En arrivant a l'hôtel, y avait personne pour m'ouvrir, j'ai passé plus de 3 0 minutes attendre, le prix qui est sur la page en arrivant à l'hôtel le responsable m'à donné un nouveau prix plus élevé et c'était pas agréable , le prix était de 27 dollars environ sur la page et il m'a fait payé environ 40 dollars après que j'ai payé la r réservation. J'ai passé plus de 30 a 45 minute pour me donner la chambre, lui et moi en ouvrant la porte on à retrouver des cafards et des anolis d...
When I arrived at the hotel, there was no one to open the door, I spent more than 30 minutes waiting, the price that is on the page when I arrived at the hotel the manager gave me a new higher price and it was not nice , the price was about 27 dollars on the page and he made me pay about 40 dollars after I paid the reservation. I spent more than 30 to 45 minutes to give me the room, he and I opening the door to find cockroaches and anolis in the room.
DO NOT RECOMMEND. Horrible service. When we arrived, the guy at front desk charged us 13$ more than the price listed here. When hesitant to pay, he got angry and said he had other things to do and that time is money - even though it took him 30 mins to do the check in. We were told that check out was 11 am but they started knocking at 10:30 and at 10:50, the guy at front desk was looking through the bathroom window telling us to leave. Very unfortunate Room was clean, staff and service horribl

Everything was perfect, except for the cockroaches in the room.
