- My bed is on the top bunk. That morning I was feeling unwell, I couldn't walk because of my stomach ache. I got off the bunk. Because I couldn't move due to the pain, I lay down on the mattress underneath for 10-15 minutes. My clothes were clean, not dirty. Then, as if we were in a military environment, an old woman burst into the room. She asked me, "Is that your bed?" I said, "No, I'm not feeling well, I just lay down, I'm sorry." Then I got up from the bed and sat on a chair. The elderly employee came back into the room with the young receptionist. The receptionist, with a POS machine in her hand, said, "According to our rules, you cannot sleep in someone else's bed, so you will pay a 20 euro fine." I couldn't even speak because of the pain. I said, "I'm not feeling well, I just lay down for 10 minutes, I didn't sleep there." The young man repeated the same things to me like a robot. I paid the 20 euro fine because I couldn't be bothered. Because I was sick. What they did was incredibly stupid. I didn't defecate on that bed, I didn't sleep in that bed for a night. Ultimately, no one else was staying in that bed; it hadn't been reserved yet. This place is so racist and strict. Any woman could come to check your room and charge you 20 euros. Be careful, don't go there. Besides, it's quite far from the center.
+ I didn´t like the whole experience of this place, it has been the worst hostal I have ever stayed in, it was a New Years nightmare, the building is old, the beds are horrible, no courtains, no privacy, there are only 2 bathrooms per 18 people, they never clean the common areas, toilets were dirty and floors also dirty most of my stay (5 days), in my room the window didn´t close so it was cold, they charge me 80 euros per night and it didn´t worth it at all. They change me into another bed, and it didn´t have a light, a charger and all my stuff fall out the floor. The lockers and the doors need a code, which gets anoying with noise all the time people open and close their lockers. There wasn´t any soap or shampoo, as must of hostals now a days. I don´t recomend it, it´s next to the bus station, like 15 minutes by train, so, the location isn´s as good as I thought, its an industrial area, zero touristic and at night a bit weird, no restaurants or stores around. I wish I had chosen another place to spend New Years, I was so disappointed. And at the end of my stay, one of the recepcionist shouted at a guest, arguing he coulnd´t stay all day around, which I don´t think he wanted that, no matter the reason, guests and costumer service is first, and he looks disrespectful.

- Pierwszy raz w życiu jestem zmuszony wystawić negatywną ocenę. Zajmowałem pokój solo. Kładąc się spać odkryłem na pościeli plamę bez wątpienia pochodząca z ludzkich odchodów. Pościel wyszła z pralni i ktoś tym pościelił łóżko mimo że musiał to zauważyć. Sprawę zgłosiłem nocnemu recepcjoniście, który zareagował dopiero za drugim razem i niespecjalnie się zdziwił. Rano opisałem sytuację osobie z rannej zmiany która przyznała że sprawa jest niedopuszczalna. Zostałem poproszony o nr konta do zwrotu i zapewniono mnie że będzie powiadomiony menadżer. Minęły prawie 3 tygodnie bez reakcji. Moje wiadomości były ignorowane. Odradzam. Omijać!

Had a great stay. All of the reception team was friendly and helpful.
Wonderful and perfect for backpackers
Como chileno la experiencia es buena, el personal es amable pero el de aseo no, estaba cambiadome ropa y entraron a cambiar las sabanas sin saludar ni pedir permiso, el baño estaba un poco descuidado pero limpio. En general la experiencia es buena, guardan tus maletas el dia de hacer check out pero un poco inseguro ya que no colocan identificación a las maletas. Lo recomiendo si estaras todo el dia fuera recorriendo la ciudad, y si eres joven interesado en beber o disfrutar.
As a Chilean the experience is good, the staff is friendly but the toilet is not, I was changing clothes and they came in to change the sheets without greeting or asking permission, the bathroom was a little sloppy but clean. in general the experience is good, they keep your bags on the day of check out but a little insecure as they don't put ID on the bags. I recommend it if you are out all day walking around the city, and if you are a young person interested in drinking or enjoying.
Best hostel I’ve stayed at so far, the activities are very good location is kinda far but there’s a bus stop right next to it. Beds were good nice and tidy rooms were very clean. The staff was amazing and went above and beyond, some guest got robbed in the club and one of the staff members spend all day talking to the police to make sure he got his phone back which besides because of it. 10/10 would recommend this place

