I have tried various ways to contact this hostel and hostelworld about changing the booking information I was given after I tried to book. I was appalled to find that despite this and no reply from either that I have now been charged the full amount. If this is a way someone can help me to work out why this has happened and before I get even more frustrated and angry about this please contact me
Great location. The reception is in the other hostel in Arc House Mezquita. The doors are old and beds are squeaky. A bit overpriced for the facilities and condition of the hostel.
La verdad que nos fuimos muy disconformes. Tuvimos que registrarnos en otra de las sedes y luego ir a la que nos tocaba alojarnos, que quedaba a 300mts aproximadamente y con todas las maletas y cosas nuestras encima. Luego, el aire acondicionado, además de super antiguo, hacía muchísimo ruido tanto la turbina como el flaper, y tuve que apagarlo enseguida. Había sólo un caloventor eléctrico pequeño para toda la habitación (que era grande) y sólo una manta bastante fina para la cama. Y pa...
We had to check in at another of the locations and then go to the one we were supposed to stay at, which was about 300m away and with all our bags and stuff on top of us. then the air conditioner, besides super old, made a lot of noise both the turbine and the flaper, and I had to turn it off immediately. there was only a small electric heater for the whole room (which was big) and only a fairly thin blanket for the bed. and to finish, the water was c
The place needs an upgrading but overall it’s not so bad.
Overall a very nice hostel, just one major issue we had. It is that the door has windows which let light in, so every time someone triggers the automatic lights in the night (which is pretty often), you have extremely bright light beamed into your bedroom. There were also noisy assholes sitting on the terrace smoking until 5 am. My friend yelled at them to shut up multiple times and could not get much sleep.
Okay hostel, great location, but absolutely no atmosphere and very rude staff. They didn’t help me at all, don’t respond to messages, there is also no staff in the hostel (only at another location, the WhatsApp number you get to ask questions is in Madrid). They also spam you a lot via their phone number sending you ads about their hostel. For the location I recommend it, but for other things this hostel is totally not worth it
Room too cold for the season, place noisy near air conditined, dangerous to climb to upside bed, not enough lamps upstairs. They said me that s the reading card was out and ask me to pay in cash. I refuse and after all it was ok.

The hostel is nice in itself but it was impossible to contact the personel, the numbers at the entrance weren't joinable. I couldn't left my luggages, i needed to pay for a consign. It's not until 5 p.m that they contacted by WhatsApp (I arrived at 11 a.m) and I panicked the whole time, thinking it was a scam. The hostel was pretty empty, but clean, the accommodations were nice and the location perfect. But the reception was such a mess, i don't know if i can recommend it...
Dommage de s'enregistrer dans un autre archouse,un distributeur de café serait le bienvenu.
It's a shame to check in in another archouse, a coffee distributor would be welcome.

Dos cosas muy malas: me pidieron el Código secreto de la tarjeta de crédito por whatsapp - cosa que me resulta insólita - En el hostal no hay recepción y hay que hacer el ingreso en otra sede. El resto bien, se duerme bien.
Two things are very bad: they asked me for the secret code of the credit card via whatsapp - something that I find unusual - In the hostel there is no reception and you have to check in in another place.

emplacement idéal et équipements parfaits. La seule chose c'est l'entrée. l'accueil se fait 7 calle conde y luque et pas à l'adresse de l'auberge. et le numéro de téléphone sur la porte est erroné. un conseil : contacter bien a l'avance

Muy buena ubicación y atención. Faltan algunos detalles como mejor mantenimiento del baño y que haya enchufes para cada cama.

Isn't the best hostel in the world, but I expected less, accourding to the reviews, and it was a good stay. The shower was hot, the room clean and the mattres confortables.
