We couldn’t enjoy our trip properly because of the hostel bed bugs chaos!!! We literally couldn’t sleep and had to go to the reception asking what they can do but they couldn’t help and we had to book an hotel for the next days…their laundry machines didn’t work!! I don’t know how people give are staying with bed bugs around biting them…I literally had a rash problem!!!

0/10. There are so many complaints to be had about this disgusting hostel: 1) Its not safe. Just when we were there, there were at least 2 accounts of big thieveries: once in the luggage room and once in my room. Police entered our room at 2am to check where the thievery was taken place in. They dont give locks and they dont help when anything is stolen from the luggge room. 2) The bathrooms and toilets are disgusting. Hair everywhere, had to see lots of clogged toilets full of poop. 3) …..

First of all, I have been to 6 different countries before, including the Czech Republic, and my credit card only did not work here. The POS machine they use is disappointing and does not allow you to make payments. This is a big problem. Also, there is no hair dryer in the hostel. I did not like the rooms and the bed.

The 24-person dormitory on the ground floor had bed bugs behind the wooden paneling where the light and charging outlets are. Saw ratings from years ago also talked about this, but I assumed (wrongly) that it had been resolved. Went to the front desk to notify them about this and was met with little help, claiming no beds were available and downplaying my concerns. They also said that a simple cleaner would fix the problem, which is frankly impossible if you know anything about bed bugs.

The hostel had a weird vibe and is too far from everything in the city

s*** place, gave me 5th floor with no elevator.. rooms are very bad, secret locker didnt fit my luggage. awful experience honestly

Terrible hostel, I have travelled through a lot of europe and this is my least favourite hostel I have been in. I was woken by staff at 3am, where they accused me of sleeping in someone’s bed and asked for my passport after I had already checked in and I had not slept in someone’s bed. The bathrooms were filthy, the shower did not have hot water and had terrible water pressure. It was more expensive than most hostels I have stayed in. Go somewhere else.

I was in that hostel for 3 days in the 30 bedroom, PLEASE NEVER stay in that hostel, because the second night apart from hearing the snoring of more than 15 people, there are locals who stay there and make their life there, they work and they don't allow you to make noise or anything, also on the second night the police entered the hostel with weapons that I had never seen before, but weapons of war, they entered the room looking for someone. no security

Muy sucio los baños , la habitación para dejar el equipaje . El personal es súper bien, muy servicial pero el orden y la limpieza hizo que la experiencia de hospedarme ahí afectará negativamente.

Good nothing to complain and quite clean, just people who are not being careful but not the hostels fault

It’s a decent place, although beds are not assigned. If people book together they should absolutely get the bunk together. I don’t know how that’s not the case, very strange and would not have booked if I knew that.

It's the second time I'm staying at Czech Inn. And definitely it won't be the last time. Top class service and super friendly staff. And most importantly at pocket friendly price.

Nice hostel next to tram so easy to get into the centre. Not ideal as a solo female because in a dorm full of boys (didn’t want to pay extra for female dorm) and barely saw any other girls the whole time!

Had a lovely experience and all the staff were pretty cool.

I liked the location and the rooms in general. The bathrooms were bad though. They were clean, but they, at least in my dorm on the fifth floor, felt super musty and didn't smell great. Aside from that, I think the hostel is just too big to have that nice familiar, homely vibe that my favourite hostels have

Mi estancia estuvo genial, yo dormía en una habitación de 5 mujeres pero, la segunda noche había dos hombres por la habitación con las otras chicas, por eso mucha seguridad no me dió. El personal en general bien sobretodo una chica rubia de recepción que siempre era quien nos explicaba el resto no explicó mucho no sonreia mucho La atmósfera en general era acogedora, se podía jugar, cocinar, estar en el bar, si buscas un lugar económico, céntrico viene genial

Great hostel! I particularly appreciated the exceptional competence and tireless effort of Chaitanya at reception—his outstanding service makes one feel truly as though a guest in a five-star hotel. Special thanks also to Tushars for his kindness, professionalism and dedication. My sincere thanks to both for carrying my very heavy suitcases up and down the stairs, assistance I required for medical reasons. All the best to you both!

Amazing stay clean rooms and good atmosphere.staff is amazing mostly beautiful girls and handsome men at front desk that take care of all your needs. I will definitely stay there again.

A bit far from the city centre but clean and affordable, so worth the walk/tram journey :) Pros: Comfy beds; Spacious luggage storage; Laundry facilities (for extra cost); Very secure keycard entry system to dorms; Nice atmosphere in the basement dorm in particular; Generally very clean; Affordable prices; Helpful staff. Cons: Not all dorms have privacy curtains on the beds; Laundry machine has a habit of eating your token and not turning on (but staff will give you a new token free)

Buen lugar, tiene una estacion dde tranvia a solo unos metros, la habitacion estaba muy limpia y amplia, lo uniconque nno me gusto es que la cocina no la mantienen limpia y esto es culpa de los mismos que se hospedan aqui, no todos limpian lo que utilizan.

We slept in the dorm in the basement with 34 beds. Surprisingly it was actually not bad at all. The only thing to point out is that you don’t get assigned a specific bed, so if you travel as a duo or more you might not get to sleep together. The facilities and staff were very nice. There is a small café in the “lobby” where they serve great coffee!

Excellent. just bring your own lock or purchase one at the desk. Cheap. Breakfast buffet was pretty helpful. i recommend booking while checking in for discount immediately. Rooms were clean, toilets were decent. Luggage service after checkout was free so u can still explore the city after checkout without needing to carry luggage. Amazing overall

The staff were VERY helpful and understanding, I would definitely choose this hostel again, %100 recommend

L'accueil a été chaleureux dès notre arrivée et le personnel s'est montré très attentionné tout au long de notre visite. La chambre était d'une propreté irréprochable, spacieuse et très bien équipée. Mention spéciale pour le petit-déjeuner qui était varié et délicieux. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !"

Les douches sont sales, de plus il y a une énorme fente entre les portes en vitres qui à permis aux vieux pervert de ce rincer l’œil et même d’essayer d’y renter en levant le loquet de l’extérieur. L’ambiance etait morte et les gens qui était là était très vieux et étrange…

It was truely an amazing stay to be at this hostel, really loved staying there in prague

I loved this place!! Very cheap and I slept in an apartment, with kitchen and 3 beds (not bunk) The bus stop is just across the street and in 15 minutes you are in the city center. I didn’t use the kitchen but is very handy having one.

It was a great place to stay. Handy to see the city I would stay there again. The front desk was especially helpful
