+ La ubicación maravillosa, la atención de las personas que trabajan allí fue estupenda y gracias a dios las chicas con las que comparti habitación fueron educadas, limpias y poco ruidosas quitando las de la primera noche que llegaron borrachas, riéndose y encendiendo luces de las literas…

- Ni de broma hace justicia al 8 y pico que pone en booking…. La suciedad, la peste a moqueta mojada junto al olor del kebab que comparte escalera a la hora de subir al hostel, es una mezcla de olores que se me quedó hasta en la ropa… Sinceramente creo que deben mejorar la limpieza, el olor, los baños… ( la chica que limpiaba le daba con la misma balleta al wc a las duchas a los lavabos e incluso a los espejos… ) Una cochinada… Las duchas eran pequeñas y viejas ,los baños muy pequeños nada que ver con las fotos solo hay dos wc y dos duchas en el de chicas…( el otro nose porque no entre.. ya tenía suficiente con uno).. las literas no tienen cortina para poder descansar sin que te moleste la luz y salvaguardar un poco tu intimidad . Es verdad que este tipo de alojamiento tiene un publico, pero yo me he quedado en muchos hostel y este de verdad que era un poco marrano.. No puedes secarte el pelo en el baño, por lo visto está prohibido en este país, tienes que hacerlo en pleno salón sino quiere molestar a tus compañeras de habitación… Del salón mejor no hablamos es un cúmulo de sofás viejos y antiguos que parecen recogidos de la basura… ( de moderno nada…) La habitación no estaba mal.. aunque la cama era estrecha y incómoda…. Pero no olía mal por lo menos.. es verdad que la tenían limpias las chicas de allí.. Siento tener que decir esto pero a mí me costó un par de días asimilar que me tenía que quedar allí porque alquilar otra cosa en esas fechas ya se me iba de precio… Yo sinceramente lo reformaba COMPLETAMENTE y lo ponía nuevo a estrenar, esta en un sitio maravilloso y creo que no le hace justicia…..

+ It was terrible

- Loud, horribly smelly in the room, the man in the room was not wearing clothes, was up every hour during the night, absolutely stinking, loud street, cold and earplugs and noise cancellers didn't help. Absolutely gross. Never again. So disappointed.

- The limited reception time doesn’t function well. The employee are not considerate and patient enough to deal with individual issues. The sister hostel help nothing when it comes to critical problems.

+ Facilities are clean. Location is great

- Rude receptionist lady. Soap dispenser in washroom not working. No shower gel or shampoo provided. Flush are so small that you have to do it 2-3 times Room located right across main door- disturbance throughout the night from nearby cafes and vehicles on road

+ I liked the location and the rooms were great, the staff were great, especially Jack, he gave a very great revision of the place and everything in the near area.

- Everything was great. There was nothing that I didn't like.

+ Ubicación excelente. Personal muy amable y recepción muy acogedora con muchos libros y un ambiente muy bonito. Un hostal pequeñito y acogedor en el centro de Edimburgo.

+ Tudo estava bem limpo e organizado. A localização é muito boa. A cozinha é pequena, mas bem equipada.

- Achei muito barulhento pois os quartos ficam de frente para a rua e as janelas ficam sempre abertas. Dentro do hostel é tranquilo.

+ The beds were comfy and clean. I liked the keys for entrance, room and locker all together. The place is tidy and very nice chilling spots, although it's small it's cozy. I really enjoyed my stay.

- The doors maybe could use a bit of oil on the hinges or something, the door to the room was creaking badly when we opened it, not a problem in the day but at night it was definitely the door making the most noise just from creaking open which wasn't the nicest.

- Habitaciones mixtas sin cortinas en cada cama. Baño miniatura y poquísimas regaderas. Cocina mobiliario pegajoso de cochambre.las sábanas olían a mugre. Escaleras incómodas para subir con maletas

+ Good customer service before, during our stay , it solved our need for few hours stay

- Perfect for the target group aimed, Young backpackers, Easy to find, simple and cozy, it is just us that are not on the sharing-all concept anymore

+ Perfect location, staff is very kind and helpful. The luggage storage opportunity was much appreciated as we only went to the airport late at night.

- Since there are very few showers, it would be great to have some curtains on the beds, if needed one could change their clothes there (since the room is mixed-gender). A small shelf next to the bed would also be appreciated to keep phone, earplugs, water, other small items nearby without rolling over them at night during sleep.

+ La ubicación es espectacular, sobre la calle Royal Mile, una de las más importantes de Dublin. El personal fue muy amable.

- Las camas no son tan cómodas, y los baños y duchas se comparten con otras habitaciones.

+ Location. price. Safety. Great value. Dorm rooms were Quiet and comfy with lockers.

- The unknown stairs to it. My bad it’s called backpackers and I was lugging a huge suitcase.
