NOT FOR SOLO TRAVELERS. Small bedrooms with two exposed beds and they allow older people to book, so it can be very weird. I left after my first night and booked a different hostel. Worst experience on hostel ever. Staff was not very friendly. One older guy at the reception at night could barely speak English. Not social not for young people.

Nessuna luce abat jour della stanza funzionava. L'unica luce funzionante era quella centrale. Sono rimasta chiusa in bagno a causa di una porta difettosa e se non fosse stato per i mio compagno di stanza avrei passato la notte in bagno visto che all'accoglienza nessuno rispondeva alle mie richieste di aiuto...

So i spend more than 80 euros, for no wi-fi and italians think they are doing you a favor. The old guy, beard, glasses was very rude with me when i asked him If i need to pay for breakfast. He was like: Madame, is in your paper. Did you saw your paper? I was like: ? And them again: did you read you paper? I went to breakfast and the other guy asked me: where is your room? I said the number. In the end I WAS RIGHT. I needed to pay for breakfast! In the end he tried to help me when i forgot my key

I was very unimpressed with this place. Our 2 rooms both had black mold on the AC units. One of the rooms had so much mold it was uninhabitable and we had to move the mattresses to the other room. In the middle of the night we were woken up to the ceiling leaking dirty rain water all over our mattresses. It was dirty and we felt gross staying here so we left in the morning and went to another hotel. We were only refunded for one of the rooms despite both rooms not being suitable accommodations.

This hostel isn’t social at all - it’s basically a hotel. The “common areas” are open to public, so it’s near impossible to meet other travellers (most guests are couples/families). Staff were unhelpful at check-in, AC failed, and I was put in a two person dorm- I suspect most dorms are just doubles since it’s student accommodation, which I think should be made clearer. No lockers or bathroom locks. Clean, beautiful, great location - great if travelling with friends but not for solo ...

Staff at reception were not friendly, it would be great to have some colorful things hanging on the walls in what is a stark large building, the common spaces on the ground level are very good, the breakfast was great

This hostel is really beautiful, it feels more like an hotel than a hostel. The rooms were really clean and bathrooms as well. But what makes me put I lower score is the high price and also that we found BEDBUGS. One bug was crawling on my blanket whilst I was in the bed. It caused panic in the room and my friend and I started to flipp the beds. There was one more under the mattress and this one was dead. When we told the staff about it they didn't really react like this was common.

There were no locks in the mixed dorm to lock my personal items nor was there a lock in the bathroom. This is especially concerning for a mixed dorm… where my roommate was a male (I am female). Thankfully he was an okay person but the security needs to be updated.

It was absolutely 1000% perfect. The breakfast go off! It was so effing perfect.slay Combo.. you can walk anywhere you can see everything. It is so friendly so warm so welcoming I couldn’t recommend this place more. Do it! Book it now!

Very nice. It was more like a hotel but better price. Staff was friendly and helpful with our questions. Breakfast buffet was very good. Easy to find with Google maps. I would stay there in the future.

Superbe hostel dans un emplacement incroyable !

Not a hostel, this is a hotel where you have appartement and for a 6-bed dorm booked online, you get a 3-bedroom apartment. The place is quite nice but not a hostel and wouldn’t recommend for solo traveler that wanna meet people since there is no social events or anything that helps people engage.

In a quiet and good location, very easy to get to the main tourist sites (and water taxi stop just outside). Rooms and showers were weird with dorm style rooms and multiple showers in one room with no privacy, and a bit mouldy. Bar was really nice, but not brilliant if you are a solo traveller as most people are couples/ groups/ locals. Worth it for what you pay, especially to stay on the island itself.

Everything is GREAT about this hostel!!!

Love the location and its proximity to the airport boat shuttle. The place is very cute with its courtyard and had people of all ages. The history of the space is very cool too. I was placed in a mixed room with 2 beds and it was very spacious. Downsides were there were no trash bins in the room or the bathroom (only in the common space), no towels or paper towels in the bathroom, tricky bathroom light sensors, no controls with the room's temperature, and staff service was so-so

Dieses Hostel ist mehr ein Hotel als Hostel, ich war in einem Zweibettzimmer in einem Bereich für 12 Personen, zu diesem Bereich mit Küche haben auch nur diese 12 Personen Zutritt. von diesen Bereichen gibt es 6 soweit ich weiß. alle Modern und sauber. die Rezeption ist immer besetzt. Der Preis ist für Venedig komplett in Ordnung. Die Lage ist super da die Fahrhaltestelle nicht weit weg ist.

Everything was PERFECT

The place is stunning! Everything was very clean and I enjoyed the breakfast. Not a party hostel if you are looking for that tho! 100 % recommend.

Great hostel!! Can’t complain at all and I would come back. Very historic and very beautiful as well.

The rooms are beautiful: very spacious, with only a few rooms on each floor and a large bathroom. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the bar and breakfast were excellent. It would be an improvement for sustainability if guests were reminded to keep the windows closed so that the air conditioning system works properly, and to switch off the lights in common areas when not in use.

It was very clean place.

Wonderful experience- close to everything. Can not wait to come back.
