Hostel San Marino

- Non c' era il riscaldamento, c'era una sola coperta e faceva freddo, non c' era il sapone in bagno, c'era solo una sedia e nemmeno un appendino per appendere la giacca. Colpa mia che non mi sono informato prima. Era pulito.

- La stanza che mi è stata mostrata era molto sporca e in condizioni pessime. Per questo motivo ho deciso di non soggiornare nella struttura e cercare un altro hotel.

- Endroit à fuire Absolument !😡😡😡 Arrivé devant "l'hôtel" tout était éteint, il n'y avait personne pour nous accueillir. J'ai envoyé un message pour leur dire que nous étions là et savoir où était l'accueil et personne ne nous a répondu. Nous sommes restés devant cet endroit avec 3 enfants en bas âge à 22h30 sans aucune réponse. La seule solution a été de réserver en urgence un autre hôtel à 23h30!!!! Une fois que j'ai informé l'hôtel que j'allais ouvrir une enquête il a eu le culot de me répondre enfin en me disant que l'hôtel était ouvert 24h sur 24h! C'est un scandale et inadmissible! Et en plus ça se permet de prélever la somme! Vous devriez avoir honte! Évitez cet endroit!
