- It was old, broken shower, wifi did not work. No breakfast and location was awful. Dirty and smelly

- Eigentlich alles, nichts wie versprochen

+ Resepsiyondaki hanımefendi çok güzel ilgilendi bizimle ve konumu çok güzeldi.

- Kesinlikle temiz değildi. Yatak çarşafları oda yeni temizlenmesine rağmen kirliydi, küçük saçlar/tüyler vardı aynı şekilde yastık kılıfları ve pike de. Yeni istediğimizde verilen çarşaf da maalesef ki kirliydi.. Bir sonraki verilen sonunda temizdi. Yerler sanırım temizlenmiyor, çok üzücü. Aynı şekilde banyo da maalesef temiz değildi.

- Я не из тех людей кто пишет гневные комментарии за любой чих. Тут хочу изложить по существу. Нужно было остаться на одну ночь буквально переночевать с самолета до утра. Выбирал отель исключительно по локации близкой к ресторану, где планировали ужинать и завтракать. Визуально на фото абсолютно среднестатистический номер с оценкой 6,7 на Booking.com, на Agoda.com оценка 7+. Стоимость номера без завтрака была в районе 28$. Я подумал отличный вариант, чтобы просто переночевать. Мы зашли, на ресепшен был дружелюбный сотрудник. Весь отель пропитан табаком до самой штукатурки. Мы поднялись в номер и поняли, что во-первых на фото он выглядит гораздо свежее, во-вторых там запах как в прокуренной комнате охранника на каком-нибудь заводе. Плюс кондиционер не работал. Открытое настиж окно с легкой тюлью не помогало от слова совсем. Пот условии, что мы не курящие, для нас этот запах был просто невыносим. Я уточнил есть ли может другой номер. Мне сказали увы нет. Мы оставили вещи и пошли на ужин и забронировали другой отель. При просьбе вернуть деньги, сотрудник на ресепшен сказал, что так как мы бронировали через Booking.com, то он вернуть деньги не может. Нужно писать в службу поддержки Booking.com. В результате отель ответил, что так как мы приехали в отель и заселились деньги нам не вернут.

- Плохая вентиляция, через вентиляцию заносится запах сигарет, такое ощущение, что курят рядом со мной. Не спал всю ночь из-за этого и пришлось днем идти в другой отель спать. шумный кондиционер.

- Hôtel vieillissant avec un grand manque de propreté au niveau de la chambre (poussière et saleté au sol). Nous avons constaté une odeur de cigarette très désagréable. La Clim ne fonctionnait pas et la wifi non plus. Aucune bouteille mise à disposition! Aussi les rideaux sont translucide ce qui ne permet pas de faire une grâce matinée. Un manque d’isolation de l’hôtel qui est situé dans un quartier bruyant.

- The rooms were very dirty. The sheets were dirty and had hair and a bad smell. We got itchy and allergic reactions on our bodies when we slept on the bed, as if we had scabies. There was no window in the room that you could open. We were suffocating from the lack of air, and since the room was full of dust, the situation was unbearable, especially for people with allergies or asthma. Breakfast was a piece of cheese, two tomatoes, a cucumber, and some rotten olives. When we complained to the staff about the level of uncleanliness in the room, they told us that they could not do anything about it. We had to book another hotel to go to since we have allergies and cannot tolerate the amount of dust and dirt in the room. We did not get any of our money back even though we paid a lot of money to stay in this dirty hotel. We were forced to make a double reservation and pay money to two hotels in order not to stay in the same place. The worst hotel I have ever seen in my life and I do not recommend it at all.

- The room did not meet any of the features specified when booking. The photos of the room do not reflect the reality. The bathroom was not a suite as stated. General cleanliness was bad. We had to wake up in the middle of the night because of the noise in the hotel.