Im Großen und Ganzen ist die Unterkunft in Ordnung gewesen. Was etwas nervig ist, sind die wenigen Badezimmer die auch wirklich nur fürs grobe sauberhalten fungieren. Etwas laut waren auch die Betten. Ansonsten gibt es noch einen kostenlosen luggage room, welcher auch nach den Check-In benutzt werden kann.
The accommodation was in good order. what is a little annoying is the few bathrooms that really only function for the gross cleaning. the beds were also a little noisy. otherwise there is a free luggage room, which can also be used after check-in.
We had a good stay here! Our lockers weren’t working for the duration of our time at the hostel, but I don’t really have any complaints other than that and I believe they were working for other people in the room. The staff were friendly and it’s great value for money. I’d stay here again!
overall it was a nice stay, the room was large and the location was amazing. Though some of the staff were quite odd. we arrived early and asked if we could rest in the reception area which was apparently not allowed. It was really weird
Been on a 2 month trip using hostels. Possibly the worst hostel I’ve stayed at. Location is not great, beds were very uncomfortable, lockers couldn’t fit a 50L backpack. Only positive thing about it was the patio in the back, it had a great social aspect and I’m sure the bar crawl is great but we didn’t even bother.

Really liked this hostel! Staff was friendly and the bar crawl was fun! It's kind of far from the Old Town/city center (about a 25-30 minute walk) but right next to the central bus station if you're taking the bus into the city. I stayed in a room for six and between our room and the private room next to us, there was only one bathroom which had the shower and the toilet in it, which was difficult to share between seven people (there are no other shared shower options and only a single toilet on...

Não éum hostel proximo de nada, voce vai precisar pegar muito transporte publico, nao ha comercio tao perto assim também.
It's not a hostel near anything, you'll need to take a lot of public transport, there's no shopping in the vicinity as well.
Loved my stay here! The female room was big and clean, I wish there were more bathrooms and showers for our level though. Besides that, the common area was nice and the hostel staff were amazing with organising activities. Would definitely stay again!
Otimo hostel para conhecer gente, pubcrawl imperdível. Boas camas, quartos espaçosos e área externa bacana. O maior problema é a quantidade de banheiros, no meu andar eram 2 para ~32 pessoas! Toda hora tinha que ficar perto da porta aguardando alguém sair, já cheguei a ficar 20 minutos de pé esperando. Também achei estranho que as portas eram por códigos e não chave/cartão, mas a senha do meu quarto era a mesmo do andar que era a mesma da porta principal de entrada, ou seja, não par...
Great hostel to meet people, pubcrawl must-see. good beds, spacious rooms and cool outdoor area. the biggest problem is the amount of bathrooms, on my floor there were 2 for ~32 people! every hour i had to stand by the door waiting for someone to leave, i once stood waiting for 20 minutes. i also found it strange that the doors were by codes and not key/card, but the password to my room was on the same floor that was the same as the main entrance door, i.e. it didn't seem secure.

Antes de reservar tomen en cuenta que está DENTRO de la estación de autobuses. No tiene áreas comunes que puedas usar por la noche, queríamos cenar y nos echaron a la calle, literal tuvimos que cenar sentadas en la banqueta porque no hay ningún lugar que puedas usar, la comida que puedes comprar es malísima y cara. Me cobraron €5 por una toalla de manos. Nada que ver el ambiente del hostal con lo que ponen en la publicidad, si vienen por el ambiente este lugar NO es.
Before booking please note that it is INSIDE the bus station. It has no common areas that you can use at night, we wanted to have dinner and were thrown out on the street, literally we had to eat dinner sitting on the bench because there is no place you can use, the food you can buy is very bad and expensive. I was charged €5 for a hand towel. Nothing but to compare the atmosphere of the hostel with what they put in the advertisement, if you come for the atmosphere this place is NOT.
