+ I booked room and trying to call to deposit money for guaranteeing my booking but they close my phone and try to call again and again but never pick up

- It was dirty, air con was non existent and the staff did not inform us about the breakfast we had pre paid for.

- Das Zimmer hatte Schimmel, war nicht sauber und das Badezimmer war eine Zumutung. Das Personal war nicht hilfsbereit. Leider war in unserem Badezimmer die Toilette verstopft und man hat mir einen Pömpel in die Hand gedrückt. Das Problem konnte nicht behoben werden. Zudem war das Personal stets unfreundlich (vorallem der Nachtservice). Ich hatte stets das Gefühl nicht erwünscht zu sein. Service wird hier klein geschrieben Die angegebene Austattung war nicht vorhanden: z.B. kein Haartrockner, kein Shampoo, kein Duschgel. Der Kühlschrank im Zimmer war ekelhaft. Der "Stadtblick" war eine Aussicht gegen eine Mauer. Leider kann ich auf Booking nicht alle Bilder hochladen.

- On arrival reception woman did not even look at me. Total ignored me till I spoke. No English. Not even a hello xin chow. So rude. Given room key. Very basic. No safe as abvertised. Staff were so rude I checked out the next day. Worst experience of a two month trip to Vietnam and Cambodia which was fantastic. I am averaging two nights per hotel over two months, and that was the worst hotel of a whole two month trip stay away lots of much nicer hotel is just round the corner
Als je van een heel hard bed houd dan hebben ze ze daar. Met personeel krijg je geen contact, bij aankomst is de tuktuk chauffeur achter de receptie gaan staan om het af te handelen, dat vond ik een vreemde situatie.
Staff wanted to charge me $5 more per night to use AC in my room, they insisted i paid the fan only price. I showed her on the website that fan only was not even an obtion. If you reqire AC be prepared tp pay more. Room appeared to be clean, smelled bad. Matt ress and very large pillows where very very firm. The pool was lovely.

- We were greated by a receptionist that was drinking. And worse by cockroahes on the corridor floor. I reported it but nothing was done about it. Room itself did not look nowhere the quality advertised on booking .com The place is so rundown and dirty As we arrived late we stayed the night and checked out 1 st thing in the morning despite having paid for 5 nights. The only thing the lady receptionist did is to call us and ask for full payment despite the fact I had paid in full already. No apologies about the experience and no care Place to avoid. We booked a beautifull hotel just 3 dollars per day more down the road

+ Sehr gute Lage
- Leider war es unter dem Dach sehr heiss und durch den Ventilator / Zugluft habe ich Kopfschmerzen bekommen. In den untere. Etagen war es angenehmer
+ Schöne grosse Eingangshalle und Terassen mit Holzvertäfelungen. Hübsches, helles, grosses Zimmer. Sehr sauber. Freundliches Personal.
+ L’aspect extérieur est bon. Le personnel est courtois sans plus.
- Équipement sommaire, pas de lampe de chevet, climatisation en option payante, petit déjeuner très sommaire.

- La chambre donnait côté rue était surchauffée, bruyante et les oreillers affreusement sales, jamais aussi sale en un mois de voyage dans le sud est Asie.

+ 24/7 pool with a punk rockish graffiti vibe stole my heart. Central location, proper AC rooms, great value for price.
+ Great hotel for the price. Lovely clean rooms with everything you’ll need. Amazing pool. Plenty of coffee shops and restaurants right next door. A very big thank you to Mr So , the hotel’s Tuk Tuk driver for his kind help. I can highly recommend him for all your transport needs.
- I booked a room with fan only. I found the room to be quite hot in the evenings. You might want to consider an air conditioned room.

+ L'emplacement est idéal. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables.
- L'accueil laisse à désirer, la dame n'est vraiment pas souriante. Un homme du staff est en revanche adorable et discutera beaucoup avec vous, souriant et très disponible. La connexion Wi-Fi depuis la chambre est 0, jamais de connexion il fait descendre à la réception. Dans notre chambre, il y avait la clim, mais pas de télécommande car il fallait payer un supplément.. la piscine est propre mais son environnement plus insalubre (transat et coussins usés). Dernier point négatif : le petit déjeuner. Vraiment limite , choix entre omelette oeuf ou pain au beurre. En râlant un peu le premier jour, nous avons eu des fruits en plus mais de base c'était un extra. Merci à l'hôtel pour ce geste car juste une assiette de fruit améliore nettement le petit dej.
Pas mal voyagé ds ma vie. Rapport qualité / prix est Top. Rajouter 3 Euros par Nuit pour avoir la Clim. Sinon l emplacement est Top. Et pour faire Parc Angkor , location scouters juste à côté. Franchement pour 10 E, t' es au Top moi qui ne suis pas très compliqué non plus. SDB , WC , Lit 2 places , Frigo , petit coin salon , penderie. Tout le confort nécessaire quoi... Et le personnel est plutôt cool Surtout le.veilleur qui somnole ds une tente à l intérieur la nuit à cause des ...
