- Ik boekte voor mijn vriend en had zijn naam in de beschrijving gezet. Eens daar lieten ze hem niet binnen om er te slapen omdat het niet hij was die had betaald zogezegd. De echte reden was omdat ze racistisch waren naar hem en heel disrespectvol

+ I did not have a good experience. The place is very dirty, the bathrooms were extremely dirty, and there was no soap or toilet paper. The next day, no one came in to clean or restock the hygiene products.
- I did not feel safe at the place. The people who stay there are only from the Middle East, and I did not feel safe as a woman. The next day, a man entered my room so his friend could use the bathroom in the room. The place is not safe for women; the accommodation should be for men only. I did not feel safe. The next day, at 7:00 p.m., I had to leave the hostel to look for safer accommodation. It was a very bad experience.

- Ellerimi yıkamak istedim sabun bile yoktu öyle düşünün. 4 kişilik odada bir kişi gelmiş her yere çökmüş. Şikayet ettim oralı olmadılar. Bir önceki tesise şükrettim.

- L'odeur de chaussures et de la drogue dans le dortoir était insupportable. J'ai pas réussi à dormir dans le dortoir. Plus jamais je n'irai dans cet endroit. Il faut littéralement être un drogué pour ne pas voir l'inconfort...

- The place is FILTHY. It smells bad, the was “hair” all over the room and they have some SERIOUS reviews about /!\ BED BUGS /!\ They don’t give you the option to book with free cancellation, when I discovered the bed bugs reviews I tried to cancel and they didn’t even answer! Not even booking’s customer support helped. Also the lighting on the room and bathroom was poor, there were noises all night long (people on the corridor and from the above floor), and the door was not working. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOSTEL

- Absolutely terrible experience. The facilities were dirty, the bed was painfully uncomfortable, and the bunk bed was so badly designed that there was almost no space between the lower and upper beds. The wardrobe was ridiculously small and dirty, barely usable. The hostel is located in an extremely bad and noisy neighborhood, easily one of the worst areas in Brussels. To make matters worse, the equipment was shockingly old and completely obsolete. I honestly couldn’t believe that a hostel in 2025 is still using this kind of equipment. I would strongly advise avoiding this place.

Auberge bien placée à 15 minutes de la Grand Place à pieds. Si vous cherchez une auberge très vivante, ce n'est peut être pas l'idéal : il y a peu d'espaces communs, ni de cuisine mais si vous cherchez juste un endroit où passer la nuit, l'auberge convient parfaitement. Les chambres sont propres et les lits sont confortables même si l'auberge est un peu bruyante.
If you are looking for a very lively hostel, this may not be ideal: there are few common areas, no kitchen but if you are just looking for a place to spend the night, the hostel is perfectly suited.The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable even though the hostel is a little noisy.

Really good location, was close to the station & the town. Staff were friendly & so were the occupants but there weren't any curtains on the beds which was slightly unexpected but other than that it was decent.
Ich habe das nicht erwartet, ich habe vor zwei Tagen gebucht und an dem selben Tag, an dem ich zum Zielland gefahren bin, habe eine Email bekommen dass meine Buchung storniert worden ist,warum? Keine Ahnung, damit Sie Bescheid wissen dass ich in Deutschland wohne, wie kann ich vorher im Hostel erscheinen? Obwohl ich schon die Buchung bezahlt habe
I didn't expect this, I booked two days ago and on the same day I went to Zielland, I got an email that my booking was canceled,why?I have no idea, so that you know that I live in Germany, how can I show up in the hostel in advance?Although I have already paid for the booking
Avevo prenotato in camera condivisa; quando sono arrivato mi hanno detto che, siccome ero over 40, non era possibile. Ho preso una camera singola al terzo piano e l'unico bagno era 4 piani sotto, nell'interrato. Per fortuna, reduce da un'esperienza simile non avevo lasciato abbastanza denaro nella prepagata perché avevano provato a prenderlo. Poi, naturalmente, ho pagato con un'altra carta. Dirlo prima no?
I had reservations in a shared room; when I arrived they told me that since I was over 40, it was not possible. I took a single room on the third floor and the only bathroom was 4 floors below, in the basement. luckily, reduce from a similar experience I had not left enough money in the prepaid because they had tried to take it. then, of course, I paid with another card.

Clean room but no hangers for coats
Good hostel but not many things to do in it. Great location
everything smelled like pee and there were only men there who were very very rude. The people and the atmosphere was terrible. Do not recommend.
The people that work there treat you really bad, we were 3 females traveling together and they left us all felling very uncomfortable. One of our beds had a lock that didn’t work and the rooms and the corridor had all a terrible smell. It was overall a really bad experience we don’t recommend anyone staying there especially woman.
For the price, it’s a good place to stay. The room was very clean and the bathroom too, the only thing that I should add is that there are no curtains on each bed which gives you less privacy. Specially, if someone wakes up earlier than you or arrive late, however I had a good experience overall and it’s not very far from the city center. I was traveling solo and I didn’t have any problems walking alone during the night to the hostel. it’s also very close to the Midi train station.
Por 100€ la noche creo podríamos tener al menos toallas en la habitación. Sin TV, ni toallas y se puede decir que tampoco había wifi, ya que la señal era tan débil que no podíamos usarlo, 100€ me parece excesivo. Por ese precio podemos elegir alojamientos con los servicios que no hemos tenido en este, por lo que no repetiría en las mismas condiciones calidad/ precio.
For 100€ a night I think we could have at least towels in the room. no tv, no towels and you can say there was no wifi either, as the signal was so weak that we couldn't use it, 100€ seems excessive to me. for that price we can choose accommodation with services that we haven't had in this one, so I wouldn't repeat in the same quality/price conditions.
It was fine. Beds are good and the room was cleanish. I wouldn’t recommend if you want to connect with new people tho. Everyone was really by themselves and the common area doesn’t give much for a place to connect.
Showers were awful, located in a dodgy area, although close to city centre (Brussels isn’t that big anyway). Workers were okay.
I booked a Dorm but when I arrived I was too old to be accommodated in a Dorm (no over 40's). This was in the confirmation email in small print but it should have been highlighted during the booking process. The option of a refund was offered but they will know that it would be difficult to book another at short notice. They gave me a single (incredibly small) room on the 5th Floor (no ensuite available), no coat hangers and no mirror. The shower/toilet was in the basement (6 floors down).
Nice for a couple of nights Comfy enough bed in the 4 ppl female dorm, clean bathroom and not far walk to the city center Unfortunately the neighborhood doesn't feel safe for a girl at night on her own The general coziness of the place could be improved: no curtain on the bed, no space on top bunk to put down some stuff (small shelf for phone and water bottle for example), very loud lockers... There is no common room where to sit down and chill: some tables downstairs but very dry and sparse
Aggressive night staff member called Mohamed. Avoid this hostel for your own good. I left 3 nights early because of his aggressive behaviour. He turned off the common-area lights without any warning while I was there. When I asked for an explanation, he reacted by shouting and provoking me. I told him I was going to call the police, and he returned with another staff member to continue being provocative and dismissive. It was only when I started recording that he changed his attitude. Avoid it.
There is no refrigerator and kitchen. The wifi sucks. This hostel is fine if you do not need these.
