+ Worst property ever.

- Staff is very rude! And it’s very long for Mall Road to go! Any taxis or autos nearby. Don’t ever take this hotel if ur a couple specially

+ I didn’t find anything to like about the property.

+ The location is pretty good, that’s the only plus point.

- Food is a very bad, no quality issues, They made omelette with stale eggs like seriously who can make eggs wrong.

- Proper Facilities are not there. Tv was not there plus the bathroom was stinking too due to unavailability of exhaust.

- No parking facilities

+ Good location but not value for money.rooms are spacious with limited viewing options.staff is helpful

- Food quality was average and quantity was not as per rates.

+ The staff was very cooperative and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and the property was in a very beautiful location.

- We didn't get hot water in the tap as the property was solar-powered and hence, couldn't use the bathtub or the jacuzzi. We went on 13th march. It was raining during that time. We did get hot water by using a rod and the staff was kind enough to provide hot water to us on request. I guess, it was an issue specifically during that time.

- Pricey for what you get, room was alright, wifi didn't work properly,

+ The behaviour of the staff was very nice. Rooms were clean.

- There was no TV facility in the family rooms, there were also no lifts in the property so elderly people are going to have a problem climbing up the stairs. Also, there was not a single mirror in the quadruple room apart from the one in the bathroom!

+ The view from the room was great and the food was tasty.

+ Cleanliness, vibe, best 180• view, Hotel staff are very polite and friendly. I would like to mention the names also- Rajesh ji and Subho ji. Do visit this property, you guys will not regret it. Old manali, mall road, Solang valley, they all are nearby from this property. You can come with your family, friends or a couple as well. Talking about the food, it was worth it.

+ The stay is really good and matches the expectations. With this stay my trip went very well and the view from balcony is mind blowing. Food and restaurant is tasty and fabulous. I would also like to give a big shout out to all staff there behaviour is very helpful and cooperative. All the basic amenities are fully functional and available at the property . Must visit staycation 😊🤟🏻

+ It was an amazing experience, and enjoyed my stay and I was blessed with snowfall, and they also organise Transportation and Food is Amazing! Good for Solo Travellers!

+ Mein Aufenthalt im Moustache Manali war wunderbar, besonders während des Schneefalls. Jagadish und die anderen Mitarbeiter haben sich während des Schneefalls sehr gut um mich gekümmert. Das Hotel hat tolle Cafés.
