+ Bra beliggenhet

- Det så ikke like bra ut som på bildet. Vi fikk sjekke inn tidlig, hvilket var bra, men det var ikke vasket når vi kom så det kunne vi gjerne fått opplyst.

+ Good location

- 3 flights of stairs to room, air conditioner not very effective in cooling entire room, no change of towels daily, no fridge in room although was advertised in property description...there is a fridge in the kitchen 3 stories down, nowhere to put soap in shower recess and shower spraying all over the toilet while in use.

- De kamer lijkt niet op het plaatje van booking.com. Onze kamer was nog bezet en we kregen een andere minimale kamer voor de eerste nacht. Geen bedlampjes, alleen tl buis. Veel te warm. De tweede nacht kregen we een betere, ruimere kamer, maar die stonk naar rook. S morgens vroeg alleen koud water in de douche.

+ Excellent location for activities with nice restaurants and cheap laundry almost next door. Many bars and tour booking offices in the area. Clean with good air conditioning.

- Wi-Fi did not work for us at all. Not a problem for us but to be aware that room may be up a few flight of stairs.

+ Small hotel in the perfect location. Quiet…but close to the action! Lovely hosts.

- I cannot help but feel that the rating has been over-egged a bit! Good value..but no bedside tables nor bedside lights… and a balcony which has not been cleaned for yonks does not rate a ten! Or even a nine!

- I was under the impression I would get a double bed with a private balcony but on arrival it was a twin with a balcony that was accessible by any other traveller in the house, which was a bit annoying because the windows are all glass and didn’t seem that secure. They told us we were the only guests so we stayed but I really think a security gate could be installed for safety or something. Also the rooms are quite sparse and there aren’t really many amenities, but then the price reflects that.

+ Ly ha sido muy simpática con nosotras, siempre intentando ayudarnos y estando disponible para todo lo que necesitábamos. La relación calidad-precio del alojamiento estaba muy bien.

+ La propriétaire est très accueillante et plein de petites attentions (plusieurs fois des fruits à disposition dans la chambre). Super service de laverie à 20m du logement. Pas de vélo à disposition mais nous a donné un bon contact à 5min à pied pour en louer.

+ The room is large, the bed is comfortable. We can check in earlier because there is a spare room on the date we booked. You can leave your luggage before and after you check in/check out. The host is very friendly and gives good advice on the stores where the locals eat or buy things.

- The air still feels musty even though the dehumidifier is on. If you can, you should open all the windows (I think it is the natural air of Hue, so that is fine for me).

+ The owner is absolutely lovely and made our stay fantastic and special. We were all impressed with how tasteful the interior was, what a great taste!

+ L'accueil par Mrs Ly a été très chaleureux. On s'est senti chez elle comme à la maison. La chambre était spacieuse, très propre. Chaque jour Madame Ly y déposait des fruits et renouvelait nos serviettes de toilette. L'hôtel est très bien situé, non loin de la rivière des parfums.

+ Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich! Sie spricht kein Englisch ist aber sehr bemüht dir alles zu zeigen und zu erklären per Übersetzer. Innerhalb kürzester Zeit wurde mir ein Fahrrad besorgt und ich wurde auf eine Mango eingeladen. Das Zimmer ist sauber, einfach und mit allem ausgestattet was man brauch.

- Auf den angegebenen Bildern sieht es gemütlicher aus.

+ マダムリーの人柄が素晴らしいお宿でした。ホテルというより、マダムのお家の一部屋をお借りする、という形です。｢家族のようにお過ごしください｣のお言葉通り、冷蔵庫もお皿もキッチンも使わせて頂きました。美味しい果物を買ってきました。少しいかがですか？ など、終始気にかけてくださいます。 ただ、英語を一切使われないので、全てGoogle翻訳でのやり取りになります。 イライラしてしまう方、忙しい方、急いでいる方にはオススメしません。 マダムとのそのゆったりとしたやり取りでさえ、楽しむ余裕のある方、ご家族がいらっしゃる空間をお借りしてるという気持ちで、節度を持って静かに過ごせる方におすすめします♡ 特に女性同士や、旅なれない方、一人旅の方には安心して過ごせて、いいのでは？と思います(*^^*)

+ La ubicación, la cama y sabanas muy cómodas. Muy limpio, y la amabilidad y cercanía de la señora Ly.

- Nada relevante, solo que en el cuarto agregaría una mesita de noche y en el verano, una pequeña nevera para conservar el agua más fría.

+ Ms Ly, was so nice, helping us get laundry done, giving us fresh fruit, towels changed daily, fresh bottled water supplied everyday. Very helpful even though she doesn't speak English but is good with Google translate.

+ L accueil prévenant , efficace et généreux de Mme Ly. La situation dans une ruelle à la fois proche des rues animées et protégée des nuisances, tout prêt d une promenade le long d un cours d eau relié a la rivière des parfums,pour les marcheurs,ballade agréable jusqu au pont menant a la cité La superficie de la chambre et sa propreté. Son confort. La terrasse très agréable. La possibilité d utiliser un réfrigérateur au RDC.Le calme de la maison.L aide apportée par le fils à la demande. La proximité de lieux de restauration peu onéreux. Un des meilleurs endroits où nous avons séjourné ( 5 nuits).

+ Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft und der freundlichen Art der Hausherrin. Die Kommunikation erfolgte unkompliziert mit einem Übersetzungsprogramm, das Zimmer ist sehr groß und hell und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat einen großen Balkon. Die Unterkunft ist zwar mitten in einer schmalen Seitenstraße im eng bebauten Wohngebiet, aber es war dennoch insgesamt sehr ruhig und natürlich sehr gut gelegen. Die Walking Street befindet sich tatsächlich gleich um die Ecke. Und der Preis für diese Unterkunft ist unschlagbar, wir haben in drei Wochen Vietnam nie wieder so günstig und dennoch so schön gewohnt.

- Das Zimmer sieht etwas renovierungsbedürftig aus, was sicherlich auch am Hochwasser liegen kann, das erst zwei Monate zuvor in Hue war. Ein paar mehr Abstellmöglichkeiten und Haken, vor allem im Badezimmer, wären gut.

+ Lyさんがとても親切で面倒見がよく、何でも相談に乗ってくれました。翻訳アプリを使う名人で細かいやり取りも困ることなくとても助かりました。いい書き込みが多かったのでこちらへの宿泊を決めましたが、Lyさんが本当に良い方だったので、何から何までお世話になり、期待以上でした。フエに来るなら絶対おすすめです！
