- I had a terrible experience at this hotel. It was noisy all the time, from before 7 a.m. until late at night, and I couldn’t get any rest during the two nights before returning to my home country. There was constant disturbance from the staff working right in front of my room from early in the morning, as well as from the pool cleaning staff and various surrounding noises. Additionally, my room had no hot water for showering. This hotel is not suitable for relaxation. -ไม่มีน้ำอุ่นในห้องน้ำ -ห้องน้ำเล็กแคบ -จองเตียงใหญ่แต่ได้เตียงเล็กติดกันแล้วมันเลื่อนแยกออกตลอด -เสียงดังตลอดเวลาไม่สามารถพักผ่อนได้ ช่วง6โมงเช้าพนักงานมายืนทำงานหน้าประตูห้องเสียงดังรบกวนการหลับนอนมาก ทั้ง2คืนเลย

- Appena arrivata ho notato subito lo stato di incuria della struttura. Le prese elettriche sono vecchie, sporche e con parti ingiallite (vedi foto), trasmettendo una sensazione di scarsa manutenzione e poca attenzione alla sicurezza. Ancora peggio la biancheria: ho trovato lenzuola macchiate (foto allegate), segno evidente che non vengono cambiate o lavate correttamente. È inaccettabile dormire in un letto che non dà alcuna garanzia di igiene.

- Dernière et.pire nuit sur 1 mois de séjour en Asie. Vieil hôtel.qui ressemble plus à un motel.très très bruyant. Impossible de se reposer. Bruit du centre comercial jusqu à 2 h du matin ensuite les livraisons,.les chiens.. en face, pas de double vitrage. Colonie de vacances sur place. Pas très propre.

- 我定的是高级三人间，住进去确发现是双人间加了个又小又矮的单人床，房间除了床什么空间都没有，连手机都要放在对面的桌子上，而我住进去已经夜里12点了，没有经历再去跟前台沟通。还有照片的泳池也没有。
+ rien du tout , les chambres sentais les égouts , les lits étaient cassés , les serviettes sentais mauvais , le personnel désagréable j'ai payé pour 3 personnes dont un enfant , on m'a mis dans une chambre double sans lit pour mon enfant de 6 ans , j'ai du repayer sur place un lit supplémentaire qui était cassé prêt à être mis en déchetterie .

- I thought it was a good idea to stay at a hotel next to the airport for my morning flight on the next day. Little did I know it was going to be the worst night I ever had. I had diner at the hotel restaurant and took one Pad See Ew with shrimps as a meal, and a cheesecake for dessert. Either it was the shrimps or the cheesecake, but I got the worse food poisoning of my life. I lived during 4 years in Thailand and it never happened to me before. I vomitted all night, and almost had to reschedule my flight. In the airport they had to put me in a wheelchair to pass the controls because of how sick I was (!!) The cherry on top of the cake is that the management does not even give a refund because "stomach discomfort" is not worth it, and that they "did not find any irregularities" in their kitchen. They absolutely do not care about their clients, this is not tolerable. If you want to put your health in danger, you can do it there. Otherwise avoid at all cost.

- Shuttle took so long / better to get a Grab or Bolt taxi. The main reason I booked this hotel was for the pool for a swim in the morning before another flight to be told it opens at 9.30am - what hotel pool in the world opens that late?

- Aucun confort, chambre minimaliste, une climatisation très bruyante, une douche qui fuit et enfin un cafard dans la douche.........Pour finir un restaurant très moyen et cher pour le pays. Seul point positif : La proximité de l'aéroport et une navette

+ Ideaal hotel als je aankomt en vertrekt in Bangkok. De shuttleservice is ideaal. Goede bedden, goede airco, goed ontbijt en heel vriendelijk personeel.
+ Hôtel très pratique pour une nuit de transit près de l’aéroport de Suvarnabhumi Airport. L’emplacement est idéal, avec une navette directe qui permet de rejoindre l’aéroport en environ 15 minutes, ce qui est vraiment rassurant pour un départ tôt le matin ou une arrivée tardive. L’accueil est bon, le personnel est aimable et efficace, ce qui rend le séjour simple et fluide. En résumé, un hôtel très pratique pour une courte étape près de l’aéroport, surtout pour la localisation et la navette.
- La propreté de la chambre pourrait être améliorée. Ce n’était pas catastrophique, mais pas exceptionnel non plus, et cela mériterait un peu plus d’attention.

- A little bedsidelamp would be more comfortable -- so I had to get off the bed in the night to find the lightswitch
+ The buffet food was yummy, we really enjoyed it. Every morning during the duration of our stay, we didn't have to think about breakfast, it's already there. Handy location near the airport and mall. The staff were nice and helpful in general. Also their shuttle service was very good to have available. Good internet and shower pressure & temperature. Water bottles ready in the mini fridge. Thanks heaps!
+ Wir waren nur 1 Nacht hier wegen der Nähe zum Flughafen.Der mitgebuchte Transfer zum Flughafen,welcher regelmäßig fährt hat sehr gut geklappt.
+ A lovely hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Really convenient for the airport with airport transfers included. We arrived early morning before check in time but we could leave our luggage and enjoy the great facilities while we waited including the pool.
