The Hosteller Delhi

Unfortunately, the staff were not helpful at all. We had to come back three times for every issue (Wi-Fi problems and air conditioning) and were also woken up in the evening to be invited to a party?! The kitchen staff were particularly unfriendly. They didn't even provide us with paper cups, so we had to eat our pasta out of cut-off plastic bottles. We were also bothered by the beds. You can't block the view of your neighbour and there is no cover from above. Never again.

Request you all visitor please don’t book this property . Staff is really cruel and rudely, after having room they didnt offer , I reqest them for charge extra for early check in they still denying it due to Perosnal reason , I am ready for pay for whole for 5hrs , but still they denying , in company policy then mention early check in subject to bed availability, there bed available still they denying for check due just personal issue .. so staff is very rude . Plz plz don’t boom this prope...

I stayed in the hostel for a month and by the end was quite disappointed with the overall hostel experience. Firstly, if you are a backpacker I wouldn’t recommend as it’s mainly domestic tourists who are there for work so not a travellers atmosphere. Whilst I was staying there, the hostel randomly closed for three days. Bearing in mind I had payed for my whole trip in advance and after a day trip I arrived back at the hostel at 10pm to find it closed. There was no pre warning and I was told ...

The staff was not helpful at all, as I made a mistake in my booking and wanted to do early check out, they were not flexible. In hostels we come up with flexible travel so flexibility should be there with booking also. Was not expecting this service from delhi as bangalore Hosteller was much more professional and friendly staff.

This property is only good on paper but when you actually stay there, there are weird rules on timings of the cafeteria. Additionally, the airconditioning does not work and despite many complaints the hostel did nothing about it, probably to economize its costs.

Beware ! This is not a hostel for international travellers nor for backpackers! While The Hosteller chain has many good hostels around India, THIS PROPERTY IS CERTAINLY NOT ONE OF THEM. Good location to catch a train as only one metro stop away from Hazrat Nizamuddin station.

Nice hostel but there were a couple of odd things - there was a pile of chips packets and rubbish in our dorm when we checked in, and for some reason they decided to clean the bathroom at midnight. Overall a good stay though.

Had a great stay at The Hosteller Delhi. Clean, well-designed spaces, a lively yet comfortable vibe, and genuinely helpful staff. Smooth check-in, good rooms, and consistently clean washrooms. Well-located and easy to get around from. Definitely a solid pick for both solo travelers and groups.

Really good. Good cheap and really good as well

Je suis resté 3 nuits dans cet hostel et c'était une bonne idée car il était propre et le dortoir pour 4 était confortable avec assez d'espace pour ranger ses affaires en sécurité. De plus, le personnel était accueillant. Ils proposent à boire et à manger et si c'est fermé il y a un supermarché ouvert 24/24 juste à côté de la station essence. La station de métro est à 5 min à pied.

Hôtel correct quand on est juste là pour une nuit. Beaucoup de bruit (du à la grande avenue qui passe juste au pied de l’hostel) sinon c’est propre, les parties communes sont agréables.

The hostel was exceptionally clean, and the food was quite good. The overall staff were friendly and accommodating, making the stay pleasant. However, one team member, Abdul, truly stood out — his warm smile and positive energy were contagious and made a lasting impression. He transformed what might have been an average three-star stay into a genuine five-star experience. I would gladly stay here again in the future.

Every one know the hosteler service is was awesome and bed was good and staff was fraindly only the issue price was to expensive in main city

No social atmosphere but staff is nice and it was a cozy room. A little street noise but that is ok. Bathroom / bedroom well maintained. AC worked well.

Amazing staff and well-maintained facilities but if you are looking for a backpacker and social vibes, this hostel is not for you. 90% of my room mates were locals who were not considerate, talking loudly and talking on loudspeaker phone until early morning. Stayed here twice and on both occasions, had to tell my roommates at 1 am to lower their voices as we are trying to sleep.

I had a great stay at this property, and Dheeraj is a true gem in the hospitality industry. I fell ill, and he ensured I got proper care and even followed up on my recovery. Sandeep was also helpful with check-in. However, one issue needs improvement—hot water stops at 11 AM, though staff says you can request it. Realistically, waiting an hour isn’t convenient. Fixing this would enhance the experience. Overall, excellent hospitality, and I’d definitely return!

Sandeep at the check in was very helpful and attentive to any of my needs. The hostel was clean, secure and in a good location in south Delhi. It has a cafe which serves good food and several large places to chill out. There were events most nights to meet other backpackers.

Overall a good chain hostel for a few days. There is no social atmosphere so don't come expecting to make a lot of friends. The location is not ideal as the hostel is right next to a highway but there is a metro station very close and Ubers are affordable. I didn't like that you have to pay the full amount in advance online through the hostels own website which also charges you some hefty credit card fees. Just charge my card like every other hostel.

This place is literally heaven. Good to spend couple of day in between the forest. Best for a Bangalore weekend trip

Very nice and helpful staff. All the guys Ashish and Rezia were great. I can totally recommend if staying in Delhi.

lovely stay but there ia no alcohol available at the hostel (heard that they have a good reason for that)
