+ Nothing

- The aircon didn’t work therefore the pod was too hot to sleep properly. The toilets were disgusting as were the showers.

+ We decided, after veiwing the facilities, to stay at another venue. It was totally unsuitable for two elderly people.

+ Location was fine - even if it is lacking good signage and is a bit hidden in plain sight.

- Terrible - worse than a backpacker facility. Awful beds, noise from other pods being opened/shut and other guests unavoidable, lack of fresh air flow is diabolical. Dirty showers and toilets.

+ We self check-in since we arrived after 5:30 PM. The moment I opened the pod door, I was horrified — the blanket was crumpled up, and there were hairs and even boogers on the bed. OH MY GOD. Absolutely disgusting. I was too exhausted to report it to anyone, and the receptionist only works from 2:30 PM to 5 PM. With no other choice, I just wrapped myself up like a burrito and lay down straight, trying not to think about it.

- Property said we were in a "twin room" not a dorm in an alcove with no door on it. I would not have purchased this accommodation if I knew this was the case.

- Very noisy, had a bad smell in the surrounding area and also inside the pod. USB ports did not work.

+ Liked the kitchenette common room area and lay out and furnishing

- Electric plugs hanging of wall unsafe. The noise throughout the sleeping / pod area I was allocated a pod right near to the entry exit doors and didn’t have a good experience minimal sleep. Requested a refund or some form of gesture and this was snubbed and then ignored over Email.

- The female bathroom was filthy and there was "gunk" on the outside of the pod. There was a half dressed man with no shirt or shoes lounging in the reception area taking up all the space on the couch and coffee table. The property needs to implement a dress code in the common areas. We did not stay. I emailed reception about the condition of the bathroom and pod and asked for a refund on the 28th January 2024 but I still have not heard back.

+ Very well cleaned

- Couple above me in there pod kept me up all night have sex. Crashing banging things all night. Not fare on me for how much I payed to stay there.

+ De locatie.

- Het ziet er echt niet uit. Straalt 0,0 gezelligheid uit. Het bed is echt belachelijk slecht. Alsof het een plank met een laken is, nog nooit zo slecht geslapen en werd zelfs wakker met rugpijn. De keuken is veel te klein en er is te weinig ruimte in de koelkast. De wc is echt heel vies. De toiletborstel is nodig aan vervanging toe en het stinkt er. De douches zijn oké. Er staan wel producten in die of achtergelaten zijn of van een long- term is. Zou ze zelf in de trolley voor algemeen gebruik zetten want nu kun je niet je spullen kwijt. Fijn ook dat er een föhn voor algemeen gebruik is en dat er handdoeken zijn.

+ Location was pretty good. The pods were comfortable, good mattress, good pillow, warm comforter. The ventilation in the pod was better than I expected.

- The place never felt fully clean. The noise levels were really high, people talking, people snoring, someone was hacking their lungs out all over the place.
