+ Extremely cheap, bare minimal, the shower was on top of the toilet

- mattress worn out. AC very noisy

- el personal no habla inglés, ni hacen esfuerzo por entenderte. Enfermé de las tripas y no me ayudaron ni dándome agua.

+ staff were pleasant

- The hotel is on a busy main road, the traffic noise was very high. I asked for a ground floor room because of difficulty climbing stairs, but got a 2nd floor room.

+ The staffs are friendly

- The room is too small, equipments are very old and there's no closets and refrigerator

+ Its location is good , only a few minutes walk from Pub Street and quiet enough not be affected by the noise and the staff were friendly and it felt very safe.

- Not sure where to start .. we booked 2 rooms and both varied in size , mine was passable but my friend decided to check into somewhere else .. the shower was in the toilet literally , their were dodgy sockets , the draws on the desk were locked so you couldn’t put clothes in it , no socket near the kettle and the bed was wonky on one side .. needless to say sorry, I will not be going back ..

- Sometimes it was a little noisy in the morning, as building work was being carried out nearby

- Perhaps the old aircon, but that's no big deal. Once the room got to temp it was fine

- La fuite d’eau au niveau de l’entrée de la chambre

+ The hotel staff is phenomenal. They are very kind and always willing to help. At our request, they even arranged e-bikes for us so we could ride to Angkor Wat.
