+ 20 people in one room, too many, bad smell and the bed linen didn't look clean. Location is great.
+ Posizione e ostello
- Ho dormito con 6 ubriachi che alle 3 di notte si sono presentati in camera accendendo la luce urlando con bottiglie di birra in mano. Dove era la sicurezza? Quando sono entrati in struttura nessuno li ha visti in che stato erano?? In uno ostello la sicurezza prima di tutto. Oltre a non dormire per niente a volte i ragazzi salivano sul mio materasso. La sera prima in camera c era anche una ragazza.. non voglio immaginare cosa succedeva se c era anche un sesso femminile. Inoltre tutta la notte hanno fatto suonare cellulari senza spegnerli urlando anche nei corridoi senza che nessuno intervenisse La sicurezza del cliente deve essere al primo posto!! Sconsigliato a chi viaggia da solo!!!

- Yatakhaneler soğuktu ısıtma sorunu vardı sabaha kadar ciddi soğuk oldu ayrıca yorganlar küçük. Grassmarket bölgesinde olan şubeleri çok çok daha iyi.
- Por retrasos de los vuelos, no pude llegar la a noche reservada sino que a la mañana siguiente. Informé desde el aeropuerto la situación para ver si podía por último modificar y pagar la diferencia pero hubo cero comprensión y además me hacen pagar una noche extra como multa por no show.

+ C’était proche de tout
- Tout! Mon matelas était tellement inconfortable, les salles de bain était tellement sale et la madame blonde à la réception quel personne désagréable. Elle me dit d’aller dans un parking, je fais tout ce qu’elle me dit de faire et je n’ai pas eu le droit au rabais à cause d’elle et j’ai payer plein prix. Les autres membres du personnel ne sourit pas et sont aussi désagréable. Un vrai cauchemar. J’ai fait beaucoup d’auberges et je ne laisse jamais de mauvais commentaire mais celui-ci oufff quel horreurs.
+ La ubicación es lo único que podría destacar del sitio.
- Colchón de muelles que se te clavan, hacen daño y es imposible descansar. Cama pegada a la puerta, con luz de emergencia justo encima, luz de habitacion todo el día y casi toda la noche encendida sin interruptor, duchas y lavabos rotos y pocos para todas las personas alojadas, en general no descansas ni te sientes cómodo en ningún momento, no lo recomendaría para nada y el precio desorbitado para el servicio que ofrece.

- Rummet var kvavt och förfärligt varmt. Det gick inte att vädra med endast en liten, liten glugg till fönster. Extremt kvavt i korridoren utanför rummet också vilket gör att luften inte kan cirkulera. Dessutom var det oväsen utanför hela natten. Allt från festande till sophämtning. Klaustrofobisk känsla i rummet. Antagligen stor skillnad beroende på vilket rum man får, vilken sida av byggnaden osv., men vårt rum var i alla fall hemskt.
+ Sauber und zentral
- Es war definitiv zu heiss. Deshalb gleich wieder ausgecheckt. Im Prinzip war alles tiptop, doch die Temperatur war für mich nicht aushaltbar (es war eine aussergewöhnlich heisse Woche)

El Hostel está ubicado en un lugar excelente, el personal es amable y organizan giras por bares muy buenas. Lo negativo es que el baño estaba bastante sucio y se escucha todo lo que pasa afuera de la habitación y cada vez que la puerta de abre y se cierra. Igualmente volvería

Had a great time staying here. Lots of social events and perfectly located in the heart of Edinburgh so everything is walking distance. Lots of bathrooms available and all well maintained. My only suggestion would be that it would be nice if there was curtains on the beds to just give a little bit of privacy when sleeping. Great stay overall!
Would have loved to have a kitchen and access to a fridge but the staff solved that by letting us use the grassmarket-hostel’s facilities. The toilets on our floor didn’t flush sometimes. But the location is perfect, close to everything and the bar served good food and beer. All staff was really helpful and friendly:) And the rooms where clean and the beds comfy
James on reception is a star. He has impeccable customer service skills, and did everything he could to make our stay the best it could be. He was a wonderful friendly face, and very welcoming and chatty. Thank you James! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Très bonne auberge, personnel au top. Emplacement parfait et on se sent en sécurité. Le lieu était très propre. Seule point "négatif" il manque une cuisine.

Great hostel right at the bottom of Victoria Street so very central. Friendly and helpful staff, shoutout to Alex on the pub crawl! Stayed in a private room which was big and comfy beds, hairdryer, towels. Bathrooms were clean, common area was fun with free pool table and 10% off at the bar would deffo stay again if in Edinburgh

- 2 sinks out of 3 on the second floor 201a was clogged in mixed toilets.
