Not very clean, and it seemed that some people were living in the hostel - including one very disruptive mentally ill person. The furniture and atmosphere was nice, and so were the staff, but I would not stay here again.
Das ist eine Mafia,die wollten mein Ladegerät stehlen wie bei anderen Gästen zuvor. Ich habe die Polizei angerufen und das Problem gelöst. Die haben gelogen ohne dabei rot zu werden, vor allem bei meiner Google Rezension haben sie eine verlogene Antwort gegeben.
This is a mafia,who tried to steal my charger like other guests before. i called the police and solved the problem. they lied without blushing, especially on my google review they gave a false answer.
Not a social hostel, the rooms didn’t lock and the toilets were small. But good location
Leider ist das Hostel sehr herunter gekommen und lieblos gestaltet. Die Badezimmer waren wirklich sehr dreckig und nur ein Bad pro Etage. Wir wurden nett empfangen aber das war es dann auch. Das Hostel liegt weit oben auf dem Berg. Saranda lohnt sich nicht, es sei denn man möchte auf den albanischen "Ballermann".
Personale quasi sempre assente e non paricolarmente gentile. Spazi comuni non molto puliti e davvero esigui. Stanza molto basica, la tv non funzionava, non era nemmeno attccata alla rete. Non ci è stato proposto alcun servizio. Molto rumoroso, sia per le ventole funzionanti a qualsiasi ora della notte sia per un bar sotto le camere con musica ad alto volume fino a tardi.
Staff almost always absent and not particularly kind. Common areas not very clean and really demanding. Very basic room, the TV did not work, it was not even connected to the network. No service was offered. Very noisy, both for the fan running at any time of night and for a bar under the cameras with loud music until late.
A bit of mould in the bathroom and a lock that doesn't work too well. My main issue was with one member of staff who was too busy playing a football game on the large TV screen when I asked for help booking a taxi to the airport. He gave me the number of the taxi company and told me to book it myself because "their systems weren't working". Lo and behold when I asked another member of staff the next day they knew nothing about this and said system was fine and had been all along. So he'd lied.
Camas fantásticas. El baño pequeño y sin aire acondicionado. Duchas incomodas. Áreas comunes bien.
Fantastic beds, small bathroom without air conditioning, comfortable showers, nice common areas.
I was kind of expecting more out this hostel. Rooms are okay but staff do the bare minimum and not much more than that. They fail to heads up to you about so manythings. Also the Hostel has zero vibes so if you want to get to know people this is not the place. Internet sucks and something to clean your hands on the toilets would be helpful.
The staff are not helpful, they don't speak English-- asked about the public bus system and payment on it but they couldn't understand/help me. The showers are clean but extremely stuffy, no curtains on beds, common rooms are clean. Filled with digital nomads and no one really talks.
Great location! Checking in and out was quick! Didn’t enjoy that we didn’t get individual keys to rooms, which meant anyone in the hostel could come in and out, and people kept coming into our room at night to get into the balcony to smoke, resulting in a terrible night of sleep. Staff was polite but wasn’t super knowledgeable about touristic queries!

This hostel feels so comfortable to stay. It has the perfect location, the staff is really nice, and it's interior is so beautiful. I can really strongly recommend to stay at Vanilla Sky Boutique Hostel while in Tiranë.

Really great vibes! Everyone I met there was super nice and social and the common spaces were inviting and comfortable. Rooms and beds were clean and comfortable!

I will be back to this hostel. It is great location for going to bars and clubs. Easy 5 minute walk. Beds were very comfortable and really clean. Can’t wait to come back
Muy buen hostel. Limpieza e instalaciones perfectas (solo faltaría lugar para apoyar cosas en la ducha). La ubicación es muy buena ya que está cerca de la.zona de bares. Recomendable.

Struttura incantevole, aggiungerei posacenere in balcone e porta a vetro richiudibile per la doccia se non volete allagare il bagno. Ottimo qualità prezzo e bello il film per un pugno di dollari.
Charming structure, I added a sink in the balcony and a glass door that can be closed for the doccia if you don't want to wash the bathroom.
Good location, a lot of restaurants nearby, the property has a good shared space, beds are comfortable

Het is als thuis komen... verzorgde en aangename sfeer. heel schoon, ideaal gelegen in een rustig stadsdeel op loopafstand van bezienswaardigheden, het treinstation, een hele boel koffiehuisjes en huizen, bars en restaurants, alles in maximaal een kwartiertje lopen te bereiken: TOP!
It is as home come... well-kept and pleasant atmosphere. very clean, ideally located in a rustic stadsdeel on walking distance from sights, the train station, a whole bunch of koffiehuisjes en huizen, bars and restaurants, everything in maximum a quarter of a block walking to reach: TOP!
This was my second stay and I give it a 10! The staff goes out of their way to meet your needs! It is always very clean and I’ve made several friends. The Christmas music played and the Christmas tree was put up today making the stay and the season feel extra special. You’ll be lucky if you can book a stay at Vanilla Sky!

the room was good but the reception - a male guy was rude.and need more training to serve guests. He was always on his cell phone not paying attention when speaking to me, and not sincere when the laundry that i sent got messed up. The promised return time of my laundry was not delivered. I had to ask them twice to get my laundry and when i got my laundry there was a missing item. The reception simply pushed the responsibility to the laundry lady who was already off work.
Excelente lugar, cerca de restaurantes, bares y zonas turisticas y muy seguro. El personal muy amable y atento.
