The lockers are absurdly loud and so got woken up several times during the night, even while wearing earplugs. I am a very heavy sleeper too. As well the noise level was high after quiet hours although we were 5 metres from the 24 hour reception. Very disappointing. Both computers were out of order and 1 out of 3 of the women’s showers on the left. The location is up a hill from town. So from the combination of factors I would not recommend to stay here.
It was the worst night, there was a group of "singers" that made too much noise, I couldn’t sleep all night, no one did anything about controlling these people or respecting the rules of the hostel, besides in the next room there was also a group of people who made too much noise.
Hi I got bed Bugs durango My stay there when I arrived dubrovnik I needed a doctor and ir ruined My trip.
**WARNING** check your sheets, mattress, under your mattress AND under your bed supports for bed bugs!! I got absolutely attacked by bed bugs. When I told told the staff, they found all the bugs under the mattress and under the bed supports, then proceeded to accuse me of bringing the bugs to the hostel on my bag or clothes. Very far-fetched argument that didn’t hold up when they found bugs in the other beds. Although they did do a big deep clean which was nice. Not sure how drastic a €20 r...
This is not the social hostel myself or the other guests I was with imagined. At 10pm on a Friday the staff suddenly turned out all the lights on us and said “we could stay but we couldn’t talk” whispering in the common area while all the lights were on in the beds rooms still was not okay. Also the staff was very rude and unpleasant the next day.
One of the ladies at the desk was working evening very rude asked her about the facilities and where showers were she gave me attitude and the dirty looks. Felt very uncomfortable. To get to hostel SO MANY STAIRS had luggage was a pain in the heat. No help.
Los baños estaban muy sucios, habían cabellos por todo lado. Incluso no bajaba el agua porque las tuberías estaban tapadas. Fue un infierno poder ducharse y no hay señalización para llegar al hostal. Fue demasiado costoso para lo que es realmente. Compartir una habitación con 18 personas es demasiado, mucho ruido, mucho movimiento, poco descanso. No volvería
The bathrooms were very dirty, there were hairs everywhere. The water didn't even come down because the pipes were clogged. It was a living hell to be able to shower and there are no signs to get to the hostel. It was too expensive for what it really is. Sharing a room with 18 people is too much, too much noise, too much movement, too little rest. I wouldn't come back.
The beds were comfy and dorms were clean, but the bathrooms were constantly dirty and uncleaned, and half of the girls showers were flooded. There was also no private room to get changed after a shower, tiny shower rooms. The hostel was very hard to find, and the location seemed dodgy, almost abandoned. It did not feel like a safe area at night, especially for women. I don’t recommend staying here, as it is also quite a far walk uphill from the main places in Split e.g. the port.
Not in a great area, felt quite unsafe when walking there but the hostel itself has very good security. Everything was clean and massive lockers but you had to walk through the large common room to go to the toilet which was quite uncomfortable at night. The showers were oddly built where you had very limited privacy. Awful sleep since twice staff came into the room at night and turned on the (very bright) lights. The lockers are also loud and set off an awful alarm if you get the code wrong.
Directions and signage to find the hostel was terrible, we walked a long way and was confused how to get into the building. The shower rooms were not well set up and became hazardously slippery. When approaching a team member about this and asking for bathmats they blamed other guests of "being drunk", which was not the case at all. Listing specified that towels were provided, we were given handtowels and told that that was all they had.

Très très beau hostel et super propre! Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Split avec Enroute.
My first impression on arrival at the rather run-down shopping centre (built ~1981) on a wet thunderstorm night...What a dump of and area! I was most surprised about the Hostel though. A relic building from 1981 and before the wars has been re-purposed to a fine standard. What you see from the outside (yuk) is much-much better on the inside. Arriving late (10pm) the check-in process was all OK...paid my booking balance the following morning when day staff arrived, no issues.
Not so far off from Old Town. The hostel was great, just that there wasn't much social atmosphere nor any fun activities etc
My friend and I stayed here and had a great experience. The place was clean and comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a day of exploring. Although it’s a larger hostel, there are plenty of bathrooms and lots of common areas to sit and hang out, so it never felt overcrowded. The location is also convenient, about a 15-minute walk to Old Town, making it easy to get around while still being in a quieter area. Overall, a solid and comfortable place to stay.
One of the best hostels I have ever stared in. The dorm was really nice with privacy curtains etc plus not squished together. Kitchen facilities very nice as was the common room. Only minus was the second night when a group of very loud guys woke me up with their talking in the middle of the night. Also laundry facilities would be nice. Otherwise an awesome hostel
Really nice and clean hostel, with very nice supermarket and restaurant near. Beach 10 mins walk and the old town about 15 minutes walk

