Bathrooms were dirty, beds were uncomfortable, rooms were not air conditioned properly, but the staff were nice, the location was fair, but the value for money was far from acceptable.

Toilet and shower room is not clean In the middle of the night one staff can to make bed making noise.

A nightmare. I don’t think the bedding is being washed. I found black hair in my bed, even after switching the room… My hair is blonde btw. The shared bathroom always looks rubbish, toilet clogged, hair everywhere on the ground and one time I showered and there was no hot water anymore apparently?! I stayed at the hostel for six nights and overall had an acceptable experience, but there are a few aspects that could be improved. The main issue was cleanliness, especially in the bathrooms. During my stay, they often appeared quite dirty, and it felt as though they were not cleaned regularly. ALERT !!! Do not go there since you risk being robbed by the same hostel staff. I deposited a small bag containing my passport and emergency credit cards at reception as advised, since I was told this was the safest and recommended option. I trusted the reception team with these valuables based on their recommendation, and the fact there are cameras at the reception, and a full time staff always there. This place was definitely not the cleanest. It also need to noted that some people in the rooms live there full time. The elevator is very sketchy, the bathrooms are not the cleanest and the rooms are, as I said lived in. Staff was very nice but honestly as a solo traveler would not do again.

I booked this hostel because it had great ratings on all platforms, but it turned out to be a huge lie. When we arrived, we found a place that was extremely dirty, messy, and smelled awful. They assigned me a room with a shared bathroom even though I had paid for a private female room precisely to avoid this situation. It’s okay for the price. If you consider to find a place where you can just to come and sleep, and then move on to observe the city of Rome, you found the right place.

It wasn’t a fancy youth hostel, pretty standart and old. Open bunk beds and shared bathroom each floor. It was okay, toilets cleaned daily so although it is shared they were fine. Overall it was clean and provided everything we need, cheap accommodation. We had no problems around termini station, it had bars, restaurants and was close to everywhere, like 30min away by foot. And also, the people at the reception were helpful and sweet! They made us feel welcome.

I recently stayed at Alessandro Palace for a short city holiday in Rome, and I couldn't be happier with my choice. The cost performance here is excellent,it’s a good price for what you get! The location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk from the main train station, making it super easy to get around the city and to/from the airport. My dorm room was surprisingly spacious and kept very clean throughout my stay, which is always a priority for me. The facilities are fantastic

everything good, but i think the beds move too much, with the minimum movement, also, the Showers was not too much clean, but is minimum. for the another all was good! people who works there, very kind!

it was a good hostel to stay, comfortable, very close the train station and the Metro. The beds were fine, they just dont have much privacy and are not equiped with plugs or a place to leave some things. The kitchen is a big highlight of the place, has everything you will need, and the bar offers a good service, however, is totally empty for events, there is not much life for social activities, is a good, quite place

This place was great, everything you need. A classic hostel experience. Nothing exemplary but nothing to complain about. I would stay here again

Very close to the train station and easy to walk or bus to other parts of the city. A bit loud if you’re on the 2nd floor. Security lockers in the room are a bit finicky but still work. AC wasn’t great. A good option if you’re just looking for a place to sleep.

Opzich een fijn hostel, wel nare wiebel bedjes en mijn douche had geen warm water. De sfeer is okay, maar het is wel een beetje een party hostel. Dat moet maar net je ding zijn.

Good hostel nearby Roma Termini. I stayed there for 3 nights in a 8 people room, I met many good and very kind people; the kitchen and pub are nice and it has in general good facilities. Many people told me about that zone is dangerous but I didn’t feel in danger in any time (even walking at night). Bed are not too comfortable but are clean. They should tighten the screws of the beds because it shake too much and when somobedy is moving every in the bed is moving. Also, I missed some curtains...

Hostel bien placé avec un bon rapport qualité/prix. le ménage est fait régulièrement, la cuisine est opérationnelle quelques améliorations pourraient être apportées, par exemple des rideaux aux lits ainsi qu’une meilleure organisation des dortoirs pour éviter de réveiller tout le monde tôt le matin pour identifier les check out Globalement une bonne expérience pour quelques jours à Rome.

Great place to stay. Location is right where you want to be. The staff is always very friendly and helpful with anything you might need.

kitchenware was in poor condition. no proper knives for cooking, and pans were destroyed.

Zentrale Lage (wenige Minuten vom Bahnhof Termini, Shuttlebus zum Flughafen, mit Metro drei Stationen in die Altstadt), wunderschön auch zu Fuß machbar. Super nettes Personal und unkompliziert mit Gepäck zwischenlagern. Frauenzimmer 👍 Dankeschön 🫶

I stayed for 4 days, rooms and bathrooms were clean but the room had a problem with oxygen especially because it was 8-bed room. Special thanks to Owens for being kind and helpful, he was great.

As a young couple on a budget, we loved the casual vibe. The room was the cheapest option but still large and clean. Met cool people at the in-house bar over their labeled wine. The common kitchen is a huge plus for saving money. Super close to the central station, making travel easy. Perfect for social travelers! Highly recommend for a casual Roman holiday. 🍷
