- 予約の段階で、朝食について問い合わせをしたが中々つながらないばかりか電話に出たスタッフは外国人で日本語が分からなかった。 チェックイン、チェックアウト時とも、いらっしゃいませ、ありがとうございましたなどの挨拶も無し。スタッフはフロントを通っても座ってスマホを触ってました。がっかり。 部屋のティッシュもポケットティッシュのみ。女性は化粧などで使いますが足りないです。 部屋のトイレを使用するのにいちいち靴を履かないといけない。 冷蔵庫の裏がホコリだらけ。 ベッドでなくマットレス布団。柔らかく、腰が痛くなりました。 スタッフが外国人だからか、部屋や部屋のトイレがアジア人の匂いで辛かった。 チェックアウトの時、エレベーターで降りる際にエレベーター内に使用済みシーツ、タオルが置かれていて嫌な気分になりました。因みに部屋のカードキー、あまり綺麗でなく触るのをためらった。 朝食、頼まなくて本当に良かった。 日本人なら絶対違和感を感じるはず。 二度と行きません。

- Narrow room. They don't clean the room and don't even change the rubbish or towels. If you want to change the towels you have to pay extra. I understand that this is normal if you stay 1,2 or 3 days. I stayed 6. At check out they didn't want to keep our luggage because the didn't have space. IT WAS EMPTY. Very disappointed. I don't recommen this place.

- Las fotos engañan, la habitación es muy muy pequeña, con colchones en el suelo, sin sitio para dejar o guardar nada, y con mucha humedad. Cero confort.

+ L'emplacement près des restaurants traditionnels est bien (le reste est horrible)

- A fuir. La chambre est minuscule, pas de sommier, deux matelas une place collés contre les murs sans espace pour bouger. Les matelas sont en mauvais état. Les draps étaient tâchés et sentaient mauvais. Le staff n'était pas aimable. Minable pour le prix que l'on a payé

+ No logré dormir en toda la noche. El colchón incómodo, el aire acondicionado ruidoso y las camas no tenían suficiente aislamiento acústico. Me fui del lugar la primera noche y busqué otro alojamiento. El personal fue muy amable y cordial.

+ It is what it is. Absolutely unexceptional but does the job.

- Google review rate it 3.5 out of 5 which is more accurate than Booking.com rating. It just wasn't nearly as comfortable as other hostel/capsule hotels I've used in Tokyo. Bit of a shame.

+ 位置離地鐵站很近，附近有兩家全家便利商店，雙人房比想像中大很多，私人浴室的淋浴間超大。

- 隔音比較差，退房後不能寄放行李令人有點疑惑。

+ 駅に近く、周辺にコンビニや飲食店が多い

- チェックイン前に荷物を預かってもらえたのは良かったが、引き渡しの際の札などもなく、入り口にそのまま置いていく方式で、荷物が誰でも持っていけてしまう管理には、不安を感じた。
