+ יחס מצד עובדי המלון. יתאים לאנשים שרוצים משהו זול במיקום טוב
- הגענו בשביל לצאת ללופ עם חברה אחרת ונכנסנו לחדר והשירותים לא נוקו בכלל. לא הסכמנו לישון שם אבל כן צוות המלון הבין ולא חייב אותנו

- I couldn’t sleep till 2am because stuff who work in kitchen played tick tock videos in the room! I gave them to was my clothes and said to do gently,they put in dryer and destroyed completely my expensive mammut tshirts and pants!

Es muy barato, y está bien por el precio. Pero por poco más dinero se pueden conseguir cosas MUCHO mejor. Los chicos del hostel quieren vender si o si el tour con ellos. Y si quieres hacerlo por libre te van a decir que es súper peligroso hacerlo sin easyrider. Nos llegaron a mostrar las fotos de un accidente con una persona muerta solo para meternos miedo. Realmente lo que quieren es venderte el tour por eso este precio del hostel. P.D. hacer el loop por libre es una experiencia espectacular
It's very cheap, and it's fine for the price. But for a little more money you can get MUCH better things. The guys at the hostel want to sell you the tour with them. And if you want to do it for free they're going to tell you it's super dangerous to do it without an easyrider. They even showed us photos of an accident with a dead person just to scare us. What they really want to do is sell you the tour so this is the price of the hostel. P.S. Looping for free is a spectacular experience
what caused mainly my bad review is the laundry service. my clothes came back unfixable. I have to through away many things and buy new ones which costed me a big sum of money. the stains were unwashable. I understand the laundry is done offsite but you guys should know better who you provide this service to.
They don't change the sheets! It's a classical one night stay business. Unexpectedly we had to stay two nights. In our dorm everybody else had checked out. The staff just comes and flattens the sheets before the next guests arrive. After pointing the blood and sweat reeking sheets out to the receptionist we were promised that they will be changed. Anyway, my bed was given a new guest in the same condition in the evening. do yourself a favor! go somewhere else

- Not clean, not enough showers/toilets. Asked for good reviews if we wanted to receive a discount.
+ They were fine with a late night check-in.
- We can't review the Safari hostel itself. We are not sure if they were overbooked or what happened. But they took us to another hostel a few buildings down the street. Here the beds were not the cleanest. It was too warm. And after seeing the showers we decided not to use them.. We didn't really get any respons when asking/complaining what happened. Overall very poor experience.

- Nothing. Was a bit hard for my parents to get to the top room with the bags. I would add more blankets. We were cold during the night.
Front desk will barrage you with questions about what you’re doing in Ha Giang and to try and get them to book the loop with their company. Besides that, everything else was good with the hostel.
+ La camera grande e il letto comodo
- La descrizione della stanza non è per niente come viene descritta su internet, avevo prenotato una camera con balcone e vista montagna e mi sono ritrovata una stanza con un piccolo terrazzino che affacciava sulla strada, e si sentivano tutti i rumori , la vista montagna non esiste in questo ostello!! Il bagno un po' sporco, per il resto la camera era carina
+ De locatie zat op een ideale plek. Restaurantjes en winkels waren aan de overkant. Verder was het schoon en netjes.
- De bedden waren enorm hard. Verder werd de hele avond best wel luide muziek afgespeeld in de lobby.
Kann die ha giang Loop Tour von dem Hostel aus nur empfehlen!! Die Fahrer waren super nett und haben einen so toll betreut. Alles hat top geklappt :)
Can only recommend the ha ha giang Loop Tour from the Hostel!! the Drivers were super nice and have looked after such a great one. everything has worked out perfectly :)

+ Nuestra experiencia con Safari Hostel fue increíble y altamente satisfactoria. El hostel es cómodo, limpio y el equipo es muy amable, el trato que recibimos fue increible. La calidad del alojamiento y la comida en el hostel es muy buena. Recomendamos sin dudas hacer el loop de 4 días y 3 noches con ellos, fue la experiencia máxima de nuestro viaje! El tour salió exactamente como nos lo describieron. Los easy riders son muy profesionales y atentos. Disfrutamos de alojamientos hermosos, comida abundante y muy rica durante todo el viaje, y los paisajes son, sencillamente, inolvidables. 100% recomendado!!

+ L'emplacement était bien, la literie aussi et le Ha Giang Loop organisé également !
- Les qualités au petit déjeuner étaient petites, il fallait choisir parmis une liste, ce n'était pas un buffet. Au Safari Hostel l'ambiance est "Safari", avec des senteurs disons, comme dans un centre équestre.
