+ I like that the room is spacious and clean ant the view at swimming pool was awesome

- First thing is the room, they did not give blanket for the other bed. Second thing, swimming, the first day we went, it was raining so we waited the next morning to go and the timing originally was 7am to 10pm, so we reached 6.50am at the swimming pool and the guard says its open at 9am and we say that there was no notice at all that saying that it will open at 9am and i felt that the management should put a notice below where the guard is and in the website. The guard also says it open at 7am when asked. Third thing was, we reached the swimming pool at 9am and the next shift guard says that my mom swimming suit was not acceptable. He says that no trousers was allowed but the thing is my mom wear a full MUSLIMAH swimming suit and its a set and the guard still insist that my mom was wearing trousers. Overall it was bad experience for me and my family, we hoped that the hotel management will improve in their service and should educate their staff especially the security guard. Dont assume if they don't know as it angers the client cause we pay for what we expect.

- Everything. The photos advertised did not match reality. The accomodation looks worse than a student accomodation. The “flat screen” TV works with a mouse but no sound. So it’s practically useless. The walls are patched and looks like squatters have been living there. Kitchen cabinets are rotting inside and moldy so we avoided using the plates and anything in there. The doors are chipped and the air conds old.

+ Cockroaches in the room we asked for a refund and change of room and the other room had double cockroaches! Also when we left they accused us of a burnt table just because we complained of cockroaches luckily we made a video before entering the premises so please make a video before u enter otherwise they'll blackmail u for more money...

- Cockroaches , sunken bed! And cobwebs..swimming pool the sky pool was accessed by the public they claimed they paid the guard 20rm to get in the pool and it was so dirty cx everyone who didn't have rooms here was allowed to enter had allergy on my entire body due to dirty water

- This was one of the worst stays I’ve ever had. When we arrived at the property, there was no key. I was left waiting for over an hour, continuously trying to contact the host with no response at all. I had to reach out to security, and when they contacted the property manager, he arrived only to yell, threaten, and blame us, showing clear racial discrimination against us just because we are Indians. The unit was filthy — cigarette butts scattered around, dirty and stained bedsheets, and zero basic hospitality. When we asked for drinking water, they completely ignored all our messages and air conditioning was not working at all in 2nd room. This experience has made me lose complete trust in Booking.com. If you value safety, cleanliness, and basic human decency — stay away from this property and this platform.

- On booking, beware of the fees that DOUBLE the price !! There was food left in the fridge when i arrived. The personnal was not friendly. Their arrival procedure is complicated and could be improved.

- La qualité du matelas était très mauvaise. On sentait littéralement les ressors à l’intérieur. Aussi l’appartement donne sur une voie d’autoroute donc assez bruyant la nuit. Les images sont bien plus flatteuses que la réalité.
