền ra ngoài ăn.
- Phòng ốc cũ,bẩn. Đồ ăn sáng cực ít và dở,nhân viên ko thân thiênk

+ 100m to beach. Central touristic location.
- Room at building A,shall down to ground floor,cross reception to building C for breakfast. From road to hotel entrance almost blocked by setting dining table,guests of restaurant do not belong to hotel, particularly from 5PM up to 11 PM. Hotel need to refresh. Dining room durty. Sleeping room was ok but mattress room 404 need to change. Bathroom extremely narrow to toilet bowl. The sink tap was loose, have to hold tap with two hands. Breakfast poor, no jam,no butter. Restaurant staff without separate uniforms. There was even security guard clearing tables. I think enough negativ feed back.

- Les photos de la piscine sont trompeuses : il n'y a pas de transats, l'essentiel de la terrasse étant consacré au bar (très sympathique au demeurant). On y va donc que pour se tremper mais pas de possibilité de lézarder
+ Great beach view, clean room and shower. Good breakfast buffet. Very short walk to the beach.
- The only little thing is there is a seafood restaurant in the courtyard and it smells like a fish market, but it is a beach city and it’s Vietnam so pare for the course.
Direkt zu Beginn wurden wir erst 2 Stunden nach der eigentlichen Check In Zeit aufs Zimmer gelassen. Wir wurden permanent hingehalten und es hieß immer weiter: „in 5 min ist der Roomservice fertig“. Personal überfordert und sehr schlechte Kommunikation, kaum Englisch Kenntnisse. Zimmer war in Ordnung, allerdings sehr laut und Bad sehr eng und veraltet. Lage dafür top.
We were kept permanently up and it kept going: in 5 min is the room service fertig. overworked staff and very poor communication, hardly any knowledge of English. the room was in Ordnung, allerdings very loud and bad very narrow and versatet. position for that top.

- Frukost skulle ingå i priset. Men det fans inget att äta.. personalen fyllde inte på maten . Det var disk överallt. Det var gammla plast koppar för att dricka dricka ut. Personalen var inte äns trevliga eller angagerade. Det var inte nattlampa och kylskåp var sönder
Hotel was nice but it’s a hotel, not sure why it’s listed on hostelworld. The breakfast is mid, the rooms are clean and showers are great. The cafe upstairs isn’t free to guest. The pool only has 3 sunbeds, the rest chairs for the cafe. Location is on top of the beach so that’s good but I think you could find nicer hotels. For the price paid, defo got what you asked for.

- It was gross, outdated, water wasnt hot, people from the outside can go and use the bar upstairs, cockroaches in the pool. Loud music from the outside. I had to leave earlier than planned

- Les photos de la piscine sont trompeuses. Elle est à peine accessible : 2 transats à disposition serrés contre les vitres et tout le reste de la terrasse est rempli par les tabourets du bar.

- There was a huge cockroach that came out in the bathroom. It made me feel sick and it took me ages to drift off to sleep. There was no hot water. This seems to be a policy as someone else said she had no hot water on her first night, but did on her second night.
