A responsável pela cozinha foi grosseira. Mesmo pagando por duas pessoas (casal), me hostilizou porque peguei um ovo cozido para comê-lo mais tarde. Solicitei deixarem itens do café da manhã do dia de minha saída, pois iria embarcar cedo, mas nada foi deixado. Hospedagem inadequada para solteiros. Sem quarto compartilhado, ao menos me foi negado essa opção. Aconselho que procure outra acomodação se estiver sozinho ou acompanhado de amigos. As camareiras deixaram a porta do quarto aberta...

I changed my booking from 5 to 4 nights. They charged me 5 nights and gave me a voucher, which I had to use in the same structure. No alternatives. I booked a room for a fried, just to reach a compromise and they didn't book it. I also didn't get a confirmation. Then I asked my money back and they magically found a bed for my friend - even if they initially said, there was no bed for him. They tried from the beginning just to rob my money and they said it was because of Hostelworld.

Don’t book a mixed room here. There is no AC, and it’s hot in the middle of June. We had to leave the windows open all night in order to sleep and the building is located in a busy street with a park right outside, so it was crazy noisy all night. I asked to move rooms but was told nothing could be done and no effort was made to compensate. The patio surrounding the first floor was also covered in cigarette butts. There’s zero atmosphere

Gli italiani che sono qui, grandiosi. Una donna indi, pericolosa, maleducata, con comportamenti che indicano chiaramente tentativi di truffa. Attento. D'altro canto, le persone che frequentano l'ostello fanno così tanto rumore e hanno un comportamento inappropriato che non riesci a dormire. Quando si verificarono questi problemi, non c'era nessuno che potesse risolverli, tranne quello pericoloso. Non ci tornerei e non lo consiglio.

Me dieron linteral y reserve cama matrimonial privada. No resolvieron nada y no pusieron predisposición. Pedi al menos 2 camas bajas y tampoco accedieron. La ducha perdia. El desayuno esta bien.

Good location but that’s about it. Room smelt like cigarettes when I entered. Really expensive for what you get. There is a small microwave but that’s about it. Wouldn’t recommend unless there were no other options. Easy to do day trips to Dolomites (Siusi) and Riva del garda

My bed still had the old covers when I arrived. The small lamp was also broken

Dirty bathrooms. Not social. Do not recommend for solo travellers. Beds are very close to each other - I could touch the bed next to me with ease.

Good hostel, in easy walking distance to centre of the town. The lamps next to the beds didn‘t work, apart from that the room was clean. Had a great stay in Trento!

Very good hostel overall! Breakfast and guest card included, which allows you to use the transport for free. Towels and lockers with keys are provided. Staff super friendly and helpful. Mostly older people staying here, therefore If you’re young tourists who’s looking to meet people, this hostel probably won’t be that place. The room was clean and spacious with even a balcony.

Really pleasant place but with no atmosphere. The facilities are decent and being next to the station means it's easy to get around but no social areas to meet people. The free breakfast is worth every euro though.

Lovely hostel situated conveniently in Trento, near the stationand the centre of the city. Tasty free breakfast and lockers under the bed were helpful. Would definitely reccomend this hostel again!

The only complain is the lockers of the bedroom. Everything else was fine. Very helpful staff and they gave me a lot of advices.

Awesome Hospitality.Hostel is very much clean and tidy . They also included morning breakfast which is really good 😊.

Decent, very clean, cheap. Amazing breakfast, very valuable for the price. Not a party-hard hostel, but a quiet one. A few services could be improved. If you’re sleeping in a dorm, you will have to make your own bed. The 5-beds female dorm has one en-suite bathroom with only one toilet and one shower. They allow to drop off the bags before check-in and after check-out, but the reception is not 24-hours. Overall, worthy the price.

It was a good hostel with the perfect location! The bus station nearby for a day trip to Riva del Garda. A beautiful lake and parc on a mountain in walking distance. Unfortunately, I didn’t like the breakfast. The bread was very dry. But since it was for free I am still thankful for it. Luggage storage is free as well. Very nice people!

Really nice hostel, good location and spacious rooms with individual lookers! Very close to the train station.

It's a great hostel, very near the main train station. Good value for money, with a decent breakfast in the morning. My only concern was that my top bunk had apparently collapsed some nights before! However, I got a replacement bed and so the problem was resolved!

As a 20-year-old girl, I stayed 12 nights in this hostel. Since the hostel has no age limit and no separate rooms for men and women, I had to share a room with men aged 60 or older. One of them approached me inappropriately during a night and I could not get help since the reception only opens at 7am. I did not feel really taken seriously by the staff. Changes must be done to protect girls and women. Such a dangerous organisation is NOT normal.
