HOFT Hostel Bangkok

- Horrible, les chambres sont minuscules... on facture des taxes à outrance. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement.

+ Lovely rooms, convenient location

- Be aware that you might not be able to sleep at night in this hotel. Two years ago, it was fine, but now the road near the hotel became a lot busier and half of the night you'll hear noisy motorcycles and tuk tuks. Also, there is a junction at the road, so vehicles accelerate and makes more noise. Rooms don't have much soundproof (single glass windows), even earplugs don't help. I paid for one week and during the first night tried to change the room for something quieter, but the stuff told me that there is none available. After two days I've checked out and moved to nearest hotel away from the roads. And I didn't get a refund for the rest of the days from the hotel.

- We were very disappointed with our stay. Unfortunately, we left a valuable pencil case in the room. We contacted the hotel and were told that nothing had been found. It is difficult for us to believe that such a noticeable item simply disappeared. The way our case was handled felt unprofessional and not customer-oriented. We will not be returning.

- COCKROACHES! I have killed two cockroaches in the room. Everything in the room was very old and not maintained properly. Under the beds there was a lot of dust. The wooden wardrobes were rotten - probably that is where the cockroaches were hiding.

- سأكتب تجربتي بمنتهى الامانه حجزت يومين انا وولدي عمره 23 سنه وبنتي 14سنه تعليقات الناس والصور حمستنا جينا الفندق الصور غير الواقع السقف يفجع زي البيوت القديمه. الجدار مكسر هذا طبينا الغاء الحجز المديره لم ترضى قالت اجلسوا اليوم وغدا الغوا الحجز والحقيقه ماقصرت معانا الحق يقال ساعدتنا نلغي الحجز وفعلا لفينا اليوم الثاني كتابة تعليقي هذا مو اعتراض على الفندق لا راح احمي لكم الي حصل معايا وارجو انكم تحذروا بعد ماسوينا شيك اوت اخذنا شنطتا وكلن في بنفس الرسبشن مكان على جنب كوفي قلنا نطلب قهوه وفعلا طلبنا قهوه واحنا نشرب القهوه ولدي حس بدوخه وكاانه محطوط شي بالقهوه وانا حسيت بطعم القهوه ودوخه بهذي اللحظه المخيفه عرفنا انه الشخص الي بالرسبشن كلن يبغى ينتقم مننا او كان يبغى يسرقنا او شي وابتسامته الصفراء رحنا بسرعه قايمين وغادرنا الفندق بسرعه كتبت الي حصل عشان احذر اي احد يجي الفندق هذا اذا قبل بنا خجزت كانوا راسلين انه تحذير لاتدي ناس يرسلولك ايميل يقولوا انهم من طرفنا معلومات بطاقتك وانه حصل مع ناس كثير

- Оплатили с завтраком, а в отеле сказали что без завтрака!!! Кровати скрипят, матрасы и подушки как камень, фотографии сделаны лет 10 назад или так сильно отфотошоплены, щеток нет, мыла нет, стены все грязные, одним словом никогда больше

+ Pleasant staff

- No hot water, noisy aircon, flashing lights on aircon unit and telephone, neon sign outside poorly fitting curtain, noisy street, cold breakfast which took 30 minutes to prepare. The fifth floor corridor had a serious flood and neither I nor the night manager could identify the source. She said the maintenance would be there in the morning so I worried all night. In addition, it seems the plunger in our hand soap dispenser had been used as a smoking device so soap came out brown and discoloured and our hands reeked of ash and smoke

- Phòng chật, tối. Nếu gắn thêm bóng điện tone sáng hoặc trung tính sẽ dễ chịu hơn

+ Удобное расположение, дружелюбный персонал, хороший завтрак, чисто, милые штанишки в аренду.

- Крохотные номера, точно не 18 метров, как заявлено. Нам с мужем было тесно, приходилось буквально боком пробираться, при этом мы стройные. Крупным гостям будет супер некомфортно. Ванная и туалет не в отдельном помещении, а просто с перегородками душевыми, которые не доходят до потолка - нет изоляции. Плохое освещение в номере: его просто мало и свет жестоко покажет все недостатки вашей кожи и накинет пару лет сверху. Одно большое полотенце на двоих и всё. Остальное надо запрашивать по звонку, даже полотенце для лица. Система кондиционирования плохо работала: на самой низкой температуре и самом мощной режиме в комнате становилось комфортно часов через 8-12.

- The only little thing I didn’t like is they put the same product for shampoo, body wash, and hair conditioner. They’re all same.

+ As a solo-traveller that has been the best room I have ever stayed in, and the breakfast was so so good and staff incredible!

+ Personnel très accueillant et serviable. Très bon emplacement. Décoration originale. Parfait pour 2 nuits. Jet de la douche très puissant. Bonus : Bon gratuit pour le photobooth pour immortaliser le moment. Au top !

- Chambre petite pour y déposer les 3 valises.

+ The Location is excellent , the staff are friendly and halpful, breakfast served is OK bit choices are limted

- We had booked a family room , the room was really small , the toilet and bathroom was very cramped , but the confinience in the room was fine . The small window the room had, faced a wall

+ Хорошая локация, чисто, есть завтрак и детские развлечения. Стаф очень доброжелательный, выше похвал

- Окна в одну сторону выходят на громкую улицу, завтраки слабоваты, номер тесноват

+ พนักงานต้อนรับดี อาหารอร่อย

- มีเสียงรถตุ๊กๆดังไปนิดนึง เตียงมีเสียงดังเล็กน้อย
