+ 服務人員的態度是飯店的靈魂之窗
- 不喜歡櫃檯服務人員態度 尤其7/21早上戴眼鏡高高那位
I cannot reccomend this place. the wifi in the rooms does not work, and staff could not fix it when asked. the toilet was in the same room as the dorm, with only a curtain between them! whenever anyone in the room takes a poop or pee, everyone can hear it (and smell it... ). it is unhygenic!

- 我們入住的是4F的四人房包含私人衛浴的房型。一入住就發現蓮蓬頭沒有冷水，(並非沒有熱水喔...)，所以淋浴間的水燙到不能沖澡，我有稍微燙到。通知工作人員之後，當班的小姐很負責的幫我們換了另一間3F相同的房型，也有告知我們水壓很小，水溫一樣偏高，另一個選項就是可以到地下室的公共衛浴去淋浴。但是既然我們訂了私人衛浴，就是不想使用公共衛浴，所以我們接受換房，因為也別無選擇。3F的房間水溫一樣高，冷水向幾乎沒有冷水，但是是可以洗澡的溫度。重點是水壓非常非常非常非常非常非常非常非常非常非常非常非常.....的小，而且是無論入住當天晚上，或是第二天早上沖澡，都是一樣的情況，我們幾乎是要貼在牆壁上才能沖澡，後來乾脆自己用小容器接蓮蓬頭下方的出水口用毛巾擦洗的方式洗澡，洗頭更是不方便，令人非常生氣。我們後來在電梯的牆壁上有看到水壓不足的告示...看來這是常態問題。我不高興的地方是，如果是常態問題，應該在訂房網上事先告知。雖然這裡是青年旅館，但是四人房房價與附近住宿不相上下，所以請不要覺得我們應該因為這是青年旅館就因為房價委屈自己。這是因為飯店設備問題，使得我們旅程掃興的住宿。
- 床包是髒的，整晚有著搖晃還是什麼的聲音，難以入眠

- 我一定頭殼壞去，才會重複訂這間房。 上次我覺得身高低於155睡上鋪沒把手可抓，很危險 90°直上直下樓梯沒做防滑設計，遲早會摔到扭到 以為會為了住客安全做改善，可能覺得危險的只有我
+ 地理位置方便
- 房間打掃不確實，入房就看見桌下有一隻蟑螂，跟櫃檯反應，房務人員來道歉把那隻蟑螂掃走，這就算了，我們覺得可能是打掃完蟑螂跑出來死在桌下，沒想到剛好零錢滾到床下要去撿，又發現床下有垃圾跟用過的口罩，我們感覺很髒亂，最後討論跟櫃檯反應，然後換了房間。櫃檯說人手不足才會這樣，但這確實影響了我們的住宿品質，另外櫃檯人員告訴我們的Wi-Fi根本不能連，要退房了才發現櫃檯人員說錯了帳密⋯。 這間青年旅社的費用跟其他間比，算價格偏高，卻是這樣的住宿品質，真的很讓人失望。

+ 我不懂的是check in 時間是pm6：00之前，為什麼會先在聯絡我以前先扣款呢，之後跟我的答覆是免費取消時間不會扣款，但三天內就會。

Great location near a bunch of restaurants and food spots, in walking distance from most of the main attractions (then again Tainan is quite small). The hostel has a big kitchen/ common space but it was almost empty when I was there, it didn’t seem very social. Everything was clean and the staff was friendly. They also have laundry facilities which is great!

+ Not gonna lie, so far the best hostel I'm Taiwan. -Key card for door and locker -big spacious and they own the whole building -Staff is super friendly
- I liked everything but Tainin doesn't have much to offer so I only stayed 1 night.
+ 物超所值
+ 地點超好 公共空間寬敞乾淨 房間也乾淨 空調夠冷
- 剛好遇到我們那間廁所有點阻塞，不過地下一樓也有公用的衛浴空間，也相當乾淨 所以並沒有造成太大的困擾

+ Küche in der Lobby mit Kühlschrank und viel Platz. Großzügiges Bad. Kein Teppich in den Zimmern.
- Schlechter Geruch vor allem im Gang von einem sehr gebrauchten Spannteppich. Personal kann.sehr wenig Auskunft geben. Hartes Bett. Keine Aussicht, da Fenster hinter Werbeplakat.
+ 離吃飯的地方超近 而且旅館很乾淨跟安靜
- 可惜房間沒有放冰箱
+ I really love the comforters and the pillows on the bed. The staff was nice and the location was convenient. It was very clean and there was free coffee or tea in the morning.
- I had a sore back and I wonder if that is from the mattress? But the room was very dark and was easy to sleep in. The other thing that was a little disarming was the bathroom which was ensuite. I generally enjoy bathrooms inside the room but in this case there was no door so you could hear everything. I think they need at least two more doors to make the bathrooms work well. That way more than one person could use the bathroom at a time. I hope they will consider this.

+ 大廳的氛圍，非常好很享受
- 晚上已經超過10點了還有新人入住，也不守規定在房內洗澡吹頭髮，其他人會困擾無法休息
+ Sehr freundliches Personal, gute Lage, viele Essgelegenheiten in der Nähe. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
