+ 1-الفتاة التي نعمل في الإستقبال فتاة محترفة جدا ومبدعة في عملها وتخدم العملاء بشكل محترف 2- الموقع ممتاز دقاىق من برج بيزا وملعب كرة القدم
- 1- مستوى النظافة متدني سواء في الفراش وحتى في الحمام 2- الازعاج من قبل بعض النزلاء 3- مكثت فيه اقل من 8 ساعات ثم غادرت لحسن حظي كان لدي رحلة سفر باليل وتوجهت للمطار، لا ينصح به لأكثر من ليلة واحدة 4- يحتاج الى صيانة كبيرة وتحديدا دورات المياه والاستخمام حتى الأسرة والفراش قديمة وليست نظيفةً 5- بقراءة بعض تعليقات النزلاء السابقين كان هناك شكاوي بخصوص البق وانتشاره ويبدو انها مسئلة قائمة منذ سنوات بسبب تدني مستوى النظافة لذلك يرجى الانتباه لذلك قبل الحجز في هذا المكان .
+ It had a simple kitchen. Free wifi. There was a hair dryer in the bathroom, other than that, I can’t say it’s very nice. The beds smelled so bad.
- The room and beds smell very bad. There was a bad smell on the beds, such as intense smell of sweat, it was not clean. Although the sheets were just given and laid, they did not smell clean at all. According to my stay at November 2025, I wouldn’t recommend you to stay in this place unless you have to. I hope they consider and take action about this issue.

+ Nada, llegué tarde en la noche me dieron la llave y salí con mis cosas a buscar comida porque venía de un largo viaje. Al volver al hostel, la habitación que me habían dado ya tenía todas las camas ocupadas. Tuve que pasar la noche en el sillón de la sala.

- Structure très salle, vieille, chambre salle et lit de très mauvaise qualité. La douche avec des vieux trucs cassés, qui sentait des pipis et la chambre également sentait très mauvais. Très mauvaise expérience. Je déconseille vivement. Je voulais pleurer a mon arrivée. J'ai voulu prendre un hôtel mais il se faisait déjà tard. Heureusement que j'avais réservé pour une seule nuit.

No complaints! Place was very cute and staff was lovely. Also great location! Only issues I had were someone ate my cookies but I have a sneaky feeling it was one of the other people staying at the hostel ..

- Bathrooms are small
Nice room, en suite bathroom in our room, roomy lockers, u get sheets - no towel. view of the Pisa tower from the hostel. There’s a microwave but no oven or such. Nice terrace, big, sunny, comfortable. Comfortable check in and check out. Great value
