- Reserve y cuando estaba llegando al hotel me dijeron que habían alquilado mi habitación a otras personas y me ofrecieron una habitación el doble de cara aun cuando mi reserva ya estaba confirnada, son un chiste la verdad, que mala experiencia, son de lo peor.
Una estafa total, llegue y no me brindaron alojamiento, que por que ya le habían reservado a un grupo, dicen que tienen problemas con la plataforma, no tienen nada de ley ni registro nacional de turismo, llamé la policía y tampoco a ellos les ofrecieron documentación en regla, deberían darlos de baja del sistema, ya había estado alojado allí pero en las condiciones como esta es pesimo debí hacer reserva para las mismas fechas en otro hostal lo más deprorable el trato del personal malo m...
A total scam, I arrive and they didn't give me accommodation, that because they had already booked it to a group, they say they have problems with the platform, they have nothing of law or national tourism register, I called the police and neither did they offer them proper documentation, they should get them deleted from the system, I had already been staying there but under conditions like this is a pity I should have booked for the same dates in another hostel the most deplorable the treatmen...
This place is tuck back from the main area, away from all the people and noise. But it's only 5,6 min to the beach, which is fantastic!Yasmin (the manager) was a very nice person, when I arrive early, she doesn't even hesitate to let me check in and use the room, so long is available. And the check out is 13:00. Which you can still go to the beach, and she even let me take a shower afterward. How wonderful. There are no kitchen but there are plenty of restaurants up the road and it's cheap.
