We couldnt sleep much in the double room, the bathroom is right next to your head and there is a constant stream of people showering from 7.am until 11.am which means no sleep in the morning. Other than that, its a decent hostel, nicely equiped kitchen, clean rooms and friendly staff. Would not go again in the double room, maybe in the dorm.
Aucune sécurité, emplacement pas très central (en dehors des quartiers vivants), staff qui est indissociable des clients, aucun suivi sur le paiement, aucune intimité… pire auberge de ma vie
No security, not very central location (outside of the living quarters), staff that is inseparable from the guests, no payment tracking, no privacy... worst hostel of my life

No lo recomiendo, reserve una pieza solo de mujeres y me dijeron que estaba sobrevendido y que debía ir a una pieza mixta. Me tuvieron esperando más de dos horas y perdí todo mi día en la ciudad
I don't recommend it, reserve a women's solo piece and they told me it was sold out and I should go to a mixed piece. they had me waiting for over two hours and I lost my whole day in the city
The electrical plugs are fallings apart, you will hear people screaming through the walls. In the dorm, you’ll share the bathroom with another room, so you have to lock 2 doors, shared by 10 people. The internet barely works, the shower is broken and dirty. It is not possible to pay by card, only by cash, so you will have to take out money, which might give you an extra cost. not enough bathrooms for the amount of people. even though we had a private room, we had to share the bathroom with 8 other people on our floor. there was always a wait. woke up to someone having diarrhea at 6am in the morning. walls are super thin. could not sleep in the morning too many people in the kitchen area. no coffee or filtered drinking water. no laundry. no amenities whatsoever the wifi password was changed mid stay and the staff didn’t bother to notify us would not stay he...

Solicitei o cancelamento dessa reserva no prazo, porém foi cobrado o valor sendo que nem fui a viagem ao Porto-Portugal. Venho por meio desse solicitar a devolução ou reembolso integral da quantia indevidamente retirada de meu cartão de crédito. Aviso desde já que estou acionando meu advogado para entrar com um processo. Sugo no aguardo do reembolso.
I’ve confirmed with hostelworld that the price quoted at booking stage should be the final price paid, but on arrival I was charged an additional €3/day on top of the quoted price, as a ‘municipal tax’. So expect to pay more on arrival than you are quoted I guess.
El Hostel tenía goteras en recepción un plástico tapaba el sofá, en la habitación que me asignaron tenía una ventana abierta y entraba agua hacia la habitación, perdí la tarjeta 💳 de entrada al hostel y me cobraron 25 € por la perdida, no tenía calefacción lo qué hacía un frío increíble, no quisieron darme las hojas de reclamaciones al solicitarlas, al pedir las facturas me tuvieron esperando 1 hora para darme las facturas en documento físico. The hostel had leaks in the reception a plastic cover on the sofa, in the room they assigned me had an open window and water coming into the room, I lost my hostel entry card and they charged me 25€ for the loss, it had no heating which made it incredibly cold, they didn't want to give me the complaint sheets when requesting them, when requesting the bills they had me wait 1 hour to give me the bills in physical document. Total hostel disaster. Not recommended.

Super nice staff. Cozy hostel and good vibes. Good location, only a 10-15 min walk to central area. Only complaint would be the insect regulation. Huge windows were open each night and I was getting eaten alive..

Very good vibe, it’s balanced between living and socializing facilities are really great kitchen rooms and toilets and the people are nice and welcoming ,
Very clean, duvets were really cosy and the reception was very nice and helpful
Small, cozy, the kitchen is well enough quipped. Nice staff but it felt like the boss was watching over too closely, making for some tense moments. For example, you are not allowed to wait and relax before check-in or after check-out in the common areas of the hostel. Need a drink? You shouldn't enter the kitchen. And it felt like this policy was being enforced from above. I would hope this policy changes before returning.
Relación calidad precio bien, pero le faltan muchas cosas básicas al hostal como un candado para los lockers. La limpieza es buena.

Hostal en buenas condiciones generales, buena ubicación, buena atención del personal. El único problema es su antigüedad y el olor que esto provoca, mucho olor a humedad y a pesticida, lo cual resultaba molesto.
Hostel in good general condition, good location, good attention from the staff. the only problem is its age and the smell that this causes, a lot of smell of moisture and a pesticide, which was annoying.
I had a very good time staying at Canvas Atelier hostel for 3 nights. The staff was super accommodating. The location is great, quieter than the city center, very close to metro and bus stations. Everything was perfectly clean and the girls at the female-only dorm really respected the quiet hours. Just keep in mind that the lockers don't lock, so you'd better have a lock and key with you to secure your stuff.
Such an adorable hostel in a great location. The staff is very nice and helpful. I stayed in a mixed dorm and it was pretty chill I just wish there were curtains for the beds. Highly recommend!

Die unteren Betten sind super ausgestattet, dafür haben die oberen kein Licht, Strom oder Vorhänge.
The lower beds are super-equipped, while the upper ones have no light, power or curtains.
Great location if you prefer to not be in the tourist area. Very nice staff members but overall a quiet hostel. Would be nicer if i don’t have to wait for a long time to use the toilet..
some of the staff wasn’t able to speak proper English, they cleaned every day, there is no elevator I didn’t like the sharing of one bathroom for around 10 people, it was always occupied and sometimes you weren’t able to get in there even though no one was using it at that time The beds were okay, it was a little hot inside the rooms sometimes

Location is decent, staff is okay. The hostel is very clean. Unfortunately I had some things stolen from my bag so my stay was dampened. It can happen anywhere though, just make sure to lock up your stuff!
