- The staff sucks! I extended my stay, and had to move the another room for the last night. Old and new room where identical, same size, same number of people, some everything. I couldn‘t even leave my stuff in one of the rooms during this time, although there is more than enough place! Also, there was no Wifi in the first room, whereas the second room was next to the bathroom, including all the noises there… Note that there are major loud construction works going on in the building all day long!

Terrible hostel, bad guy behind the bar where everything was too much to ask and the atmosphere was 10x nothing. same night still checked out.

- The hostel is big, and if not maintained properly, it quickly becomes disorganized and dirty. The showers were filthy in the morning, and the room had a terrible odor, making it impossible to sleep due to the lack of ventilation. I had to check out after the first night, despite having paid for six nights in advance. No one has provided any resolution or refund. I am requesting a refund as the conditions were far below my expectations. When I checked out, no one asked why I was leaving early; they simply returned the key deposit. Additionally, they don't accept credit cards, which is both inconvenient and suspicious. Overall, the hostel is dirty, and ffers poor service.

Fuyez. Déjà accueil très détestable. Ensuite deux douche et 4 toilette sans aucune hygiène , espace très petit et surtout pas de porte qui se ferme sur aucune ds des douches et toilette mixte , je suis une femme autant vous dire que niveau intimité et sécurité, qui voulait tirai sur ce qui sert rideau et me voyait nue . La nuit l entrée ds l auberge est accessible à tous et non surveiller . Un homme m’a suivie , j’ai été prendre une douche et il m’a suivie , je vous laisse ima...

- Abbiamo soggiornato in questo ostello su consiglio di amici che lo frequentano da anni. La posizione è ottima e l’idea della colazione è davvero carina, tanto che inizialmente eravamo entusiaste e con l’intenzione di tornarci al prossimo viaggio in Thailandia. Purtroppo, un singolo episodio è bastato a farci cambiare completamente idea, a causa della scortesia e totale mancanza di empatia della ragazza alla reception. Durante una notte mi sono sentita male e ho macchiato le lenzuola (senza danneggiare il materasso). Mortificate, ci siamo subito presentate in reception per scusarci e chiedere, se possibile, un cambio lenzuola. La risposta è stata secca: 1000 baht da pagare. Dopo il cambio, la stessa ragazza — con identico tono arrogante e poco professionale — ci ha addirittura detto che avrebbe dovuto farci pagare 2000 baht, ma che “per gentile concessione” del responsabile ci avrebbe lasciato a 1000. Un prezzo francamente assurdo, considerando che un posto letto per un’intera notte in questo ostello costa circa 500 baht, comprensivo di colazione e servizi vari. È un vero peccato, perché il resto dello staff è sempre stato gentile e ci eravamo trovate molto bene, tanto da consigliarlo ad altri amici per soggiorni imminenti. Dopo questo episodio, però, né noi né i nostri amici torneremo più in questo ostello. Basta davvero poco per rovinare un’esperienza che, fino a quel momento, era stata più che positiva.

A nice and well-run hostel centrally located but away from the craziness of Bangkok! Everything was clean & well maintained. Beds were not the softest if that matters to you. Very large hostel as well, felt like a dorm, but generally friendly people. Breakfast was a rotation of local vendors, very fun & tasty.
Amazing place to stay, really clean, safe, and a perfect place to meet new people. Location is also perfect. Would 100% recommend this hostel.
Sadly I didn’t enjoy this stay, I was greeted at reception with zero enthusiasm, the beds were rock solid, air con leaked in our room, told to use key card to get into our room but the door just opened by itself when you pushed it… there was zero social energy or atmosphere during my 3 day stay.

everything about this hostel was magical even though i stayed short term. super chill and the people whom i met were really nice, gave me really cute memories. it was super clean, big thanks to all the staff who were working really hard. hygiene for me is very important and i was highly satisfied. location is superb, neighbor is chill and local. i am really thankful for my friend who recommended this hostel, i don't know other hostels in bangkok but i'll definitely stay here again, as the name

Great place. Near temples and Chinatown. Little further from city center. Nice staff overall , one guy was a little inattentive/too chill, but got sorted out. Yanisa was great ! Great group activities, nice cafe next door. And amazing breakfast daily from local vendors. Super clean beds and bathrooms. Would stay again !
I stayed here on 4 separate occasions during my backpacking trip (my route crossed over Bangkok several times) and loved it. The dorms offer lots of privacy, are very secure with key card access, has a massive shared common area, clean bathrooms and huge showers, and you have use of a kitchen. The hostel organizes various activities that are great for meeting other people and the staff are incredibly kind and helpful. One of the best hostels I stayed at in my 3 month trip.
I absolutely loved staying at Once Again Hostel, and I was really sad to leave so soon. The staff there, especially Yanisa and Bonita, were such incredible people and made me feel very welcome. The space was very clean and comfortable, and the regularly planned activities by the staff made socialising with other residents very easy. If you're looking for a party hostel, this isn't the place, but everything about my stay was exceptional. I hope to come back here next time I'm in Bangkok!
Once again has the best atmosphere I’ve experienced in a hostel. Their social events really make the place stand out, yet if you’re looking to do your own thing and relax, there’s a tv/games room and good air con in the bedrooms. I wish the bathrooms were a bit cooler. Unfortunately, they were open to outside air which made you feel sticky and bothered after being in them. The free egg sandwiches was one of my favourite parts of the hostel :)
If I could give this hostel 11/10 I would! I had such a fab stay here - the location is excellent, it has a variety of common spaces, they put on group activities to join, the staff are incredible and the vibe is friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend if you want a social but not party vibe. The dorms are a little cramped but are comfortable overall.

I enjoyed this place a lot. It was great as my first hostel for this trip. They made it easy to adjust back into backpacker mode. The beds were comfortable with lots of storage space and shelves for my stuff, they had a social family dinner every night, my laundry was done fast, and they are in a great location. I recommend!!
great hostel, big room with a nice lobby and rooftop terrace. good social atmosphere and friendly staff. a little more expensive than some other hostels but I would say it's worth it
erg fijn en gezellig hostel, bedden waren wat hard maar meer ruim en veel ruimte voor je backpack. de staff is erg vriendelijk en organiseerde van alles.
Very nice and cozy hostel, beds were a bit hard but more spacious and plenty of room for your backpack. the staff is very friendly and organized of everything.
I was the only guest staying here so no social, felt abandoned. Beds are very uncomfortable, the AC wasn’t turned on till midnight, so was super hot in the room until it was turned on, then was freezing a couple hours later. So overall very poor sleep, but good location and very quiet. wouldn’t stay here again
A great stay during Songkran, with clean modern dorms, free breakfast and snacks, and amazing free events. Given the price other hostels were charging during this busy period, they kept a very reasonable price. Staff were helpful, and ran the events very well! The only negative is that despite being very large, there were few places to actually store bags and belongings, so some lockers would be very useful!
