Wayanay Tayrona Eco Hostal

Bien situé à proximité de l'entrée El Zaino du parc Tayrona et accès à une belle petite rivière juste à côté.

We liked our stay here. The location of this hostel is perfect. It is literally a five minute walk to the entrance to Tayrona park so it suited our needs perfectly. It is a pretty basic hostel and it did feel a bit rough and ready but the staff were friendly and helpful, the garden area is really nice and the dorm beds all had mosquito nets. Definitely not a luxury or party hostel but definitely completely fine if you just need a bed after a day in the park. Would recommend.

Tayrona park entrance is within less than 5 minutes of walking distance. You can leave your bags here if you want to spend a night in the park - just don’t leave any valuables as they are not in separated room. Rooms and kitchen are clean but basic. Recommendation: Go to the river behind the hostel, it was really nice and refreshing.

Hostel direkt beim Park. Schön ruhig und idyllisch. Perfekt um am nächsten Tag in den Park zu gehen. Nur zu empfehlen!

Great hostel near the entrance of the Tayrona national park !

Wayanay is a very well kept, very clean hostel, with great facilities and super close to the El Zaino gate or the park. The staff were very kind and accommodating when I fell sick and let me move into a private room. The dorm is comfortable with mosquito nets and fans for each bed and the private room was excellent, with aircon and a tv! The kitchen facilities are very good and there is lots of areas to chill and a pool table. Great place to stay, would highly recommend

Cute hostel very close to el zaino entrance of tayrona. We felt like most people use this hostel just to get to the entrance early, and therefore there is not a lot of socialising going on. We could leave our bags for a day in the hostel which was nice, but they didn't have a separate room so they just stood in the 'lobby'. That didn't feel very secure, but they were still there when we came back the next day.

Really cute and chill place right next to the Tayrona entrance. Great for swims in the river. A bit quiet one of the nights I was there (which meant a dorm to myself, yay!) but it’s small so it’s easy enough to meet people when there are others around. Obsessed with Coco, the best dog

loved this hostel. i wish i didnt spend a night in tayrona and just came back here. river was amazing, garden nice. Only downside is i got eaten alive even with the bug net 😔

Great experience at Wayanay. Feels like a very local hostel with helpful and friendly staff. Swim in the river behind the hostel!! Ask where it is - it was a highlight of our tayrona experience. We jumped in after the long hike out of the park. No problem leaving our bags at reception while we were gone for an overnight in Tayrona - they were not in a secure location, but closely watched by the owner and we had no problems. Cheap beer, nice hammocks, good WiFi, INCREDIBLE RIVER ACCESS.

Miguel est un hôte gentil et attentionné. L'auberge est vraiment très proche de l'entrée d'El Zaino et pourtant nous y étions seuls avec ma compagne. Elle mérite plus d'intérêt car les chambres y sont propres et correctes pour le prix, elle est située en contrebas de la route donc il n'y a aucun bruit, et les hamacs et les mangues font oublier les jours de marche dans le parc. Merci Miguel d'avoir gardé nos affaires pendant notre trek. Nous recommandons grandement.
