Zarezerwowaliśmy na bookingu pokój 8-osobowy w hostelu. Kiedy dotarliśmy na miejsce hostel poinformowali nas, ze na bookingu był błąd w cenie więc nasz pokój został sprzedany i nie ma dla nas miejsca. W tej sytuacji z 7 dzieci o godzinie 21 musieliśmy szukać noclegu. Nie było też w hostelu nikogo kto mógłby nas poinformować dlaczego doszło do zaistniałej sytuacji. Powiedzieli tylko, że im przykro.

NO OS FIÉIS. La estancia bien pero les compramos dos billetes de autobús a Himarë, ya que tenían carteles anunciando autobuses a varias ciudades. Cuando llegamos a Tirana el señor del autobús nos dijo que cogiéramos un taxi (que él pagaba) para que nos llevara a otra estación a coger otro autobús. Tuvimos que discutir con él porque decía que el billete de Tirana a Himarë lo teníamos que pagar a parte, al final nos dio el dinero en efectivo para que compráramos allí otro billete. ...

Staff made me uncomfortable. NOT recommended for solo female travelers.

I had been to this hostel a few times and the one staff member is really nice, and this time we walked in and were told there would be a bed. Then we were told there were many reservations, so we were like okay we can sleep on the ground or outside, no problem. Then a bit later this other staff member, the brother of the other guy, comes in and starts screaming at us that we should leave, when we had spent all day waiting for the place to sleep. I have never had this happen to me at any hostel. ...

It felt like everything in the room, including the bathroom, was put together with things found in a nearby junkyard

Worst hostel ever. Hostel helped me book a bus from Ohrid to Tirana that departs at 8am. Was instructed to be at the location 5-10 minutes earlier. I complied - was there at the location at 7:45am. At around 8:12am the hostel texted me saying I was not there and the bus allegedly stopped and concluded I wasn't there before leaving at 8am. However, since the time I was there at 7:45am, no single bus or van stopped. Only 2-3 cars that stopped to drop off passengers. There is simply also no way to...

The staff were great and helpful and I feel sympathy for the mixup with sunny lake hostel, but that’s where the positives end here. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. I was freezing cold at night as there were no heaters or insulation, the building is in terrible shape, the bathrooms constantly smell horrible from the drainage, and we got locked in the kitchen. It does have a good location.

Hostel wasn't as expected. Nothing is worth that note we saw online, in my opinion (maybe I was just unlucky). The bed didn't have a proper mattress (as shown in the photo), there were no connections close by the beds (up and down), no warm shower during our 3 days stays (morning or evening), no window in the room ... BUT it has a good location, friendly staff and food vibes hostel, and a parking spot!

I honestly can't understand the high rating for this hostel. We booked a private room on hostel world which claimed we had a private bathroom - this was not the case. In fact they do not have any private double rooms with private bathrooms so should really check what they are advertising. The hostel itself is not fit for purpose unfortunately - there are too many people cramped in to a very small common space. Only 1/2 can cook at any one time. The showers and common spaces were not clean - bins...

Am petrecut o noapte în acest hostel și am doar cuvinte bune de spus. Este foarte aproape de lac și de centru, camere curate și ceai/cafea din partea casei. Proprietarul este foarte deschis să te ajute și poți sta cu el la povești despre multe subiecte
