- I could not cancel this listing but I was force to leave after 3 days and pay for the whole week. I tried to get my money back, because: 1.No hot water 2. Noise from traffic day and nite - I could not sleep. 3. Alternate room smelled of mold and had no window.
+ La ubicación y el trato del personal.
- Habitación sin ventana, por lo que olía a humedad. Baño muy pequeño e incómodo. No hay agua caliente. El jacuzzi no funcionaba. El desayuno es de baja calidad (café malo, jugo industrial). Aunque el personal fue muy amable, el precio es muy elevado para las instalaciones que ofrecen.

- Wi-Fi; café da manhã; banheiro e quarto com instalações precárias; salão do café e hall mal aparelhados e sem ar condicionado. Não poderia aparecer como Hotel, tamanha a simplicidade das instalações. Chegava a ser constrangedor a presença e os olhares constantes dos donos.

- Not clean (towels and blankets were dirty!), no warm water (check out your emails since this is not stated in the description), disappointing breakfast (no buffet - just a tortilla with onions and potatoes + bread and butter), 24hrs reception is a scam (we had our taxi booked at 5am and nobody was there - all closed and we run the risk to loose our taxi)

- Cold water in the showers and the shower jet was weak. Room couldn't get dark since the blinds weren't sufficient. From Wednesday till Sunday there was a party going on in the nearby area which kept going until 02:00 AM.
+ The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is great for walking around the old city. The air conditioner worked well.
- The property is very run down, and the beds and furniture were dirty. The shower was cold and the beds were very uncomfortable. It’s also quite noisy due to it’s location. Way overpriced for what is offered. We only stayed for one of the three nights we booked and just lost the money for the other two nights because it was so horrible.

- Non c’è acqua calda viene scritto solamente nell’e-mail di conferma , non ci sono finestre in camera e le due stanze al piano terra sono praticamente attaccate alla reception e alla sala colazione si sente qualsiasi cosa fanno

+ Clean, comfortable and very well located place. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I also liked the Jacuzzi on the rooftop with a beautiful view.
+ I had a great stay at patio de Getsamani. The staff were truly the highlight, attentive, welcoming, and always going the extra mile to make sure everything was comfortable and seamless. Their hospitality really made the experience stand out. The room itself offers a peaceful atmosphere, which is perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location is excellent! Overall, I’d absolutely recommend staying here if you’re looking for great service and a quiet place to unwind but close to all the excitement the walled city has to offer.

+ I had a long and stressful travel and booked this hotel. When I arrived I was greeted with breakfast and an eager staff to make my experience wonderful. Leo was very accomodating. Thank you!

+ The owner and staff were so incredibly helpful and friendly, extremely welcoming. The owner made a packed breakfast for us to take on our early morning flight, which was incredibly nice gesture. The hotel was in a great location with a great view from the roof terrace.

+ Vivimos una experiencia inolvidable, don leo, la señora alba y la señorita eimy fueron muy atentos desde el primer dia que llegamos al hotel, muy preocupados siempre. Estamos muy agradecidos y recomendamos 100% la estadia en el hotel patio de getsemaní gracias a su ubicacion y cercania siempre estuvimos a no mas de 15 minutos de la gran mayoria de restaurantes , boutiques y vida nocturna, por lo cual, salir nunca fue un problema, incluso siempre estuvieron pendientes si habiamos tomado desayuno o si estábamos bien durante los tours lo que nos hizo sentir una confianza que en otros lugares no se dá. Finalmente destacar el lindo detalle que nos dieron para celebrar nuestra luna de miel lo que hizo que nuestra experiencia fuera aun mas inolvidable. Recomendamos a todos que vengan a cartagena donde la rumba es 24/7, donde su gente es muy alegre, y sobretodo, vengan al hotel patio de getsemaní donde se sentiran comodos y acogidos por su gente calida, amable y preocupada, lo que hara de su estadía una experiencia acogedora.

Comfortable beds, always clean bed linen and bathroom, room with ideal size for 2 people, super comfortable atmosphere, wonderful cafe da manha and very attentive staff. we felt at home, with so much affection and attention the only thing that ended up disappointing a little was the fact that the jacuzzi was not clean in the period that we were there.

- Easter weekend was particularly noisy and we couldn’t sleep the first night because of a people playing music till 7am in the park in front. Not usual and Not the property fault.

I really liked the cleanliness... the helpfulness of the staff....I wouldn't say I didn't like it....but Cho that could improve with a fridge in the rooms and hot water that I didn't have....but it was a great experience...
+ Für uns die perfekte Unterkunft zum Abschluss unserer Kolumbien Reise, die uns ein wenig an ein marokkanisches Riad erinnert. Sehr gemütlich, familiär und sauber. Gute Lage am etwas ruhigeren Rand von Getsemani und trotzdem fußläufig sofort im Getümmel. Aufgrund der Hitze wurde auch der Jacuzzi am Dach ausgiebig genutzt. Unser persönliches Highlight war aber das (trotz Sprachbarrieren) stets hilfsbereite und freundliche Personal und natürlich die süße Überraschung zum Geburtstagsfrühstück. Der schon etwas ältere Besitzer spricht relativ gutes Englisch und wir hatten Abends bei einem Gläschen Wein nette Gespräche.
- Zimmer & Bad waren zugegeben etwas klein und könnten ein zusätzliche paar Ablagen am Bett gebrauchen aber, dass ist jammern auf hohem Niveau. Wer in dieser verrückten Stadt zu viel Zeit am Zimmer verbringt ist selbst Schuld.

+ Un hotelito muy encantador, las habitaciones acogedora y limpias. La atención del personal excelente, especialmente de Don Leo y Alba son personas muy calidas, amables y serviciales, te hacen sentir bienvenidos 🤗, nos hicieron sentir como en casa!!! Queda muy cerca del Centro Historico, el Muelle de la Bodeguita, el Castillo San Felipe, puedes ir caminando. 100% Recomendado.
- Solo agregaría una mesita de noche al lado de la cama. Por lo demás todo perfecto 👌.
