I didn’t stay at the premis. When I arrived at the premis, the receptionist told me that the owner already converted Male Dorm to Mix Dorm. He also told me that Hostelworld didn’t change the Male Dorm status to Mix Dorm, so I cancelled to stay.
Avoid this place. Not clean, aircon didnt work, whilst waiting to get a refund for the night we paid for, saw 2 rats run through the room. Avoid at all costs.
Location of this hostel is the best, it's like a bed space no hostel vibe, just a bed where you can sleep, Room and bed is clean, toilet and bathroom need more attention. lady at reception is nice to me. I can't expect more for what I paid for. conclusion - it's a good place who wants to stay in the heart of KL, don't expect more than that.
Just the toilet not so clean but overall is the best stay here
