- I got robbed. Another Colombian guest used plyers and cracked into my locker and locked backpack to steal my ipad, money and credit cards. The lockers are not secure at all.
+ Una pesadilla. No se queden en este lugar nunca. NO ES UN LUGAR APTO PARA VIAJEROS.
- Muy mala experiencia. Suciedad, cucarachas, habían CHINCHES en las camas, quede toda picada, horrible y asquerosa experiencia. Estuve una noche y me fui en la mañana pidiendo la devolución de mi dinero. NO se hospeden aquí, las fotos que muestran no son fieles a la realidad.

- Pesima atenção, por preconceitos o administrador colocou muitos problemas para fazer o check-in do meu companheiro, porque somente tinhamos documentos digitais, o unico que faltaram pedir foi os antecedentes criminais, muito incomodo essa situação, ficamos somente uma noite e passamos para outro hostel que nos trataram super bem, mesmo não tendo os documentos fisicos, ademais esse hostel tem a estrutura horrivel, os quartos parecem celas de precisidio, sem janela, nao tinha papel higiênico e pude ver o quarto compartido, meu Deus pessimo pessimo, não recomendo jamais esse lugar
+ El trato de los empleados, menos el del gerente.
- El gerente por incidentes que a tenido en el Hostal, hablo y medio con un colaborador de una forma bastante despectiva a un empleado por su físico y apariencia, lo cual resultó bastante incómodo e irracional, no me gustó para nada. El trato en especial de una persona encargada como supervisor o gerente. En lo absoluto.
- Malla atención con el personal, y los baños sucios y los portapapeles para pisar no funcionaban, habitación tétrica, cuando el personal caminaba a mostrarme el citio no tenía porque tocarme mi espalda. Sentí mucha incomodidad. Lo único amable fue un argentino que trabajaba allí.
- Más grande era el ojo de aguja por donde pasó el camello... y sin televisor... definitivamente la peor que he usado por booking!!!
- La habitación que me dieron, esta horrible era como una habitación de cárcel, sin ventana y afuera tenia los baños. Las camas eran de muy mala calidad, muy viejas. El personal te hace una entrevista personal, nada que le pudiera servir por la estadía.
Je n’ai pas l’habitude de mettre de mauvais commentaires mais quand le propriétaire, déjà très désagréable, vient vous crier dessus avec irrespect et impolitesse, je ne peux pas laisser passer. Les chambres sont à peine moyenne et cet homme est exécrable, on n’arrive pas de nul part pour parler mal à des clients qui avaient seulement 10min de retard sur la fermeture du rooftop. Je trouve cela scandaleux. Aller à la familia Hostel, moins cher et avec de meilleurs lits et un patron...
I'm not used to putting out bad comments but when the owner, already very unpleasant, comes and yells at you with disrespect and impolite, I can't let it pass.The rooms are barely average and this man is execrable, you don't come from anywhere to speak badly of guests who were only 10 minutes late on the rooftop closing.I find it scandalous.Going to the family hostel, cheaper and with better beds and a less bad boss.
+ The hostel was in a good location. Free breakfast. Nice roof top terrace.
- I booked 2 nights in Medellin, 1 in Guatape, then back again in Medellin. I booked a month ago. I messaged them yesterday to say I was struggling with the online registration but I'd do it in person tomorrow and then asked another question. Didn't get a response. I arrive and get told they don't have my reservation. I show them the booking.com reservation and he contacts his manager. He even tells me that all the reservations are new. The manager comes back and says no, we don't have it and we are full. These mistakes happen and that's not anyone's fault, it's a glitch in the system. What I'm furious about is how they handle it. Sorry, don't have space is not good enough. When this has happened before, the accomodation helped me find alternative accommodation and couldn't be more apologetic. I did text the owner and he's just got back and said he would look into it and would help me find somewhere else to stay. Which is why it isn't a 1. But by this point, I've found somewhere else to stay and I'm upset and stressed.

Overall, I didn't like it. Girl at the reception wanted to charge me a higher price than the one specified in my reservation. Dorm was very small and the air was very bad. Roommates were talking loud at midnight. I couldn't stand upright in the kitchen. The ceiling height is about 1.80 m. Positive: The rooftop and the very friendly receptionist with the curly hair that was there on my checkout day. I've had much better experiences in hostels that were half the price of this one.

Nice hostel in El Poblado. The staff are great and the location is pretty good. The rooms get really hot during the night though.
Honestly, its you get what you paid for. Not boutique, but a basic bed yes. Nothing more though, very small storage lockers, beds have no railings/very shakey/not against walls or anything. No railing to climb beds, bed lights or places to hang clothes over to dry/curtain poles are flimsy. No hot water in shower. No cell stand on bed/phone will fall. Bar blaring music across the street, so you’ll never sleep. If you want just a bed go for it. Staff are nice,no issues there! Don’t hire shuttl...
I stayed here a week. The staff are friendly and helpful, the location is great - outside the busiest part of Poblado but still subject to some evening noise on the weekends. The room was pretty cramped and really not suitable for 4 beds (Cali room, though I know not all rooms are like this). There is free coffee in the morning but once it runs out there is no more (no "free coffee all day"). The rooftop terrace is nice but the music was awful. No one wants to hear Ed Sheeran at 8am!
+ -Excellent location close to cafes and restaurants -Showers were warm and the bathrooms and kitchen area were kept very clean -Nice rooftop to chill -Staff were all very friendly.
- No aircon so the room does get hot. We knew this when we booked and had no issues.

- The cleanliness of the rooms. The toilet being so near the wall of the bathroom that you had to sit side lays to be able to sit down. The smell of the room and the noise and unknown insect bites

Amazing staff and super nice location for the hostel. Everyone here was super chill and the staff was out of their way friendly and nice. The room was insanely small ngl and could hear construction and conversations from the street pretty well which made it a bit hard to sleep but if that doesn't bother you then I would totally recommend!

I loved my stay at Noah boutique Hostel in Medellin. It has a Great Location and a pretty cool rooftop. Breakfast and towels are included which is such a steal!
