Eden's Garden Hostal

- -we arrived around 9h40 at night, after a 12 hours traveling day… I noticed them that we were gonna arrive after 8 pm, the hostel was locked, no one opened us.. nobody answered, even the owners of the restaurants next to the hostel tried to help us and called directly the owner.. nobody ever answered us… (he told me that they never do)…the only sign of life inside was the little baby cat looking at us knocking on the door… we waited 1 hour in front of the door then we had to look for another place in the middle of the night… they only answered us at 11 am the morning after…

- The bathroom smells awful, the mattress is very soft, there's a noisy motor behind the hotel, the breakfast is very basic, and Juan is a terrible receptionist. El baño huele horrible, el colchón está muy blando, detrás del hotel hay un motor que suena mucho, el desayuno es muy básico, Juan es muy mal recepcionista.

+ As camas são “fechadas”, então algum engraçadinho me prendeu na minha cabine durante a noite e eu não tinha como sair. Tive que chamar por ajuda pra alguém abrir por fora e me tirar de la. No geral, não da pra considerar um hostel, mas sim umas camas que colocaram dentro de casa.

- Nunca pude hospedarme porque no atienden el teléfono, no responden mensajes ni abren la puerta cuando se toca el timbre. Tuve que irme con todas mis cosas a buscar otro hospedaje de emergencia y tras de todo, me cobraron la noche. Fatal

- Nadie me recibió al llegar, los números que pusieron no funcionan, nadie respondió

+ Absolutamente nada, pésimo!!

- No le recomiendo😕 este hospedaje a nadie. La mujer encargada es muy muy grosera, no nos ayudo, no entrego nunca las llaves. La comunicacion fue muy Mala, la llamamos para saber lo de las llaves; nunca responde nunca llama de vuelta. Ojo con esto me parece que es un truco sucio que le hace a las personas. Uno hace la Reservacion, ella corta la comunicacion y al final te cobran. Encontre otros sitios donde fueron muy amables, a este porr favor no vayan.

- Celkový dojem z pobytu zkazil zápach, asi plíseň v pokoji,kterou nám načichlo veškeré oblečení a věci,které ani nešly vyprat. Nedoporučuji tento samostatný pokoj.

+ The staff at the hostel were lovely and super helpful. The private rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable and above all they were very clean. Kitchen is fully equipped. With the metrobus you can go to casco viejo and other places like the terminal. Plenty of shops nearby including a big supermarket Rey that has everything!

- Das Bad war leider sehr klein, man konnte sich kaum bewegen.
