+ Location was good
- The place is too noisy and was very hard for me to sleep. I was located in the closest bed to the window and the bags area and although I closed the windows, I saw someone from the hostel opening it again and again and the noise from the street was a pain. Also, it was not possible to turn off the light in the bags section so I had to sleep with that, and a lot of people kept making noise with their bags after midnight, turn that light off please!

- el ruido insoportable toda la noche entraban y salían tirando puertas clóset armando maletas a la una de la madrugada, tres noches sin poder dormir que fue mi estadía, se entiende que es un hostal, pero es insoportable el ruido, a pesar que se habló recepción colocándose la queja no hicieron nada y tampoco permanece personal a ninguna hora. No volveremos.

- チェックイン、チェックアウトが不便すぎる 何においても客任せ、値段に見合わない

- 部屋一つずつ鍵が無く男女共同で財布が無くなって交番案内されたがざっくりしか言われなく散々たどり着いたら警官も居なく予定が全部狂った。男女共用でも階によって分かれている事が多く他の人もびっくりしていた。せめて部屋は男女別が一般的だ。女子トイレがトイレットペーパーカバーが詰まってたのかいくら流してもゆっくり水が流れるだけで紙が流れずフロントは人は朝いないから電話しても切られ、次に電話したら留守電にされた。アメニティーは耳栓しか無く、前に同じ位の金額で泊まったカプセルホテルとは大違いでずっと下の階からと外の音が聞こえて殆ど寝れなかった。シーツも自分で敷くようになっててサービス悪いしライトの明るさも調整出来なく明るいか暗いか極端だった。飲食禁止の為薬を飲むのも我慢した。日本人には向かないと思う。
+ The lady woke me up because I overslept on my checkout time and only got charged 500 yen and she was kind about it. The area was near some cool restaurants and bars.

Not a terrible place but not worth staying at again. You pay near hotel prices to make your own bed and have to put your linens away. The capsule I stayed in was dusty and the towel provided smelled. There’s only one washer and dryer that’s also used by the staff. Up to 12 people have to share one shower per floor. If you have large or heavy luggage, there’s 4 floors and no elevator. One good thing was the location. There were cafes, subway lines, a 7 eleven, and a supermarket nearby.

+ Location is good, the showers were clean. What was great as well was that the level of dust and feet smell in the beds really train your tolerance to bad hygiene. The noise level in the dorm really train you to keep functioning with 4hours of sleep every night. And the low quality of the hostel give you the opportunity to test your effective communication skills and appreciate all other hostels you ever stayed at.
- Disgusting beds, horrible smell of the sheets they don’t change, balls of hair and old fingernails, dust. Staff doesn’t care at all even when asking a reasonable ask of changing the brown sheets that smell terrible. Dorms are smelly and extremely noisy. No sound isolation and terrible air flow.
- 4階に宿泊したが、Wi-Fiは全く使えない 自分のタオルがなかった 夜9時以降、朝10時までスタッフがいないため、タオルの件を相談もできない また、その間はクレジットカードでの支払いもできないため、ホテルからチェックアウトできなかった

Can't knock this place too hard as it's really cheap and not a bad place just to rest. The place does feel really cramped even across four floors although the bed space is large enough and comfortable. The fourth floor mens toilet continuously smelt of urine which really put me off but otherwise it was pretty clean I do get the feeling that anyone could walk off the street and straight up to the dorms, but then again it's Japan and baseline safety is really quite high
+ The staff is very friendly, there is a nice small kitchen you can cook there, and you can use the washing machine with free detergent. The beds were also very comfy and each unit was quite big the a big locker
- I don't like the concept of putting my own sheets for the bed but it's ok
+ It is comfortable, decent price and good location. Here were a lot of plugs, if you needed them.
- Rudeness of other guests talking and having loud alarms going off. Someone who snores can be annoying but they can't help it. The people having their larms going off for 20 minutes, talking with a friend or partner early when others are sleeping is just rude to the others in the room. The room was a little stuffy at times but wasn't too bad.

+ This is my second time staying here. The staff cultivate such a social, comfortable vibe. I meet such cool people every time I stay here. I wouldn't look farther than Akasaka Guesthouse, this is a top tier hostel!!

+ Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, Küche und Toilette sund recht sauber und Betten sind groß und gemütlich
- Es war stickig im Raum, aber in den Betten mit geschlossenem Vorhang ist es okay. Die gemeinschaftlichen Waschbecken wurden von anderen Gästen oft dreckig hinterlassen.
+ Le lounge est super convivial et les salles de bains ultra propres! L'emplacement est parfait.
- Les matelas sont bien durs
+ Clean place, ok kitchen, affordable laundry and nice common space.
- My matress had broken springs where my hips were while sleeping so not that comfortable bed. There wasn't enough air flow in the room so air got really bad in there during the night and even at the evening.
