Their page mentions your booking new rooms and facilities and shows pictures of their newer building, however on arrival we were put into an older building upon arrival and the quality of the beds, rooms and facilities were horrible. Door to our room had damage in the lower parts and bathrooms weren’t cleaned or refilled.
Bathrooms so small you can hardly stand up in the shower or toilet as it used to be a closet. There was one obnoxious guy who woke everyone up in the morning and at night and refused to turn on the AC in August in Croatia. The staff sided with the loudest most obnoxious guy and made everyone else sleep without aircon as well as made me pack up my things after midnight to move to another building. I've been backpacking over 3 years, and never seen anything like it before. Staffer at night clearly...

Habitaciones muy sucias y por lo tanto muy incómodas
The room was smelly and the beds were horrible for our back - the mattresses probably need to be replaced. It was overpriced for what it was, should not be $100+ per night to have bad back pain in your 20s.

Some of the worst service we’ve ever had from a hostel. Our bus was late into the city and we had no signal to call so called when we arrived. We were told “DO NOT PHONE THIS NUMBER, we are closed no check in” I totally get there are check in policies but the hostel staff left us on the street with no where to stay and we’re so rude about it. We ended up sleeping in a park and woke up to an email from them saying they were charging us for the room. Hands down worst hostel experience.
Tuvimos un problema por el que llegamos cuando el check in estaba cerrado. Avisamos antes de este problema y le dimos varias opciones para poder recoger nuestras llaves, pero no nos dieron ninguna facilidad, por lo que nos cobraron la noche y tuvimos que dormir en una furgoneta. Mi habitación no tenía ni siquiera espejo, lo que me dificultó mucho ponerme las lentillas o afeitarme. Todo muy cutre.
Leider konnten wir überhaupt keine gute Erfahrung in diesem Hostel machen. Auf den ersten Blick wirkte das Zimmer und Bad zwar sauber und wurden freundlich an der Rezeption in Empfang genommen jedoch zeigten sich die Tücken schon in der ersten Nacht. Not recommended, despite the convenient location to most sights within the old town. I spent a few nights during the off-peak season, only to discover to my detriment that much of what I'd read in the other negative reviews were true and that the management was not only unaware but apathetic so long as the moolah kept rolling in. Ich war echt extrem zufrieden mit dem Hostel! Ich war drei Nächte mit einer Freundin da und erst hatten wir Angst, dass es nicht so gemütlich dort ist, aber ich finde, in echt ist es deutlich schöner als auf den Fotos! Perfektes Hostel für Backpacker, viele Leute, die sich sozialisieren wollen, und ne super Lage! Außerdem eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche (Toaster, Mikrowelle, Gefrierfach und alles an Utensilien was man braucht und nicht braucht) und voll der süße Balkon mit Wäscheleine...
Unsere Erfahrung im Hostel war sehr gut! Die Leute dort waren super, alle wollten sich sozialisieren und connecten und wir haben dort bis jetzt die positivste Erfahrung auf unserer Reise gemacht. Helpful and flexible staff; good location close to the harbour and the old town. Unfortunately, it wasn’t clean or quiet due to other guests. There seem to be no rules regarding cleanliness, safety or quiet, so my stay wasn’t a good one.
Nice hostel in Split. The rooms are a bit too small. I stayed on the first floor where just 2 bathrooms were shared between 12 beds - that's a lot less bathrooms than you'd expect and it unjustifies the price/night charged by the hostel. Otherwise, the staff is friendly and they provide lockers and towels.

overall really great stay, great location, would choose again
Alles ist sauber und Lage ist Top, aber als ich dort war waren kaum andere Gäste da und es gab keine Möglichkeit zu socialisen. Als Solo traveller ist das leider doof
Everything is clean and the location is top, but when I was there there were hardly any other guests and there was no opportunity to socialize.
Shower water was nice & hot but would run cold while showering. Was a lovely stay & would stay again.
Estuve dos noches y muy bien. Lo único malo es que la ubicación es ruidosa porque pasan bastantes coches desde temprano.Y en mi baño privado había muy mal olor a tubería.
I stayed two nights and very well. the only bad thing is that the location is noisy because a lot of cars pass by early. and in my private bathroom there was a very bad smell of pipes.
Great private room, close to train and bus. Clean and cheap
The location of this hostel is everything. The rooms were just ok, my friend and I rented a private room and one of the beds had a big, uncomfortable dent in the center. The shower was not hot half of the time but the staff did TRY to help us with that. The kitchen has the basic stuff for cooking but not incredibly well-equipped. The biggest bummer for me was that the hostel does not seem to have any type of common spaces other than the tiny garden near reception.
The biggest negative was that the men's washroom was way too small and shared among 10-12 people, but it varies as they have many buildings. Location was near to old city. which is good. Reception was in another building, 5 mins away but they were friendly.
This hostel disappointed us and would not recommend booking here. The cleanliness was very poor especially in the kitchen area and could feel the grime on all the utensils. We stayed in a separate area to the main hostel building which meant it wasn’t social at all. The room was tiny with no privacy and minimal facilities. The bathroom was unhygienic and there was also a crying baby in the next room. For a similar price I would recommend any other hostel in the area. Location was good

I don't like the hotel at all. I stayed in a room far from the general hostel. No more information than I could do. I asked a couple of questions that didn't help me answer and the hostel really had zero atmosphere. It's not what it shows in the review.
I enjoyed my stay at this hostel. The staff were friendly, the location was good and I would say good value for money. However, I found cleanliness to be an issue as after I woke up I found 7 bite marks on my legs. That was the only let down of this place which is unfortunate because it was pretty good.
Kleines Hostel in Zentrumsnähe und fußläufig zum Hafen/Bahnhof. Das Zimmer ist gut ausgestattet mit Klimaanlage, die Küche bisher eine der saubersten die ich in einem Hostel erleben durfte. Der Balkon ist auch sehr angenehm und groß, nur zeitweilig nicht immer genug Leute da zum socializen. Eher was für Leute die was ruhiges suchen.
Small hostel in the centre and within walking distance to the harbour/station. the room is well equipped with air conditioning, the kitchen so far one of the cleanest I have had the chance to experience in a hostel. the balcony is also very pleasant and large, only occasionally not always enough people there to socialize. eher was for people who were looking for quiet.
Its a really nice set up of hostel near the port. I liked the staff because they were helpful and nice. The TV with the films felt like a proper luxury. It started out clean but communal areas didn't stay that way because its a bit of a party town, which cant be helped. The water from the shower did come out the floor drain before it drained so that was The interent that's quite frequently highlighted in the ad is as fast as stated but massively overloaded so drops out near constantly.
