- Mi hanno imbrogliato. Non sono potuta partire per il viaggio e quindi pernottare in ostello, ho chiesto di ricevere un voucher, brutalmente negato. All'arrivo dei miei amici il mio letto era occupato da un altro cliente. Quindi hanno preso i soldi sia da me che da un'altra persona. Disonesti!
+ Posizione ottima, ma esperienza mista. La posizione dell’alloggio è davvero comoda, soprattutto per la vicinanza a un bar con il caffè più buono che abbia mai provato. Perfetta per chi ama esplorare a piedi!
- l’esperienza in camera non è stata del tutto positiva. Ho dormito poco perché sono arrivata tardi, alle 1 di notte, e la stanza condivisa con 6 letti a castello non era l'ideale per chi cerca un po' di tranquillità. Il mio letto era sopra quello di un'altra persona e ho cercato di fare il meno rumore possibile, ma l'aria condizionata molto fredda ha reso la notte ancora più difficile. Inoltre, ho dovuto dormire con i vestiti che indossavo, visto che non volevo disturbare. Un altro punto negativo riguarda la sicurezza: ho saputo che una ragazza che dormiva in una stanza mista ha avuto un'esperienza poco piacevole, trovandosi un uomo nudo che girava liberamente. Dopo questo, la ragazza è stata costretta a cambiare stanza, il che non è stato certo un bel modo di affrontare il soggiorno. Mi auguro che la struttura possa migliorare su questi aspetti, perché la posizione è davvero ottima e potrebbe offrire una migliore esperienza se venissero rispettate maggiormente la tranquillità e la sicurezza degli ospiti

- To start with, i was sent a survey(not the one from booking.com) from the hostel. I gave my feedback saying the bed size was small for a 5.8 inch guy and AC was not under our control but controlled by staff and it was warm. Its a small cozy room and imagine the AC not being powerful enough. This pissed off the staff who read my survey and they cancelled my booking on booking.com stating I didn't stay in their hostel. You guys serious? Why do u send a survey if you cant accept negative feedback. How will you improve! Got to know this when booking.com sent me an email.
+ Me sentí incómodo, el Martes por la madrugada llegaron huéspedes de fiesta y entraron en la habitación haciendo ruido, no dejaron dormir, entre media hora después y una hora se comenzaron a escuchar gemidos de un habitáculo.

- Very uncomfortable, dirty and noisy. My mate and I left the hostel and booked another one because we couldn't sleep and felt terrible being there.

- My experience at El Josemari Youth Hostel was disappointing. The bed I was assigned was dirty, which made my stay uncomfortable from the start. Additionally, the WiFi was completely unreliable for the entire duration of my stay, leaving me without internet access when I needed it most. To make matters worse, the locker assigned to my bed was broken, and despite raising these issues with the staff, I received no support or solutions. The lack of responsiveness and assistance from the staff was frustrating and unprofessional. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hostel based on my experience. There are basic standards that any accommodation should meet, and this hostel failed on multiple fronts.

You get your own lockable shelves in your cubicle. They lock with your key card. Soap is in the showers. You can also leave your bags on check in and check out day. You'll get a key card for those days so you can still access the common areas. Everything is very well maintained, clean and the staff is friendly. The hostel is super central. I can immensely recommend! It's not a super social hostel fyi.

It’s a great value ! The staff were really friendly especially about free luggage storage after checkout. The location is perfect, everything is in walking distance but the plaza is quiet. I loved that towels were free and that the cubes came with free locked storage. I felt safe as a solo female traveler in a mixed dorm.
The staff was so welcoming! This is definitely the cleanest, nicest hostel I’ve stayed in (really good for the price). Would definitely stay here again.
Das Hostel war sehr zentral gelegen. Aktivitäten wie Pub crawl wären nice gewesen.

Die Schlafkabinen sond wirklich cool, mot den eingebauten lockern und den Gardinen! Insgesamt sehr herrhörig, man hört wenn Leute aus anderen Zimmer feiern gehen oder vom feiern wiederkommen. Die Sauberkeit fand ich in Ordnung, nicht super sauber aber auch nicht dreckig. Insgesamt ein sehr anonymes Hostel. Als soloreisender sollte man nicht erwarten viele andere offene Soloreisende zu treffen.
The sleeping cabins sound really cool, compared to the built-in lockers and the curtains! overall very gentlemanly, you hear when people from other rooms go out to party or come back from party. the cleanliness i found in Ordnung, not super clean but also not dirty. overall a very anonymous hostel. as a solo traveler you shouldn't expect to meet many other open-minded solo travelers.

It’s perfect. The only “problem” is that they are not organising any social activities. For the rest it was perfect!

+ 有自由厨房，空间很大。洗澡热水很足。酒店清洁程度很好，住客也很友善。床头柜子储物空间很大。
- 房间没有顶灯，只有床头灯。需要自己换床单被套枕套。隔音效果不是很好。床帘太窄了，会漏光。窗户也关不上，会被风吹开。
