We booked for 1 week at Neighbourgood Romney in Cape Town, check inn as smooth, location is great, not the best clean space, extremely loud as you can hear everything and everyone. Advise on arrival there’s no pull no longer available. We had no working lights in out until, it was replaced with 2 small lamps.
