- Aşırı bakımsız,pis ve yalan söyleyen ilgilenmeyen bir ekip var.Camlar kırık dökük,yerler lekeli,banyoda ki ve odadaki ısıtıcı evlere şenlik.O kadar para al,el havlusu bile koyma,asansör kağnı arabası gibi.

- Las puertas a todas horas de la noche se cerraban de golpe y era una tortura. Las taquillas un horror, debajo de la cama, incomodísimo. El enchufe de la cama de arriba muy mal colocado, al enchufar algo chocaba con un travesaño de hierro de la litera. Muy viejo el hostel.

- The service was inconsistent. On my first day, I asked for a courtesy cup to get water and a staff member kindly gave me one. The following day, I made the same request and another staff member (Cam) immediately refused. This was confusing and disappointing. The bed was very sunken, making it uncomfortable and difficult to change sleeping positions. The shower was broken and could not be tightened properly. Additionally, the smell of the cleaning solution was overwhelmingly strong and the common room on Level 1 had an unpleasant odor. Due to these issues, I booked a different, proper hotel the next day. My experience confirmed my expectations of hostels. I had assumed that private hostel rooms would be similar to Safestay in London, but unfortunately, this was not the case.

- The cleanliness was the worst I have ever experienced in a hostel. When I arrived, the entire place smelled strongly of sweat. I understand that sharing a room with 18 people can be challenging, but this was unacceptable, it was extremely dirty, overcrowded, and with no possibility to open the windows. The next day, the entire building smelled of sewage. I arrived at midnight, expecting only to get some rest, but instead, the smell from the bathroom spread into the room. This was by far the worst stay I have ever had

- The room has a strong smell of cooking fumes, which seems to have come in from the bathroom exhaust fan and is unavoidable. It feels like sleeping in a fried food shop. The floor looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years, with a thick layer of greasy dirt. A terrible accommodation experience,

- Abbiamo preso la camera singola matrimoniale con bagno privato. Allora, la camera misurava circa 8mq di cui 2 non utilizzabili a causa del tetto spiovente. L'unica finestra sul tetto, minuscola e asfissiante. Impossibile entrare nel letto dritti impiedi senza piegarsi, a causa della troppa vicinanza al tetto spiovente e ribassato. Bagno minuscolo. In generale impossibile muoversi per la stanza e difficoltà nel poggiare le valigie. Infine, l'ascensore arriva al 4 piano e l'ultimo piano è da fare a piedi con i bagagli. Non hanno concesso un check-in anticipato di solo 1 ora, costringendoci a utilizzare i locker a pagamento. La stanza dei locker in particolare era senza una finestra e con i soffitti bassi, totalmente asfissiante. Appena vista la stanza, dato che non corrispondeva affatto con le nostre aspettative, abbiamo chiesto di poterla cambiare con un'altra, ma ci è stato negato.

Nice hostel, well located. Comfortable beds, cleaning can improve. Doesnt have a kitchen but it has a chilling room with a small fridge and microwave.
Staff was not very friendly, and in general not at all worth the money. 12 people in a room with triple bunk buds should be far cheaper since you are pretty much guaranteeing you will not sleep. Lockers in the rooms were too small for our 40L backpacks. The vibe of the hostel in general was just weird
2nd time here, I just use it as somewhere to sleep the night before a flight out of Edinburgh airport. Can't fault it and the staff are really helpful.
Gostei do edifício mas precisa de uma sala de refeições mais agradável, ampla e convidativa onde todos se possam encontrar. Algum cuidado nos quartos mistos -colocar igual número de pessoas do 2 géneros. De resto, pessoal extremamente simpático e atencioso.
I liked the building but needed a nice but spacious and inviting dining room where everyone could meet. some care in the mixed rooms - put equal number of people of both genders. otherwise, extremely friendly and attentive staff.
I don't give 5 star reviews without writing something more. Thanks to the staff member who remembered me and to all of the staffs in general. From cleaner's to cook's,lift technician and organisers you have something special. The location and running a mile further (a long Scots mile) because you do believe you're good enough and so do I. Wha's like us. Thank you.
It was a nice hostel, I stayed in the 8 bed woman dorm. It was nice that all the beds had curtains, under the beds there is a box to put your luggage in for which you can rent a lock. Unfortunately the shower ran cold water on my last evening, i do not know how fast this issue was resolved. Staff was nice and the location was amazing, very central.
Great location, super secure and friendly staff! It was my first time staying in a hostel, and I opted for a 6 bed female only dorm and it was great for a solo weekend trip! I felt very safe the entire time, and enjoyed the friendly company of the staff. The beds were fine, and great having a curtain for privacy.
The staff is great and obviously do their best. The rooms are cramped you can’t even sit up properly on your bed. When I got there it looked like my bed had been used. Small and not very nice looking bathrooms. For a hostel that’s very much on the more expensive side it’s not worth it. Not a very social encouraging hostel either most people just there for work.
Good place, you get what you paid for I suppose when staying in a 18 dorm (earplugs are a must), only real criticism is the crazy cost for the lockers, £6 a day to keep your things safe really adds to the cost of your trip, otherwise good location and nice staff, but still the overall cost for the room/stay is a bit excessive for what you’re getting.

+ Stayed in a dormitory of 6 girls. Shower were good. Had to get up very early and staff very helpful and freindly. The location is just magic, next to the train station, next to the bus to aeroport and next to castle, grassmarket etc.. Will definitely go back . Thanks And nice 25% if you eat in front to belugia

+ Localização ótima! Tem cortininha pra dar mais privacidade e luz própria da cama tbm. O pessoal na recepção bem educados também. Mas não vale o custo benefício.
- Quartos super barulhentos. As portas batem muito ao fechar. Quem fica na cama de cima fica com uma luz verde na sua cara. O café da manhã é uma vergonha. Melhor nem falar que tem café… só tem iogurte, cereal, pão, presunto e queijo. Não custaria fazer um ovo mexido e colocar frutas… Quando estávamos lá o bebedouro quebrou. Os banheiros são fedidos e a pia não é feito pra mulheres. Você não tem espaço pra colocar um estojo de maquiagem nem tomada pra secar cabelo ou arrumar com babyliss. Não vale o preço pago!