I was here for one night, and it was a nice, comfortable, quiet space to stay. Be aware that from the bus station, it’s about 20 minutes almost all up hill. If you are staying longer than 1 night, this is a nice location as going to the city center was pretty accessible by foot. Lockers and beds were quite nice! While the hostel provides a towel, it’s the size of a hand towel, and there isn’t much space to change in the showers, so privacy when showering was a bit limited. Overall a nice s...

Nice hostel overall - with curtains, kitchen space with cooking utensils, toilets for each gender, and a nice area with sofas and some tables to work! The bed lockers are also big enough for a cabin bag and a backpack! I went on the low season and it was overall clean. An improvement point would be to organise more hostel activities for people to hangout together and get to know the local culture! Location is a bit of a walk to the centre, so the price p/night could be a bit more affordable
Large spacious hostel with lots of bathrooms & showers,..bedroom bunks have curtains and lots of space. kitchen is very tiny for a large hostel but still has everything to function although a toaster would be an easy add. Communial space is large, open & central. Will definately be back, if I am this way again
Hostel muito bom! O local a primeira vista me deu a sensação de abandono mas é seguro, a todo momento passa famílias, senhores, e mulheres. O hostel fica em um complexo que tem cassino, cafeteria, academia, supermercado, loja de roupas e restaurante. No hostel o único ponto negativo é o banheiro fora do quarto, mas o quarto é extremamente espaçoso e as camas com cortinas te da muita privacidade. Eu amei e voltaria facilmente.
The hostel is located in a complex that has a casino, cafeteria, academy, supermarket, clothing store and restaurant. no hostel or the only negative point is the bathroom outside the room, but the room is extremely spacious and the beds with curtains give you a lot of privacy. i loved it and would return easily.

Kitchen and bathrooms were very clean and spacious! beds with curtains and lights, seemed very new. my dorms was a bit dark as it had only small windows. the only things that the hostel lacks is an outdoor sitting area :)
Das perfekte Hostel. Nette Mitarbeiter, sehr sauber und in ca. 10 Minuten ist man in der Altstadt. Das 18 Personen-Zimmer hat sich dank Vorhängen und guter Raumaufteilung nicht danach angefühlt. Die Küche ist vielleicht etwas klein und die Geräusche der Spinde beim Öffnen etwas laut, aber alles kein Problem. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!
The perfect hostel. nice staff, very clean and in about 10 minutes you are in the Altstadt. the 18 person room has not felt like it thanks to curtains and good room distribution. the kitchen may be a little small and the sounds of the locker opening a little loud, but everything no problem. we had a great stay and would definitely come back!
Very clean rooms and toilets. Good quality bed with charging spot and curtains.
It wasn’t very social, and the location was alright but a bit difficult to find the entrance and a bit of a walk to old town.
Staffs are so kind. The place inside is good, clean and fresh. It’s a good location (close to city centre , 10min walking). The only thing wasn’t good is that doesn’t have big towels (just small ones). Could have a mirror in the rooms.
En route was a decent hostel on my trip, it had clean and big rooms with curtains and a large living space. However, did not find it to be the hostel for me. Not sure if it was the nights I stayed but not many social events seemed to be planned or effort to make people feel involved and welcome I found. Also didn’t love location - in a derelict type shopping centre and was hard to find at 11pm arriving as a solo female traveller. Overall, was okay for couple of nights but didn’t love it sadl...
